        직렬 0.5pF 커패시터를 이용한 단락형 3단 microstrip 저잡음증폭기를 알루미나 기판(εr=9.8, h=15mi1)과 HEMT 칩을 사용하여 설계하였다. 주파수 범위가 8.4GHz에서 10GHz에서 설계한 결과는 이득이 30.1 ± 0.1dB이고, 잡음지수는 0.87±0.05dB였고, 회로크기는 5.5mm × 27.15mm로 매우 작았다. 그래서 이 증폭기는 X-band T/R module 시스템에 적합하다. Short stub 3-stage low noise amplifier(LNA) with 0.5pF capacitors in series and HEMT chip is designed on alumina substate(εr =9.8, h=15mil). The simulated results show the gain of 30.1 ± 0.1dB and the noise figure of 0.87 ± 0.05dB in the frequency range from 8.4GHz to 10GHz. Circuit size is relatively small, 5.5mm x 27.15mm Thus, this amplifier is suitable for X-band T/R module system.

        Since old times land has been cultivated to yield many sort of products. From the point of production land is a very important means of production and it should belong to the farmer as a matter of course. But legally it has not always been so. Specially modern land ownership presupposes a monopoly of certain persons to consider certain portions of the globe as subject to their disposal, where their private wills reign supreme to the exclusion of any influence of others using it, lend it, sell it or leave it by will. Recently due to its publicity and sociality the land ownership is thought not to be absolute, that is the landowner is subject to characteristic prohibitions and limitations. In connection with these points writer tried to examine the characteristics of landownership and its prohibition and limitation. "Personal ownership" of land is necessary not only for the rights and interests of owner but also for the continuance of free society itself. Specially in the capitalist era land ownership played on important roll. Because land ownership could directly or indirectly become capital by means of its complementary institution. For instance the landlord leases out his land and receives the ground rent which becomes capital to promote the material abundance of modern society. In relation to this fact writer tried to examine agricultural lease as complementary institution of landownership. Landownership fulfills its social functions by menas of the complementary institutions as well as the original powers. The existing legal system prohibits agricultural land to be leased in any way, because for the benefit of farmer agricultural land should belong to them. But agricultural condition has undergone a change in recent 20 years. In relation to this state of affairs the writer examined the regulation concerned prescribed in the Agricultural Land Reform Law. The writer concludes that notwithstanding the prohibition and limitation of landownership owing to social necessity, it is worth while to preserve personal landownership complemented by the subsidiary institutions as long as man wants to live in the free circumstances. Speaking on short landownership is a least condition freely to live and agricultural lease is a kind of legal transactions to use landed property.

      • 전도잡음을 감소시킨 강압형 컨버트 구조의 효율연구

        DC-DC buck converters with closed-loop pulse width modulation(PWM) are strongly nonlinear systems which are potentially chaotic. We investigated experimentally a modified buck converter using low pass filter(LPF) or error amplifier or pulse filtering circuit for conduction noise problems occurring in the output voltage. The proposed circuit is simple and improve efficiency and stability above 50% of duty ratio. In this paper, they reveal high efficiency and smaller ripple voltage for wide industrial application.

      • 터널발파설계에서 적정장약량산정에 관한 연구

        터널발파의 효율성을 높이기 위하여 지금까지 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 막상 터널발파 설계에 적용할 가장 기본이 되는 단위체적당 폭약량을 정량적으로 산정하기에는 아직 입력변수 선정이 모호하여 어려운 실정이다. 이와 같은 근본적인 문제점을 해결하기 위해 17개소의 도로터널 현장에서 암종 및 굴착패턴별 사용된 폭약량을 조사 분석하여 암종과 암반등급을 감안한 관계식을 도출하였다. 이 관계식으로 가정보다는 현장 실용성을 내포한 정량적인 터널발파 설계가 이루어 질 수 있을 것이다. Till now a lot of studies has been performed to increase the efficiency of tunnel blasting. Nevertheless there are still uncertainties of input parameter to determine the specific charge. In order to solve this problem, the rock types and the charges of 17 road tunnel sites were analyzed. As a result of these analyses an empirical formula depending on rock type and charge was developed. Through this formula rational tunnel blasting will be designed by quantitative method rather than by assumption.

      • X-band 3단 저잡음증폭기 설계

        알루미나 기판(εr=9.8, h=15mil) 위에 직렬로 0.15nH 인덕터를 사용한 3단 coplanar waveguide형 저잡음증폭기를 X-band에서 설계하였다.9GHz에서 11GHz 주파수 범위에서 설계한 결과는 이득이 33±2 dB이고, 잡음지수는 0.82±0.04dB 였고.회로크기는 4.25min x 16mm로 매우 작았다.그래서 이 증폭기는 집적 transceiver module 제작에 적합하다. 3-stage low noise amplifier(LNA) using coplanar waveguide with 0.15nH inductor in series is designed in X-band on Alumina substate(εr= 9.8, h= 15mil).The simulated results show the gain of 33±2 dB and the noise figure of 0.82±0.04dB in the frequency range from 9GHz to 11GHz.Circuit size is relatively small, 4.25mm x 16mm.Thus, this amplifier is suitable for integrated transceiver module.

        We study the optocoupler oscillator that shows a periode-doubling and a chaos dynamics under any conditions of input circuit in simulations by ORCAD PSpice. Its characteristics was found to coincide input frequency components with output's. But the relationship between input signals and output signals is different according to the amplitude of driving input voltage. Thus, this result can be applied to the technology of optical communications in the future.

        This paper provides the dynamics of Chua's circuit with respect to both the frequency and the amplitude of an additional weak signal in a cubic Chua's resistor. It exhibits suppression of chaos by specific conditions in nonlinear autonomous circuits. The results show that permanent chaos can be quenched by stabilizing one of many periodic orbits embedded within the chaotic attractor, and nonfeedback method of controlling chaos is simpler to implement effectively in the field of chaotic circuits.
