Osteosarcoma is mainly developing around the knee joint. But osteosarcoma of the calcaneus is rare. A 20 year old male patient visited our clinic due to persistent pain around the calcaneus. We diagnosed it to osteosarcoma of the calcaneus and treated with below knee amputation and adjuvant chemotherapy. We experienced a case of osteosarcoma of the calcaneus and would like to report it with review of literatures.

Purpose: As well as patient survival, the restoration of postoperative function such as ambulation is important in limb salvage operations for treatment of malignant bone tumors involving the proximal femur. The authors analyzed clinical outcomes of limb salvage operations using tumor prostheses for metastatic or primary malignant bone tumors in the proximal femur. Materials and Methods: From February 2005 to January 2014, 20 cases (19 patients) with malignant bone tumor involving the proximal femur with pain or complicated pathologic fracture were treated with segmental resection and limb salvage operations with tumor prostheses. Mean age was 63.1 years (range 35-86). Fourteen patients were male and six ones were female. The mean follow-up period was 20 months (1-94 months). There were 15 cases of metastatic bone tumor, 4 cases of osteosarcoma, and 1 case of multiple myeloma. The primary tumors of the metastatic bone tumors included 4 lung cancers, 3 hepatocellular carcinomas, and 3 renal cell carcinomas. Other primary tumors were breast cancer, thyroid cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, and malignant spindle cell tumor, each in 1 case. Modular tumor prostheses were used in all cases; (Kotz's$^{(R)}$ Modular Tumor prosthesis (Howmedica, Rutherford, New Jersey) in 3 cases, MUTARS$^{(R)}$ proximal femur system (Implantcast, Munster, Germany) in 17 cases). Perioperative pain was assessed with Visual Analogue Scales (VAS). Postoperative functional outcome was assessed with Musculoskeletal Tumor Society (MSTS) grading system. Results: Out of 20 cases (19 patients), 11 cases (10 patients) survived at the last follow-up. Average postoperative survival of the 9 deceased patients was 10.1 months (1-38 months). VAS score improved from pre-operative average of 8.40 (5-10) to 1.35 (0-3) after operation. Average postoperative MSTS function score was 19.65 (65.50%, 7-28). The associated complications were 2 local recurrences, 3 hematomas, 3 infections, 2 scrotal swellings, and 1 dislocation. There was no case of periprosthetic fracture or loosening. Conclusion: Limb salvage operation with tumor prosthesis is an appropriate treatment for early pain reduction and functional restoration in malignant bone tumors in the proximal femur with pain an/or complicated pathologic fractures.

Diffuse-type giant cell tumor is relatively rare than localized giant cell tumor. Moreover, diffuse type giant cell tumor is common in intraarticular area, rarely occurs at intramuscular or subcutaneous layer. We experienced 1 case of giant cell tumor within the deltoid muscle. So we report this case with review of the literatures.

Synovial Chondroma Causing Radial Nerve Palsy

Synovial chondroma is an uncommon benign lesion characterized by metaplastic cartilage formation within the synovial connective tissue, usually intraarticular, commonly affects the knee, hip and elbow. We would like to present the case of a 65-year-old man suffering from synovial chondroma of the right elbow responsible for radial nerve entrapment neuropathy. This is a case of synovial chondroma of the right elbow in an 65-year-old man presenting with pain and restricted joint movement of the right elbow, loss of extension and sensation of the right thumb and wrist. Plain radiographs showed narrowing of elbow joint space, bony spur on the edge of the joint, and radio-opaque sclerotic change of subchondral area. MRI revealed $16{\times}12$ mm sized round mass on the radial head, homogenous low signal on T1WI, heterogenous high and low signal on T2WI. The patient underwent marginal excision of the mass, compressing the radial nerve. Diagnosis was confirmed by histologic examination.

Intravascular Papillary Endothelial Hyperplasia (Masson's hemangioma) Presenting as a Forearm Mass

Intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (IPEH, Masson's hemangioma) is a non neoplastic reactive endothelial proliferation most commonly located in the skin or subcutaneous tissues although it has been reported in multiple locations throughout the body. This lesion may arise from malformed or normal vessels primarily, and may develop with hemangioma, pyogenic granuloma, or lymphangioma. This lesion, though benign, is clinically important since it may present as a mass and be confused histologically with angiosarcoma. The authors report a 27 years old patient with a mass in his forearm which results in intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia.

The epithelioid sarcoma is a rare high grade soft tissue sarcoma that affects young usually male, adults or adolescents. The most common localization is the hand and the forearm, followed by the leg and the foot. In most cases, the sarcoma grows slowly, involves the dermis, subcutis, or deeper soft tissues in the distal extremities. Epithelioid sarcoma is a slowly growing tumor with a high propensity for local recurrences and lymph node metastases. This neoplasm is likely to be confused with a variety of benign and malignant conditions. The treatment consists of wide surgical excision, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. We report the cases of 16-year-old girl with an epithelioid sarcoma on the lower extremity.

