      • 效率的인 職業 探索過程 硏究 : 實業界 高等學校 學生을 中心으로

        The purpose of this study is to research the desirable teaching methods for occupation through the teachers of Information Department in industrial high school, employers of enterprises, and employed graduates. And we've got the following conclusions: First, to accomplish the educational goal of commercial high school, of all the educational activities, we have to emphasize the incubation of fundamental knowledge for practicality and scheme out the curriculum to attain the goal because they demand a high demand standard concerning the incubation of fundamental knowledge for practicality of all the educational activities. Second, they demand the enforcement of computer education for efficient working procedures. Third, for the enhancement of practicality, the skill must be educated within the realm of curriculum. Fourth, we must prepare for the guidance methods for the lasting education because the students of commercial high school have an much interest in higher education. Fifth, the elastic curriculum management is needed for the accomplishment of special subjects in accordance with the characteristics of department. Finally, we must accomplish the concrete guidance programs for the education of human relations and personalities in the etiquette education in workshop.

      • Sprague-Dawley 랫드의 대퇴 신경증 axonal transport에 미치는 납의 영향

        This study was carried out to elucidate the toxic mechanism of lead in peripheral nerve. An animal model of lead neuropathy was induced by feeding diet containing lead to Sprague-Dawley rat for two weeks. Four weeks aged Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into four groups : normal control, 10ppm-lead treated group, 100ppm-lead treated group, reference drug-treated group. AU rats were sacrificed at the end of six weeks for assessing the development of lead neuropathy. These results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. Polyol pathway activity which was concerned with the peripheral neuropathy was not affected by the 9lead treatment. 2. Reduction in myo-inositol content of peripheral nerve which was obtained from an experimental rat resulted from the interference of transport system. 3. Lead inhibited the activity of sodium potasium ATPase that was responsible for myo-inositol transport in peripheral nerve. 4. Oarl administration of myo-inositol improved the nerve axonal transport in lead intoxicated rat. These results suggest that mild lead neuropathy might be diagnosed by checking nerve myo-inositol content and oarl administration of myo-inositol might prevent the development of severe lead neuropathy with special reference to defective axonal transport.

      • Human HL 60 cell line을 이용한 납의 세포 독성기전 연구

        환경 증에 존재하는 중금속은 인간과 생태계에 위해성을 초래한다는 점에서 오랫동안 관심의 대상이 되어왔다. 특히 납은 다양한 매체를 통하여 생체에 유입되는 대표적인 중금속 오염물질로서 최근 임상적 증상이 전혀 관찰되지 않는 저농도 노출을 확인할 수 있는 생체지표 개발에 관한 연구가 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 세포내의 신호선달에 관여하는 중요한 물질인 myo-inositol의 농도 변화가 저농도의 납 중독에 대한 생체지표로서의 활용될 가능성을 human HL 60 세포를 이용하여 독성학적인 측면에서 검토하였다. 실험 결과 납은 myo-inositol을 세포 내로 수송하는 인자를 교란시키는 기전으로 세포 내 myo-inositol의 농도를 현저하게 감소시키는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 실험 결과는 생체가 납에 노출될 경우, 조기 노출 여부를 확인할 수 있는 유용한 지표로서 세포내 myo-inositol의 농도 변화를 선택 활용할 수 있음을 의미한다. Presence of lead in the environment has lead to an increasing awareness and concern of deterimental effect on ecosystem and human health. It is very important to search sensitive biomakers at lower exposure concentration which could not be observed any practical symptoms such as anemia, encephalopathy, and neuropathy in human. In the present study, to investigate myo-inositol changes in cell could be one of several biomakers on lead cytotoxicity, the toxic effects of lead on myo-inositol uptake system in the human IIL cell line from three groups : normal control, l0ppm-lead treated group, 80ppm-lead treated group. Lead significantly reduced specific myo-inositol uptake system in the lead-treated groups, but did not affected nonspecific system. Reduction pattern of myo-inositol uptake showed a dependency on the exposure concentrations of lead. Addition to sodium ion to medium increased the rate of myo-inositol uptake in the 10ppm lead treated group. These results suggest that myo-inositol content may be a useful biomaker in toxicity test with cell line and the toxic mechanism of lead on human HL 60 cell may be through reduction in myo-inositol uptake which induced by the perturbation of the sodium ion metabolism.

        랫드의 대퇴 신경중 ATPase 효소활성에 미치는 납의 영향

        Nerve conduction impairment in lead neuropathy has been empirically linked to altered nerve myo-inositol metabolism. In most cases of neuropathy, abnormal myo-inositol metabolism is associated with abnormal Na^(+)/K^(+) ATPase provides a potential mechanism to relate defects of the myo-inositol metabolism in the peripheral nerve treated with lead. Therefore, the effect of lead on the rat sciatic nerve Na^(+)/K^(+) ATPase and other ATPase of sciatic nerve was studied. ATPase activity was measured enzymatically in sciatic nerve homogenates from 2-wk lead treated neuropathy rats and age-mached controls administered myo-inositol. Na^(+)/K^(+) ATPase components were assessed by ouabain inhibition or the omission of sodium and potassium ions. Lead reduced 50% reduction in the Na^(+)/K^(+) ATPase activity in homogenates of sciatic nerve. The 50% reduction in the Na^(+)/K^(+) ATPase activity was selectively prevented by myo-inositol treatment. This study suggests that the toxic mechanism of the lead on peripheral nerve may be through reduction in Na^(+)/K^(+) ATPase activity which has been linked to axonal transport slowing in the rat model of lead neuropathy, via direct changes by the perturbation of the intracelluar sodium or potasium level.

        태권도 선수의 셀프리더십, 운동 몰입 및 경기력의 관계

        This study investigated the relationships among self-leadership, immersion in exercise, and athletic performance in Taekwondo in order to provide a systematic understanding of psychological factors pertaining to athletic performance. To achieve the purpose of this study, 196 Taekwondo players participated in the 46th National Collegiate Taekwondo Championship were selected as subjects of study. For the data analysis, it was carried out frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling by using PASW 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 statistical programs, and then it was verified the significance of indirect effect through Bootstrapping. As a result, first, Taekwondo players' self-leadership had a positive effect on exercise commitment. Second, Taekwondo players' self-leadership had a positive effect on athletic performance. Third, Taekwondo players' exercise commitment had a positive effect on athletic performance. 본 연구는 태권도 선수들의 경기력 향상과 관련된 심리적 요인들의 심층적인 관계규명에 대한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 셀프리더십, 운동 몰입, 경기력 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하였다. 이와 같은 내용에서 본 연구에서는 제 46회 전국대학태권도 개인선수권대회에 참가한 196명의 태권도 선수들을 연구대상으로 선정하였고, PASW/PC 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석과 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석 및 구조방정식 모형을 실시하였다. 이후 Bootstrapping을 통해 간접효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 태권도 선수의 셀프리더십은 운동 몰입에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 선수의 셀프리더십은 경기력에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도 선수의 운동 몰입은 경기력에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
