Websites in the Internet are uncontrollable domain and various contents in websites lead people’s activities and thoughts and new business paradigms for the future. These phenomena are from expanding the social network based on the endless growth of information technology. Websites are composed with many of links and communicating and expanding their virtual area by links; inbound, outbound, onsite, and offsite links. Research and practice in digital information on the web have focused on finding and measuring artifacts, factors and attributes of web structure and contents from the perspective that information is a resource and property of products and services. Websites links is one of the core artifacts for understanding the virtual area. This study identifies the role of web link structure and webpage keyword as artifacts and examines their relationships by webpage rank by a minimal hub as performance in the business websites that are serving tourism information. Discovering relationships of links provides managerial insights on organizations virtual activities and systematic understandings about digitalized organizational information in the information use environment.
DEA와 Malmquist 생산성 지수를 활용한 관광산업 업종별 효율성 분석: 2010-2017년 관광사업체 기초통계조사를 대상으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency and productivity changes of the tourism industry and 7 sub-industries and to diagnose the efficiency of the tourism industry accordingly. This study analyzed the change indices of efficiency and productivity indices through data envelopment analysis and malmquist productivity index for 2010-2017 The census on Basic Characteristics of Tourism Establishments. In terms of efficiency by sectors, overall technology efficiency, pure technology efficiency, and scale efficiency improved. However, the tourism hospitality and lodging industry is experiencing an Increasing Return to Scale(IRS) phenomenon. Malmquist productivity index trend is analyzed as the Total Factor Productivity Index(TFPI) improved in 2017 compared to 2010. before 2014-15 year, Technical Efficiency Change Index(TEI or TECI) was contributed to the improvement of TFPI, and after 2014-15 year, Technical Change Index(TCI) was contributed to the improvement of the TFPI. The TFPI of the tourism industry is constantly improving, but the TFPI is somewhat lower than 1 in 2016-17. However, there is needed to improve the return to scale(RTS) by actively responding to technological change and improving overall operating efficiency.
체이드(CHAID) 기법을 이용한 방한 외래관광객의 재방문 패턴 분석

This study is to analyze the patterns of revisit foreign tourists in trip planning, activity and, post trip phase by using the analysis of the decision Tree technique; a CHAID algorithm. The increase in the revisit ratio of foreign tourists visiting Korea is an important market for reducing the cost of enterprises and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of finances. According to the results of the analysis, there were 20 terminal nodes in the planning stage, 11 terminal nodes in the trip stage, and 11 terminal nodes in the post-trip stage, which were statistically significant at each of stages of revisiting foreign tourists. The major factors influencing the root node by a CHAID algorithm were the country of residence, the purpose of the visit, the decision point of the trip (one month), the number of companions, the occupation, the travel information acquisition route, the age and gender in the planning state. And there were he country of residence, occupation, and age in the trip stage. In the post-trip stage, it was influenced the revisiting behavior and recommendation to travel to Korea within 3 years depending on the country of residence and age. 본 연구는 방한 외래관광객의 재방문 행태를 계획 단계, 활동 단계, 사후 단계로 구분하고, 의사결정나무 기법인 체이드(CHAID) 기법을 이용한 재방문 고객의 그룹별 패턴을 분석하였다. 방한 외래관광객의 재방문율 증대는 기업의 비용을 절감하고, 재정의 효율성 향상과 효과성 확대에 영향을 미치는 중요한 정책이라 할 수 있다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 외래관광객 재방문 계획 단계에서 통계적으로 유의한 총 20개 최종 마디, 활동 단계는 11개 최종 마디, 사후 단계는 11개 최종 마디가 형성되었다. 뿌리 마디에 영향을 미친 주요 요인은 계획 단계에서 거주국, 방문 목적, 여행 결정 시점(1개월), 동반자 수, 직업, 여행 정보 입수 경로, 연령, 성별로 나타났고, 활동 단계에서는 거주국, 직업, 연령이 나타났으며, 사후 단계에서는 거주국과 연령에 따라 3년 이내 재방문 의사와 한국 여행 추천 의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 방한 외래관광객 재방문 패턴이 단계별로 차이가 있고, 방한 관광 시장 세분화를 위한 의사결정나무의 특성별 영향 요인을 밝히는 기초적 접근 모델로 의의가 있다고 볼 수 있다.
