공립 유치원 교사의 자기장학에 대한 실행정도가 학급경영에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 공립 유치원에서의 자기장학에 대한 교사의 실행정도가 학급경영에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 국·공립 유치원 교사 509명을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석 결과 공립 유치원 교사들은 가장 많이 실행하고 있는 장학의 형태는 자기장학이 가장 많았고, 경력이 높을수록 자기장학을 선호하고, 교사의 자기장학에 대한 실행정도는 경력이 높을수록 자기장학율 계획하고 구체적으로 실천하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기장학의 결과를 바탕으로 스스로 반성 ·평가를 하여 교육현장에 적용하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 다양한 자기장학의 실행이 교사들의 학급경영에 많은 도움을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 자기장학이 학급경영의 활성화에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of kindergarten teachers' self-supervision on class management. Several questions were set for this study demonstrating career difference of kindergarten teachers' awareness on self-supervision and of self-supervision on class management. The subjects were teachers working at the public kindergartens who attended the national training programs for kindergarten teachers during the summer session in 2004. The instrument of this study was a questionnaire for asking kindergarten teachers' overall awareness on self-supervision and class management. The items of the questionnaire were selected and revised to the current situations of public kindergartens based on the questionnaire by Lee Jeong-eun (1996). The data from the teachers were examined for content validity. To analyze the data for this study, frequency, percentile, and chi-square test were adopted through the SPSS WIN 10.0 program. The results of the study were as follows: First, self-supervision was the most popular form of supervision for the kindergarten teachers, and the teachers who have long careers preferred self-supervision, while new and mid-career teachers liked to do class research. Secondly, on the implementation of self-supervision, the long-term career teachers tended to plan their supervision in detail, therefore, implement it concretely. According to this research, teachers with the results from the supervision, reflected on their teaching, evaluated themselves and adopted their new methods in the education field. Finally, the implementation of various kinds of supervision of teachers was proved to be very helpful to their class management and self-supervision; especially, which leads to activate class management.
