      • 철용 기화성방청제의 합성 및 성능연구

        전용진 혜전대학 1997 論文集 Vol.15 No.-

        철용기화성 방청제로 dialkylamine 4-nitrobenzoates 화합물을 산ㆍ염기 반응으로 합성하였다. 부식억제 효과를 시험하기 위해 lM Na₂SO₄ 용액에 합성한 방청제를 1%(w/v) 농도로 용해시켜 potentiostatic method로 분극실험 결과, diethylamine 4-nitrobenzoate용액의 부동태화 전류밀도 (i_(p))는 4.78㎃/㎠로 얻었다. 첨가제 효과로 dialkylamine 4-nitrobenzoates와 (NA₄)₂CO₃, NaHCO₃의 최적 혼합비율은 4 : 6, 5 : 5이었으며 이 때 부동태화 전류밀도(i_(p))는 0.26, 0.85㎃/㎠로 최소값을 나타냈다. 철용 방청액의 최적 혼합물을 KS A-2111에 따라 시험결과 우수하였다. Dialkylamine 4-nitrobenzoates for vapor corrsion inhibitior were synthesized with dialkylamines and 4-nitrobenzoic acid. Corrosion inhibition of synthetic compounds and additives against ferrous metal were investigated by potentionstatic method [1%(w/v) corrosion inhibitor in 1M Na₂So₄ solution]. The passivating current density(i_(p)) of diethylamine 4-nitrobenzoate was shown 4.78㎃/㎠. Optimum ratio of diethylamine 4-nitrobenzoate with additive (NH₄)₂CO₃ and NaHCO₃ were 4 : 6 and 5 : 5(V/V), and passivating current density(i_(p)) of mixtures were shown 0.26, 0.85㎃/㎠ respectively. Test of KS A-2111, optimum fomulated anticorrosive solution containing diethylamine 4-nitrobenzoate was shown good results.

        A New Species of the Genus Chelonaplysilla (Demospongiae: Dendroceratida: Darwinellidae) from Korea

        Chelonaplysilla supjiensis n. sp. belonging to family Darwinellidae was collected from Jejudo Island, Korea in 2008. C. supjiensis n. sp. is closely to C. noevus in surface structure and skeleton, but differ in surface, sandy reticulation mixed with many spicule detritus.         Internet Banking Attitudes in Association with Demographics and Motivations

        This paper examines Internet banking attitudes associated with demographics and motivations for Internet banking subscribers to access their online banking sites. To find out the relationships among demographics, motivation, and attitude, I conducted ANOVA and regression analysis using survey data. The results of the paper found that age group and experience were significant demographic variable impacting motivation of economic benefits and users with much experience. Male users had stronger motivation of entertainment and getting better information than female users. Users with longer experience and frequent visitors had positive attitude on financial products. All motivation factors had influences on attitudes on both of financial products and Internet banking. This study suggests the features of Internet banking attitudes and motivations by demographics, from which we can figure out how to motivate Internet banking users for them not only to actively access their online banks rather than visit banks in person but also to have positive attitudes on their banks and Internet banking.

        A New Species of the Genus Biemna (Demospongiae: Poecilosclerida: Desmacellidae) from Korea

        A new species of the genus Biemna (Demospongiae: Poecilosclerida: Desmacellidae), Biemna hongdoensis n. sp. was collected from Hongdo Island, Korea by SCUBA diving in 2004. B. hongdoensis n. sp. is closely related to B. megalosigma Hentshel, 1912 in their spicules, but the styles and sigmas of new species are larger than B. megalosigma’s and microxeas and raphides of new species are smaller than B. megalosigma's. Also, new species has not spheres. The stubby conulose are distributed throughout the surface of new species.       • Dialkyl Sebacates에 따른 리튬복합염 그리이스 합성 연구

        가혹한 윤활조건에 사용 가능한 높은 적점(260℃)의 내열성과 낮은 유분리도(5.7wt%)를 갖는 고온 및 고하중용 다목적 그리이스를 합성하였다. 파라핀계 기유와 12-hydroxy stearic acid, dialkyl sebacates를 LiOH·H₂O로 검화반응 시킨 리튬복합염 그리이스이다. 리튬비누-리튬염 농조제에 대해 dialkyl sebacates의 알킬기, 각 조성물의 반응 몰비에 따라 합성된 리튬복합염 그리이스의 물성과 특성을 확인하였으며, 최적 formulation과 합성공정조건을 확립하였다. 파라핀계 기유 75~97wt%, 농조제(리튬비누-리튬염) 3~20wt% 및 첨가제 0~5wt%로 조성된 리튬복합염 그리이스를 합성하였다. 리튬비누의 양은 전체 그리이스의 10~15wt% 이내이다. 디옥틸 사바케이트에 의해 생성되는 디리튬염은 0.4~5.0wt%로 구성되며 12-히드록시 스테아릭산 대한 몰비는 10~45 : 1 범위이다. 붕소산에 의해 생성되는 모노리튬염은 전체 그리이스 양의 1.5~5.0wt% 이내이며 12-히드록시 스테아릭산에 대한 몰비는 1.0~10 : 1 범위이다. 검화반응에 사용된 극성분산제는 글리세린으로 첨가량은 전체 그리이스 양의 0.1~0.3wt% 범위이다.
