1. Entomological field surveys on the moth fauna at Gucheondong, Muju, Cholla Puk Do were undertaken in July 4, 21 and August 13 in 1978 respectively. In addition to the above collected moth specimens, the museum specimens which were collected in 1976 from the same area were also examined in this study. 2. As a result, a total of 139 newly recorded species of Gucheondong area which comprises 18 families were recovered. Therefore, moth fauna form the area recorded so far, are amounted to the total of 166 species belonging to 18 families. 3. In this survey and study, the following twelve species are recorded newly from Korea. The significance of this study lies in setting precedent data for ongoing studies and finding solution of issues on female culinary staff in hotel and their emotional labor, exhaustion, and occupational contentment. The study shows while female culinary staff members deal with emotional labor, they experience discordance resulting from expressing standardized emotion instead of actual emotion, and that their emotional labor and exhaustion is connected with job contentment. Based on the result of this study, exhaustion from emotional labor should be reduced or prevented, and programs and complementary systems for self-control should be introduced to increase occupational contentment. More studies on female hotel culinary staff and their job management should be followed.
페야쿠르트병을 이용한 오수정화시설의 유기물 처리 특성 및 서식 미생물 분류

The average concentration of BOD, SS, TKN and T-P of influent were 94.81, 105.58, 9.72㎎/L, respectively. Also, these average concentration of effluent were 7.94, 2.98, 18.21 and 4.95㎎/L, respectively. The corresponding removal efficiencies were 91.33% in BOD, 97.18% in SS, 67.30% in TKN and 49.0% in T-P. The process of this system was maintained stably because of flowing by gravity. The media used for this study was Yakult filter with specific surface area of 130㎡/㎥ and surface loading rate of 28㎡/㎥. In this system, the removal efficiencies of SS and sludge were higher than those of activated sludge process. Twenty eight senora and sixty eight species of aerobic bacteria were identified from floating water and Yakult filters in the septic tank. Especially, only two strains of the bacteria were found from the effluent. Alcaligenes, Corynebacterium, Flavobacterium, Pseudomonas, and Staphylococcus of the bacteria were found, and they were known as excellent bacteria for the degradation of organic matter. Also, Alcaligenes, Bacillus, Flavobacterium, Micrococcus, Proteus and Pseudomonas, which can denitrification organic matter, were found and phosphorus removal bacteria, Acinetobacter was identified.

The findings of this study can contribute to the marketing strategies of the food service industry. In service recovery situations, the likelihood of retaining a customer depends heavily on whether the customer feels that s/he has been treated fairly or not. According to our findings, food service establishments should be quick to assuage dissatisfied customers, including offering monetary compensation. To do otherwise risks losing the complainant as a repeat customer. Restaurants should offer internal training programs to their staffs to train them how to handle customer complaints in such a way as to maintain good relationship with customers and thereby encourage repeat business.
xDSL을 위한 오류 제어 시스템 모델링 및 성능평가에 관한 연구

In the xDSL channel of the twisted pair line, there are long burst errors because of impulse noise such as NEXT(Near end crosstalk), RFI(Radio frequency interference). So if only error control code were used for burst error correction, error control system is very complex. Therefore if an interleaver that distributes burst errors to a few codewords were used with error control code, a total error control system performance is promoted. In this paper, Reed-Solomon code used for correcting these burst errors, and scrambler, sequential interleaver. The channel loss is impulse noise tested for the ANSI T1E1.4. And a total system is simulated at the matlab communication and simulink toolbox. An analysis evaluation is acquired to error rate of the error correct system, and delay time of the interleaver, interleaver efficience.

The hotel industry is a representative service industry that is highly dependent on human resources; therefore, efficient human resources management not only contributes to the development of qualifications of organization members and to the achievement of qualifications of organization members by motivating and increasing the morale of employees, but it also will reduce any loss of or negative effect on a corporation owing to unnecessary turnover of employees. This study aimed to measure how not only job-related factors from among various influential factors on the turnover of Korean hotel chefs outside the job affect their turnover intention through job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and working attitude, which are job attitudes. Such a study was conducted to deduce effective and practical implications for the operation of human resources management in the hotel industry. For research subjects, the study carried out a primary preliminary survey aimed at chefs who are working at five star hotels in Seoul, and then conducted a secondary survey by using questionnaires collected from the primary survey. A total of 330 copies of the questionnaire were disseminated, out of which 320 copies were collected and 300 copies were used after excluding copies with insincere answers and a high central tendency. Then, through a data recording and data cleaning process, the study conducted an analysis utilizing the SPSS 14.0 for Windows statistics package program. Based on the result of this research, as a way of helping chefs in a hotel company remain in an organization in consideration of complaints about their job and organizational commitment and to cultivate an interest in andattachment to their job, it is necessary to create a culture in which they can cope more actively by not only bonding with their bosses but also by creating relationships with their peers around them. In the results of research into the job attitude variables of hotel chefs of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and working attitude on their turnover intention, job attitude as a parameter was confirmed to be a significantly influential factor on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention.
