현대 한국에서 주요한 문단 등단 방법 중의 하나는 신춘문예이다. 신춘문예 는 예심을 거쳐 올라온 시들 가운데 한 편을 뽑고 심사평을 발표하는데 심사평 은 ‘올해 투고시의 경향’이나 ‘시에 대한 단상’ 그리고 ‘낙선이유’와 ‘당선이유’ 등을 발표하는 형식으로 이루어진다. 본고의 연구대상 시기인 2000년 이후 약 60여명의 심사자, 약 100명가량의 당선자, 수천 명의 낙선자가 있었다. 시간차 가 있음에도 당선된 시와 심사평에서 발견되는 낙선자나 심사자 그리고 당선자 의 특징은 이들을 단수로 지칭해도 될 만큼 비슷한 양상을 보인다. 그리고 매해 수 천 명의 시인들이 투고하고 있으므로 신춘문예는 지극히 당대적이라고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 인식을 바탕으로 본고는 2000년 이후의 신춘문예 심사평과 당 선작을 통해 신춘문예의 종교현상을 고찰하였다. 그 결과 당선자 낙선자 심사자 는 문학청년들의 강렬한 문학 숭배현상, 통과해야 할 관문으로서의 ‘통과의례’ 라는 의례의 원형을 보여준다는 것을 발견하였다. 나아가 당선된 시들에게서는 ‘신화화의 과정’을 엿볼 수 있었다. 신화화의 과정이란 ‘무서운 아버지,’ ‘소외된 아들들,’ ‘아버지의 쇠퇴,’ ‘아버지 죽이기,’ ‘죄의식과 아버지의 토템화,’ ‘주기 적인 의례로 기억하기,’ ‘또 다른 아버지가 되기’의 신화화 과정을 볼 수 있었다. In Korea, one of the ways of becoming a poet is winning the Annual Spring Literature Contest. There are two steps for competitors to go through in order to become a final winner. First, a panel of judges select several quality poems. Afterwards, the judges decide on one best poem from the chosen poems. The poems that are dropped off at a preliminary contest are called as ‘unselected poems’. When announcing the winner of the contest, the examiners issue commentaries on the best poem as well as those on unselected ones. The whole process of the Spring Literature Contest is considered almost similar to ritualistic and religious phenomena. The ritualistic phenomena involving both the winner and losers of the contest include worships of literature and a rite of passages for would-be poets. Moreover, the following themes are often found in the selected poems such as strict fathers, alienated sons, murdering fathers, sense of guilt, Totem, rites of regular memorizing and ‘being an another father.’

IPA를 활용한 소외청소년 문화예술교육사업 만족도 연구-상상학교 참여자 및 지도자를 중심으로-

This study purports to evaluate the level of satisfaction for so-called imagination school, which is a part of a education program for art and culture for the alienated youths in Korea. To be more precise, this study utilizes two-dimensional approach that takes into consideration evaluation items of both importance and satisfaction. By doing this, we try to isolate potential factors for selective focuses for a more effective implementation of imagination school program. The respondents consist of two sub-parts, 398 youths who participated imagination schools program in 2013 and 45 persons who both supervised the program and managed the facilities for the program. Considering both aspects of importance and satisfaction, the IPA results are as follows. First and foremost, the average level of overall satisfaction for participating youths IS 86.80, and that of supervisors(managers at the same time) is 79.10. Secondly, the first quadrant signifying maintenance and management in IP matrix involves such items as kindness of facilities managers in management system, appropriateness of activity locations in environment, and understanding and consideration in instructors. In supervisors's part, appropriateness of supporting systems, the more positive composition of participating contents in contents, the expertise with other youth activities, and expertise of instructors, and understanding and consideration of instructors towards participating youths are induced. Thirdly, the second quadrant of IP matrix signifying the parts of improvement shows such items convenience of transportation of program locations in environment, appropriateness of contents for participation in contents, and a more smooth procedures from the instructors in instructors as needing improvements. Lastly, IPA analysis shows such items as appropriateness of programs for selection and areas of need in management system and a more professional manner of program procedure in instructors as needing improvement efforts with priority. 본 연구는 소외청소년 문화예술교육 사업의 일환으로 진행된 ‘상상학교’ 사업의 만족도를 평가하는 것이다. 만족도를 평가함에 있어 각 평가 항목의 중요도와 만족도를 함께 고려한 2차원적 평가를 실시함으로써 상상학교 정책사업의 효과적 수행을 위해 선택과 집중을 해야 하는 요소를 탐색하고자 하였다. 조사대상은 2013년 상상학교 참여청소년 398명과 상상학교 운영시설 지도자 45명이었다. 중요도 가중치를 고려한 종합만족도 산출과 IPA 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상상학교 참여 청소년의 종합만족도는 86.60이었고, 지도자들의 종합만족도는 79.10점이었다. 둘째, IP Matrix의 유지관리에 위치(1사분면)하여 지속적인 유지를 해야 하는 항목으로 청소년들은 운영체계 차원의 ‘시설선생님들의 친절성’, 환경차원의 ‘활동 장소의 적절성’, 강사차원의 ‘강사의 참가자 이해와 배려’ 항목으로 나타났다. 지도자들은 운영체계 차원의 지원(예산, 행정 등)의 적절성, 내용 차원의 ‘적극적인 참여 내용의 구성’, ‘다른 청소년활동과의 전문성’, 강사차원의 ‘강사들의 전문성’, ‘강사들의 학생에 대한 이해와 배려’가 도출되었다. 셋째, IPA매트릭스 분석의 2사분면의 중점개선에 해당하여 중점적으로 개선이 요구되는 사항으로 청소년들은 환경차원의 ‘장소까지의 교통의 편리성’, 내용차원의 ‘참여내용 구성의 적절성’, 강사차원의 ‘강사들의 원활한 진행’ 등을 중점적 개선이 필요한 항목으로 지목하였다. IPA 분석을 통해 드러난 지도자들이 지목하고 있는 주요 개선 희망사항들은 운영체계의 ‘희망분야 및 선정 프로그램의 적합성’, 강사차원의 ‘강사들의 원활한 프로그램 진행’ 등으로 나타났다.
