Purpose : This study was to investigate the awareness on occupational therapy by the people involved in rehabilitation of persons with disabilities Methods : The survey on the awareness of occupational therapy was conducted on 9 organizations and 111 employees associated with rehabilitation, of which the collected data was calculated in percentage using the results Result : 89.2% answered with "I know the subject of occupational therapy," 66.6% with "I know the meaning of it," 81.1% with "I know the purpose of it," being awared that it has been conducted in medical institutions and other places. However those answers might need more precise information for each occasion. In addition, for the distinction between occupational therapy and other kinds(physical therapy, speech therapy, art therapy, play therapy, music therapy), 40.5% answered with "yes in some degree," but 19% with "no." Regarding the eligibility requirement for occupational therapist, 55% answered with "qualified with a licence." Conclusion : Active promotion will be required more focusing on the subject of occupational therapy, the meaning of occupation, the purpose and working places of occupational therapy, the difference from other therapies, and the qualification of occupational therapist.

저 흉부CT에서 scout 와 scan관전압 조건을 변화에 따른 영상평가 및 선량평가를 해봄으로써 진단적 가치가 높은 영상을 얻는 동시에 환자가 받는 피폭 선량 감소를 목적으로 한다. scout는 방식에 따라 Dual, AP 모드로 하였으며, scout 관전압은 80, 100, 120, 135 kVp로 나누었고, 촬영 관전압은 80, 100, 120, 135 kVp로 나누었다. 종괴를 넣은 팬텀을 이용하여 실험하였으며, 측정된 결과값을 이용하여 DLP, 유효선량 및 종괴의 신호대잡음비, 대조도 대 잡음비을 계산하였다. Scan 방식과 신호 대 잡음비와 대조도 대 잡음비의 상관관계에서 AP보다 Dual 모드를 사용하였을 때 더욱 화질이 좋다는 결과를 알 수 있었으며, 촬영 관전압과 유효선량의 상관관계에서 관전압이 높아질수록 유효선량이 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 저선량 CT검사에서 영상의 질 향상을 위해서는 scout을 Dual 모드 그리고 100 kVp와 Scan시 80 kVp를 사용한다면 피폭감소와 진단가치가 있는 영상을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to obtain images of high diagnostic value by performing image evaluation and dose evaluation according to the defense of the scout and Scan tube voltage in low chest computed tomobraphy(CT), while at the same time reducing the exposure dose received by the patient. scout was divided into Dual and Anterior-Posterior(AP) modes according to the method, and the scout tube voltage was divided into 80, 100, 120, 135 kVp, and the Scan tube voltage was divided into 80, 100, 120, 135 kVp. The experiment was performed using a phantom containing a mass, and the dose length product, effective dose, S\ signal to noise ratio(SNR), contrast to nosie ratio(CNR) of the nodule were calculated using the measured results. In the correlation between the scan method, the SNR and the CNR, it was found that the image quality was better when the dual mode was used than the AP. And it was found. In order to improve the quality of images in low-dose CT scans, using scout Dual mode, 100 kVp and 80 kVp in Scan, it is thought that exposure reduction and diagnostic value can be obtained.

중소규모 사업장의 개인적 특성과 근골격계증상간의 상관관계 분석

We surveyed 27 workplaces and 1897 workers and analyzed the correlation between Personal characteristics of workers and Musculoskeletal Symptoms. The presence or absence of Symptoms of Musculoskeletal Disease in workers was based on The Management Target or higher in accordance with the guidelines for The Investigation of Harmful Factors in Musculoskeletal Burdened Work of the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency. Personal characteristics were divided into age, work load, housework burden, work experience, leisure type, gender, and marital status. In the survey, correlations were investigated through binominal logistic regression analysis for rank variables of work load, household burden, and work experience, and the significance of the results was confirmed by crosstabulation and chi-square analysis for other nominal variables. And in the case of other variables, there was a slight trend, but it was confirmed that it was not statistically significant. As a result, We confirmed that the incidence rate of Musculoskeletal Disease Symptoms increased as the age of the workers was lower, the higher the workload and housework, if they were women, if they did not engage in leisure activities. However, considering that the results of this study are slightly different as a result of comparing the results of other studies, the data of this study can be used as rough indicators for the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, but additional research is needed before using it as quantitative indicators. 27개 사업장, 1897 근로자를 대상으로 근골격계질환 증상조사표를 받아 근골격계증상과 근로자 개인적 특성과의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 근로자의 근골격계질환 증상 유무는 한국산업안전보건공단의 근골격계부담작업 유해요인조사 지침에 따라 관리대상자 이상을 기준으로 했으며 개인적 특성으로는 작업자의 연령, 업무부담, 가사부담, 직장경력, 여가종류, 성별, 결혼유무로 구분하였다. 조사는 업무부담, 가사부담, 직장경력의 서열변수는 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 상관관계를 조사하였으며 그 외 명목변수는 교차분석과 카이제곱분석으로 해당 결과의 유의성을 확인하였다. 그 결과 작업자의 연령이 낮을수록, 업무부하와 가사부담이 높을수록, 여성일 경우, 여가활동을 가지지 않을 경우 근골격계질환 증상발현율이 높아진다는 것을 확인하였다. 그러나 본 연구의 결과를 다른 연구결과와 비교한 결과 조금씩 결과가 다른 점을 미루어볼 때 본 연구의 자료를 근골격계질환 예방의 개략적인 지표로써 활용할 수는 있지만 정량적 지표로써 활용하가 전 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study work for the therapy and how students perceive the occupational therapist was to find out how. Method : The subjects in Busan and Kyungnam located in three two-year colleges and four-year clinical experience of two college students completed work therapeutics were expressed any research to understand the purpose of those who agreed to participate in the survey responded to the 175 people working Therapeutics two, three, four grades were included in the study. Result : 1. Education according to the image of the occupational therapist in grades four -year professional, the value and worth, the patient understand the position was higher in order. 3 -year sophomore highly skilled in, the patient understand the position, sincerity was higher in order. 2. Gender occupational therapist who specializes in images for men, the value and worth, high practician was higher in women who were professional, the value and worth, helfer as high. 3. Theory of motivation based on the value of occupational therapists and rewarding images aptitude and interest, high practician, attractive, intellectual was in order. Entrance examination scores as a professional party, value & worth, abuse of authority ceremony was in order. 4. Image by Place of Practice Rehabilitation Hospital occupational therapist who specializes in, high practician, intellectual was in order. Care in the hospital and rewarding value, the professional character, high practician was in order. Hospital and rewarding the value, who specializes in, hepfer was in order. University Hospital who specializes in, the value and worth, Attractive was in order. Conclusion : It had revealed that occupational image perception of occupational therapy student was positive.
