        V-벤딩 금형에서 박판 소재의 실험과 해석을 통한 스프링 백 비교 고찰

        When the product is removed from the mold after molding during the sheet metal molding process, elastic recovery causes a springback phenomenon. Much research has been done to minimize this phenomenon. In this study, V-bending experiments were conducted using galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel, and aluminum sheet materials, using a total of nine types of thin sheet materials of 1.0t, 1.5t, and 2.0t, respectively. Molding analysis and experimental data were compared and analyzed. In the case of galvanized steel sheets, it was considered that the springback phenomenon occurs more frequently in molding analysis than in experiments. It was considered that the springback phenomenon occurs greatly in the experiment, not the interpretation of the molding of the stainless steel plate and the aluminum plate. It was considered that the springback occurrence tendency of the molding analysis and the experiment was the same, and the springback occurrence error rate of the molding analysis and the experimental result was about 4.0%.

        특수학급 교사의 교사효능감과 교직적응탄력성의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개 효과

        The study was to analyze the influence of teacher effectiveness on the adaptability of special class teacher based on the mediating effect of social support. These subjects are 315 special class teachers in elementary, middle and high schools In addition, through questionnaires, through the understanding of social support, the impact of the effectiveness of special class teacher teachers on the adaptive resilience of teaching is analyzed. The questionnaire included 25 teacher effectiveness, 37 teaching adaptation flexibility and 24 social support. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis to study the relationship between teacher effectiveness, teaching adaptability and social support of special class teachers. In addition, a stepwise multiple regression analysis was performed by the step selection method, and a Durbin-Watson value indicating the influence between the measurement errors of the dependent variables was obtained to examine the multi-collinearity between the variables. In order to test the mediating effect of social support, the mediating effect was tested according to the regression analysis procedure of the gradual mediating effect. To verify the importance of the mediating effects of social support, a sobel test was performed. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, there is a positive relationship between the effectiveness of teachers, the ability of teachers to adapt, and the social support of special class teachers. Secondly, the teacher effectiveness of special class teachers has a direct impact on the adaptability of teaching. Third, the teacher effectiveness of special class teachers has a direct impact on the support of private tutoring. Fourth, the social support of special class teachers directly affects the adaptability of teaching. Fifth, when teacher effectiveness and social support are affected more than the influence of special class teacher effectiveness on teaching flexibility, the adaptive flexibility of teaching adaptation increases.

Fifth, when teacher effectiveness and social support are affected more than the influence of special class teacher effectiveness on teaching flexibility, the adaptive flexibility of teaching adaptation increases. 본 연구는 315명의 특수학급 교사를 대상으로 교사효능감이 특수학급 교사의 교직적응탄력성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 그 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 특수학급 교사의 교사효능감, 교직적응탄력성, 사회적 지지는 서로 정적인 관계가 있다. 즉, 특수학급 교사의 교사효능감이 높을수록 그들의 교직적응탄력성과 사회적 지지는 같이 높아진다. 그리고 특수학급 교사의 교사효능감은 교직적응탄력성에 직접적인 영향을 준다. 즉, 특수학급 교사의 교사효능감이 높을수록 그들의 교직적응탄력성이 같이 높아진다. 이는 교사효능감의 하위영역인 개인적 교사효능감과 일반적 교사효능감이 교직적응탄력성에 높은 영향을 주는 것으로 확인할 수 있다. 한편, 특수학급 교사의 교사효능감은 사회적 지지에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 교사효능감의 하위영역인 일반적 교수효능감이 사회적 지지에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 파악할 수 있다. 또한, 특수학급 교사의 사회적 지지는 교직적응탄력성에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 사회적 지지의 하위 요인인 정책 지지와 교장 지지는 교직적응탄력성에 영향을 준다. 마지막으로 특수학급 교사의 교사효능감이 교직적응탄력성에 미치는 영향 보다 교사효능감과 사회적 지지가 동시에 영향을 줄 때 종속변인인 교직적응탄력성을 증가시킨다. 즉, 교사효능감과 교직적응탄력성의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 완전매개효과를 가진다.
