최근 환경문제는 한 지역에만 국한된 것이 아니라 전 지구적 문제로 확산되고 있다. 무분별한 자원개발과 공해유발 산업이 급속히 진행되고 있으며 인구증가와 경제성장이 지속되면서 국내외적으로 심각한 환경문제에 직면해 있다. 본 연구는 국토정보의 효율적인 획득을 위한 '위치기반 센서 모니터링기술'에 목적을 둔다. 유비쿼터스 시대에 필요한 각종 영상데이터, 공간정보 데이터, 환경 데이터들을 분석, 수집, 처리 할 수 있는 기술개발로써 선행 되었던 환경 측정실험에서 측정하지 못하였던 이동시 속도변화에 의한 환경센서 측정값의 영향을 알아보기 위하여 수행하였다.

For the purpose of controlling sprouts or soil preparation in the process of replacement with necessary trees of cull which covers most of the experimental forest of Kon-Kuk University, the effects of waste machine oil, caustic soda, and petroleum on number and length of sprouts and killing stumps were studied by applying them to such wild trees as Acer ginnala Mx., Quercus aliens Bl., Rhus japonica L., Rhododendron Spp., Lespedexa japonica Bailey. Var. Intermedia Nakai, and Lindera obstusiloba Bl. which are most populous in the area. 1.The experiment was carried out in the experimental forest of Kon-Kuk Univercity in Chowolmyun, Kwangju-Kun, Kyunggi Provice, 40 Km away from Seoul. 2.The soil condition of experimented area was of clay loam, weatherbitten granite and basalt, with soil depth of 30 cm, soil acidity of 5.15, food drainage, and humus of over 20 cm. The available phosphorus and exchangeable pothasium were 22.55 and 145.25 respectively. 3.For experiment such cull as Acer ginnala MX., Quercus aliena BI., Rhus japonica L, Rhododendron Spp., Lespedeza japonica Bailey Var intermedia nakai, Lindera obstusiloba BI. were chosen which are most populous and strong in struggbing fur existence. 4.Chemicals were waste machine oil, caustic soda, and petroleum, which were cheap and easy to get. 5.The chemicals were painted June 15 on bruised portions of the stumps after cutting sprouts off grown on the stumps since soil preparation. 6.The effect research was carried out Oct.15 four months after chemical treatment and effects were compared by measuring number and length of sprouts and killed slumps according to treated area by chemical and to kind of tree. 7.The treated trees showed conspicuous effect in not only controlling sprouts and growth but also killing trees, comparing with untreated trees, and the waste machine oil was the most effective. 8.The effect was different in accordance with trees with the best Rhus japonica L, and Quercus aliena BI. and with the leant on Lindera obstusiloba BI. in controlling sprouts and killing trees. 9.There was a direct relation in the number and length of sprouts of the treated tree but not in different trees. There was, however, a direct relation in the whole effect of the treatment.