Angiosarcoma is a very rare disease of soft tissue sarcoma, and angiosarcoma arising in a region of chronic lymphedema is referred to as Stewart-Treves syndrome. it typically occurs in postmastectomy lymphedema of the arm and sporadically in a lymphedematous leg. The prognosis, even with wide surgical excision and subsequent radiotherapy, is poor. The authors experienced a case of angiosarcoma in a chronically lymphedematous leg which had undergone hysterectomy due to cervical cancer 17 years ago and lymphedema of leg persists for about 16 years. We report a case of angiosarcoma with a brief review of the literature.

성경에 나타나는 리더십유형을 통한 인간존중경영에 관한 연구

이 논문의 목적은 성경을 통해서 하나님께서 인간에게 어떻게 존중(尊重)히 여기셨는가를 논(論)한 것이다. 산업 혁명 이후 약 200년간, 경영의 지나온 발자취의 역사를 훑어보게 되면, 초기의 경영은 `대량 생산`에 중점을 두었으나 오늘날 현대경영에서는 `사람경영`을 소홀히 하게 되면 기업이나 조직의 존폐가 좌우 되고 있다. 성경에서의 `인간학(Anthrpologie)`은 창조주 하나님께서 최초의 인간 `아담(Adam)`에게, “아담아! 네가 어디 있느냐?” (창3:9)라고 인간이 무엇인가를 찾으시는 데서부터 출발하고 있다. 즉, 인간을 찾으시는 하나님의 부르심이 바로 인간존중 경영이요, `성경의 인간학`의 출발점이다. 그러므로 성경은 자기신분을 상실한 인간이 하나님의 낯을 피하여 이 땅에서 유리방황하며 살아가고 있는 인간의 삶에 대하여 말씀하고 있으며, 다른 한편으로는, 잃어버린 양을 찾아 나선 목자처럼, 자기 자리를 떠난 인간을 찾아 이 땅에 인간의 모습을 입고 오신 예수 그리스도에 대한 말씀이다. 인간은 전지전능하신 하나님으로부터 사랑받고 소중하게 여김을 받고 있는 존엄한 피조물이다. 본 논문을 요약하면, 제1장에서는 인간존중의 문제 제기와 연구의 필요성을 논하였으며, 제2장에서는 구약성경에 나타난 인간존중경영을 논하였고, 제3장에서는 신약성경에 나타난 인간존중경영을 논하였다. 제4장에서는 인간존중경영과 성경에 등장하는 신앙으로 살았던 선조들의 고유한 `리더십` 에 관하여 논하였다. 제5장에서는 결론으로서, 성경을 배경으로 하는 인간존중의 리더십과 직장 동료들을 배려하는 경영인의 리더십을 언급하였다. The purpose of this study is to discuss how God respects the human being through the Bible. Following the footstep of the history during 200 years after the Industrial Revolution, whereas the early days of management focused on “mass production”, it is a survival matter of organization and enterprise in the modern management when neglecting the “Human Management”. `Anthropology` in the Bible starts from a question to find What Is The Human such as ”Adam! Where are you?”(Gen.3:9). In other words, the callings of God that find a human is the ”Human Management” and it is a starting point of the ”Bible of anthropology”. On the other hand, It is the words about Jesus Christ in the similitude of the human who came to this earth to find the a human who left the his seat like the shepherd looking for the lost sheep. Human is a dignity of creation who beloved and cherished from the almighty. To summarize this study, in the first chapter it was discussed the need for research and raised issues of human respect. In Chapter 2, it was discussed the human respect management that has been shown in the Old Testament. In Chapter 3, it was discussed the management of human respect that has been indicated in the New Testament. In the fourth chapter, it was discussed ”the leadership” inherent to ancestors who lived in faith in the Bible and the human respect management. In the fifth chapter, as a conclusion, it was discussed the humanity leadership set in the Bible and leadership of the executive who gives consideration to work colleagues.

