스톤테라피를 이용한 등관리가 여대생의 근,체형변화에 미치는 효과

This study is management using stone therapy to evaluate the effects on muscle, body shape changes in female college students. Methods by selecting a region, such as the asymmetry of 10 people conducted a Stone therapy once in 5 weeks back area. Muscle, was measured body change, it was found that subjective satisfaction administration are as follows. In terms of changes in ‘Y’ values before and after stone therapy, significant difference was the upper part of shoulder bones(p<0.05, p<0.05 and p<0.001), and in the lower part of shoulder bones(p<0.001, p<0.05 and p<0.05). In addition, significant difference was observed in all points of time in the waist(p<0.05) and when the stone therapy was given once and twice in the hips(p<0.01 and p<0.05). In terms of changes in values depending on the time of measurement, a statistically significant difference(p<0.01) was observed at 1%. In terms of interaction between a point of time and treatment group as well, a statistically significant difference(p<0.01) was observed at 1%. In terms of the average of the values by part, in addition, a statistically significant difference(p<0.05) was observed at 5%. After five-weeks of stone therapy, a significant difference was observed in value changes between a point of time and the treatment group in all subjects. In other words, it was confirmed that stone therapy has an impact on muscle & body shape changes(p<0.01). In terms of subjective satisfaction of stone therapy, there were positive responses in the improvement of the back care and while whole body-psychological responses. In addition, interest in stone therapy significantly increased. In this study, the effect of stone therapy on college women’s muscle & body shape changes has been evaluated in both subjective and objective manners. It has been concluded that stone therapy is very useful as an effective body shape management program.

최근 산업 현장에서 발생하는 사고의 증가를 막기 위해 4차 산업 시대의 다양한 혁신 기술을 건축 행정에 접목하여 산업 현장 안전 관리의 효율성을 높이는 안전 관리 고도화 작업을 추진하고 있다. 이에 따라 산업 현장에서 발생하는 위험을 선제적으로 예방하고 실시간으로 관리하는 지능형 모니터링을 이용한 스마트 안전 관리 시스템이 주목받고 있다. 스마트 안전 관리 시스템은 곳곳에 위치된 센서를 통해 현장의 소음, 가스 농도, 미세먼지 농도, 건축 자재의 품질, 건축물의 기울기 그리고 RFID를 활용한 근무자의 출입 여부와 같은 요소를 실시간으로 원격 모니터링할 수 있는 시스템을 사용자에게 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 라즈베리파이를 이용하여 스마트 안전 관리 시스템을 위한 다양한 데이터를 지그비 통신으로 수집 및 모니터링하는 방법을 제시한다. In recent years, to prevent the increase in accidents at industrial sites, various innovative technologies from the 4th industrial era have been incorporated into the construction administration to promote the advancement of safety management. As a result, smart safety management systems using intelligent monitoring that prevent and manage risks in industrial sites in real time are attracting attention. Smart safety management systems provide users with real-time, remote monitoring of factors such as noise, gas concentration fine dust concentration, building material quality, building tilt, and RFID-based worker access through sensors located everywhere. This paper presents a method for collecting and monitoring various data for smart safety management systems via Zigbee communication using Raspberry Pi.
