The number of elderly women has increased recently The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the beauty service industry, and direction for the beauty service marketing that could meet the needs of the elderly by finding the status of hair management behaviors according to demographic characteristics hair condition, and level of damage, attitude toward hair management perceptions on hair management and use of hair care products, To collect data for this study, a survey method was used. Frequency analysis was carried out to find the demographic characteristics of the study subjects. And fir the status of hair management behaviors according to demographic characteristics cross tabulation was carried out. The results showed that hair condition, attitude toward hair management perceptions on hair management, and the use of hair care products were different according to the demographic characteristics and the differences were statistically significant. The elderly women who are younger and more interested in appearance and have higher education and income showed more active hair management behavior while the elderly women who are older and less interested in appearance and have lower education and income showed more passive hair management behavior. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the opportunities for the elderly to have systematic hair management education and consumer education. Moreover, the beauty industry needs to provide more detailed and differentiated services and products to the elderly.