야고보서에 나타나는 리더의 덕목에 관한 연구

본 연구는 야고보서를 통해서 나타나는 리더의 덕목에 관한 것을 고찰하였다. 현대인간의 생활의식은 나 홀로 인생으로 되어가고 있다. 따라서, 개인주의가 더욱 심화되고 있으며, 현대인의 생활은 정신적인 시간의 여유가 없이 조급하고 무엇인가에 쫓기는 생활이 반복되고 있다, 그 이유는 여러 가지 요인이 있겠으나, 먼저는 직장생활과 경제문제가 어려운 것으로 생각된다. 본 논문의 연구내용을 소개한다. 제1장 에서는 서론의 문제제기와 연구방법에 관한 문제를 논하였다. 제2장 에서는 야고보서는 어떤 성경인가를 성서 신학적으로 설명 하였다. 그리고 본서를 기록한 목적과 저자 ‘야고보’에 관한 것을 소개하였다. 제3장 에서는 리더십의 정의와 시대적인 변천과정에 대하여 그리고 리더의 덕목에 관하여 언급하였다. 제4장 에서는 야고보서에 나타난 리더의 덕목에 관하여 다섯 가지의 유형으로 고찰하였다, 제5장은 결론 부분으로 본 연구의 의의와 시사점과 향후 연구방안을 제시하였다. 야고보서에 나타나는 리더의 기본적인 덕목을 고찰하면서 연구자가 논하는 내용은 리더로서의 인내하는 덕목, 언어사용의 덕목, 지혜자로서의 덕목, 겸손의 덕목, 재물관리의 덕목에 관한 연구이다. 조직사회에서 누구나 자신이 먼저 인내하고, 예의 바르고 인격적인 언어생활을 통하여 상호간의 친밀한 의사소통과 지혜로운 사고력, 겸손한 자세, 특히 경제생활에 있어서 재물관리를 잘 할 수 있는 훌륭한 경영자로서의 리더의 덕목을 갖추는 인격자가 되어 상호 신뢰하는 조직사회가 되기를 소망하는 마음으로 ‘야고보 서신’을 연구하였다. This study examined about the leader"s virtue through in the Epistle James. The consciousness of modern human life is becoming my life alone. Therefore, individualism is getting more intense, and modern people"s life is repeated in haste and chased by something without the time of spiritual time. There are many reasons for that, but first, It seems to be difficult. The research contents of this paper are introduced. In Chapter 1, we discussed the problems of introducing problem and method of introduction. In chapter 2, James explained biblical theology of what the Bible is. He also introduced the purpose of the book and the author James. In Chapter 3, I talked about the definition of leadership, the changing process of the times, and the virtues of the leader. In chapter 4, we examined five types of virtues of leader in James. In chapter 5, the conclusion and implications of this study are presented. In the study of the basic virtues of the leader appearing in James, the researchers are studying the virtues of perseverance as a leader, the virtues of language use, the virtues of wisdom, the virtues of humility, and the virtues of wealth management. Everyone in the organizational society has a virtue of being a good manager who is able to persevere first, to communicate intimately with each other through a courteous and personal language life, and to be able to manage wealth in wisdom and humility, especially in economic life. I have studied “James Letter” with the hope that I will be a personal person who is equipped with mutual trust.

마가복음에 나타나는 예수 그리스도의 리더십에 관한 경영학적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 예수 그리스도의 리더십에 관한 것을 고찰하고 개인의 병적인 문제와 부패되어가는 사회적인 문제를 예수 그리스도의 영적인 리더십의 능력으로 치유하고 회복시키는 과정을 논하였다. 본 연구범위는 신약성경의 4복음서(마태, 마가, 누가, 요한)중에서 최초로 집필된 마가복음을 연구범위로 설정하였다. 연구내용으로서 일반 경영학에서 다루는 변혁적 리더십, 감성적 리더십, 서번트 리더십을 통하여 예수 그리스도의 복음적인 리더십을 고찰하였다. 이를테면, 첫째, 예수 그리스도의 변혁적 리더십(카리스마, 지적자극, 비전제시, 개인적 배려)을 논하였다. 둘째, 예수 그리스도의 감성적 리더십(자기인식능력, 자기관리능력, 타인인식능력, 관계관리능력)을 논하였다. 셋째, 예수 그리스도의 서번트 리더십(경청, 공감, 치유, 청지기의식, 구성원의 성장, 공동체형성)의 세 가지의 리더십으로 분석하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 오늘의 현대 사회의 일반조직과 기업조직에서도 경영의 기술(skill)과 함께 배워야 하는 리더십으로 사료된다. 현대사회가 하루가 다르게 급변하는 조직사회에서 인간에 대한 소중함과 존중심이 메말라가고 있는 사회적인 문제로부터 정신과 육체 그리고 인간의 영혼을 사로잡는 혼탁한 영을 치유함으로서 예수 그리스도의 말씀과 리더십이 함께하는 성숙된 인격과 신앙으로 사회공동체 안에서 조직의 발전에 기여하며 선교하는 사명자가 되기를 바라는 마음으로 본 연구의 목적이 있음을 밝힌다. 그러나 연구의 한계점에서 성경에 식견이 있는 전문가들의 ‘인터뷰’를 통하여 객관성이 있는 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to examine the leadership of Jesus Christ and discuss the process of healing and restoring the morbidity and decaying social problems of individuals with the power of spiritual leadership of Jesus Christ. This study setting the scope of Mark"s gospel, the first of the four Gospels of N.T(Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) as the study scope. As a research content, We examined the evangelical leadership of Jesus Christ through Transformational-leadership, Emotional–leadership, and Servantleadership in general business administration. For example, First, we discussed the transformational leadership of Jesus Christ(charisma, intellectual stimulation, visionary presentation, personal consideration). Second, we discussed the Emotional leadership of Jesus Christ(self-awareness, self-management, self-awareness, and relationship management). Third, Servant leadership of Jesus Christ(healing, empathy, healing, stewardship, growth of members, building of community) was analyzed with three leadership. Therefore, this study is considered to be a leadrship that should be leared together with management skill in general organization and corporate organization of today"s modern society. The maturity of Jesus Christ"s Word and leadership by healing the oppressive spirit that captures the mind. body and human soul from the social problems in which the preciousness and respect for the human being are enduted. This study aims to contribute to the development of the organization and to be a missionary for mission in the social community with personality and faith. However, in the limit of the study, "interview" of the experts with knowledge of the Bible.
