As the construction project have became larger, more complex and various, it is increasingly and more important to manage the project management such as progress management. A quick and exact progress management can grasp the problem of the projects, further it can make a decision for solving the problem at the right time. Especially, the proper decision in an early phase of design-build project is recognized as one of the important factors for the construction project because it might make a big impact on outcome of the project. It is effective that documents produced by each work, which are relatively quantitative information in the early phase, function as the criteria because quantitative criteria and information is significantly important for the exact schedule management. Therefore, this paper aimed to develop a model for progress measurement during pre-construction stages in design-build project based on documents provided by each work. Drawing the documents and Business Process Structure(BPS) was preceded by analyzing the current regulations and the system for our goal. The authors calculated a work time related weight of documents by using AHP to use for a criterion of progress measurement. Therefore, the model proposed by this paper can effectively grasp and manage a progress each work, which might raise productivity of project management in pre-construction stages.

Modular Green Substation means a combination of Modular Substation and Green Substation. A modular substation is a substation in which all of its facilities will be manufactured in modular type, stored in a container, and transported to a trailer. Green substation is a substation equipped with compensation facilities such as ESS, and FACTS to link renewable energy to power system by guaranteeing power quality. This paper deals with plans for development and application of Modular Green Substation to cope with emergencies in the case of substation failure and to improve the acceptability of renewable energy.

무효전력 보상설비인 분로리액터는 전력계통의 부하 패턴에 따라서 하루에도 수 회 정도 차단기에 의해 운전되거나 정지된다. 분로리액터개폐 시 몇 가지 요인에 의해 발생하는 과전압은 차단기의 절연 성능을 저하시키며, 계통을 구성하는 전력기기에 심각한 전압 스트레스를 유발한다. 분로리액터 개폐 과정에서 발생하는 과도현상을 측정하는 것은 계통을 모의하여 차단기 성능을 검증하는 시험소 수준에서는 가능하나, 실제 계통 운전 중에 발생하는 과도현상을 측정하는 것은 여러 가지 제약으로 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실 계통에서 지상 소전류 차단과정에서 가혹한 과도회복전압(TRV: Transient Recovery Voltage)을 유발하는 재발호(reignition)나 전류재단(current chopping) 현상에 대한 해석을 위해 전자계과도해석프로그램(EMTP: Electro-magnetic Transients Program)을 활용한 모델링 과정과 이를 토대로 분로리액터 개폐 과정에서 차단기의 고장을 유발하는 주된 현상에 대해 해석하고자 한다. Shunt reactor, a facility for reactive power compensation, is switched several times a day depending on the load pattern. When the circuitbreaker opens the shunt reactor over-voltage is generated by several factors which degrade the insulating performance of internal parts of the circuit-breaker and cause severe voltage stress on the equipment in the power system. Transient phenomenon occurring during the switching of shunt reactor are available in laboratories that verify the performance of the circuit-breaker by simulating the power system. However, it is difficult to measure the transient phenomenon that occurs during actual operation in actual power system due to many limitations. Therefore, this paper deals with the modeling using EMTP to analyze the reignition and current chopping which causes more severe transient recovery voltage in the small inductive current breaking in actual power systems. In addition, this paper analyzes the main phenomenon that cause circuit-breaker failure in opening shunt reactor using EMTP model.
