The hotel membership program is significant role to enhance the hotel sales. This article presents the results of the case study on the impact of hotel membership program to sales performance. Hotel membership programs are classified as members club, fitness club members, VIP members. The result indicated that the selling contribution of the hotel membership program was continually growing up during the research period. The members` selling contribution of the restaurant division was more significant than the leisure division and room division. And the selling contribution of the members club was greater than the fitness club members and VIP members.
