        I searched for the amount of Ni-adding reach mechanical properties to the welding point of a soft steel plate. Ni have four additions : 0, 1.5, 3, 4.5 and flux was made of weldment in condition being most suitable using MF 38 of the steel goods didn t have an effect of the part of welding point. I examined impact of charpy V notch in extent of -60℃ to -20℃ tensile stress and hardness system in high temperature. I got a conclusion like this through above. 1. The amount of Ni adding were 1.5% with being most suitable in extent of -60℃ to -20℃. 2. The move of Ni amount increase the more of the welding power of surrender. 3. The maximum of ultimate tensile stress is increasing as the amount of Ni and got the maximum of ultimate tensile stress evaluation in 3.0%. 4. It was found that hardness evaluation is a little low in case of the pare of heat effect and increase in the welding point.

      • 유동 모드 하에서 ER 유체의 빙햄 특성에 대한 연구

        This experimental study presents Bingham properties under the flow mode. Among working modes of ER fluids the flow mode is considered in this study. In order to undertake this work, a flow mode type electro-viscometer is manufactured. The experimental setup is similar to the ER damper which is operated by the double-rod hydraulic cylinder. The electrode gap is chosen by 1.00㎜. The pressure drops in the viscometer are measured by two pressure sensors at each end of the electrode. The yield stresses are then obtained through analytical procedures. As for the ER fluid to be tested, two types of ER fluids are employed; soluble-arabic gum based ER fluid(I3S50), an ER fluid of Bayer. The first one is composed in-housingly. The pressure drops of ER fluids are measured by increasing the electric field from zero to maximum voltage in room temperature. Consequently, the yield stresses of the ER fluids are obtained. The significant factor of Bingham properties, ?? and ?? values, of all ER fluid in the flow mode appeared to be greater than that in the shear mode, exclusive of soluble-arabic gum based ER fluid. Therefore, the Bingham model applied to the application of flow-mode type of device, the results obtained from the flow-mode type of experiment should be used.

        This paper deals with investigations into the testing of analysis with CAE(mold flow). It has been carried out to study the possibility before the injection molding. The results indicate that analysis characteristic is very important of injection molding condition with distinctly different from between heat temperature of resin and molding. especially we found gravity out about size and position of the first gate. So there are not defects of molding on analysis with all optimum condition as before and we will apply improvement data to injection molding system.
