수열합성법으로 실리콘 (111) 기판 위에 산화아연 나노막대를 성장하였다. 산화아연 나노막대를 성장하기 전, 실리콘 기판에 스핀코팅법으로 씨앗층을 성장하였다. 산화아연 나노막대는 오토클레이브(autoclave)로 $140^{\circ}C$에서 6시간 동안 성장하였고, 아르곤 분위기에서 300, 500, $700^{\circ}C$의 온도로 20분 동안 열처리하였다. X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), photoluminescence (PL)를 이용하여 열처리한 산화아연 나노막대의 구조적, 광학적 특성을 분석하였다. 모든 산화아연 나노막대 시료에서 c-축 배향성을 나타내는 강한 ZnO (002) 회절 피크와 약한 ZnO (004) 회절 피크가 나타났다. 열처리 온도가 증가함에 따라 산화아연 나노로드의 residual stress는 compressive에서 tensile로 변하였다. Hexagonal 형태의 산화아연 나노로드를 관찰하였다. 산화아연 나노로드의 PL 스펙트럼은 free-exciton recombination에 의해 3.2 eV에서 좁은 near-band-edge emission (NBE) 피크와 산화아연 나노막대의 결함에 의해 2.12~1.96 eV에서 넓은 deep-level emission (DLE) 피크가 나타났다. 산화아연 나노막대를 열처리함에 따라, NBE 피크의 세기는 감소하였고 DLE 피크는 열처리에 의해 발생한 산소 관련 결함에 의하여 적색편이 하였다. Vertically aligned ZnO nanorods on Si (111) substrate were prepared by hydrothermal method. The ZnO nanorods on spin-coated seed layer were synthesized at $140^{\circ}C$ for 6 hours in autoclave and were thermally annealed in argon atmosphere for 20 minutes at temperature of 300, 500, $700^{\circ}C$. The effects of the thermal annealing on the structural and optical properties of the grown on ZnO nanorods were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), photoluminescence (PL). All the ZnO nanorods show a strong ZnO (002) and weak (004) diffraction peak, indicating c-axis preferred orientation. The residual stress of the ZnO nanorods is changed from compressive to tensile by increasing annealing temperature. The hexagonal shaped ZnO nanorods are observed. The PL spectra of the ZnO nanorods show a sharp near-band-edge emission (NBE) at 3.2 eV, which is generated by the free-exciton recombination and a broad deep-level emission (DLE) at about 2.12~1.96 eV, which is caused by the defects in the ZnO nanorods. The intensity of the NBE peak is decreased and the DLE peak is red-shifted due to oxygen-related defects by thermal annealing.
순환골재 품질인증 및 관리에 관한 규칙 16차 개정연혁 및 개정내용에 대한 고찰

The quality certification for recycled aggregate is governed by the Construction Waste Recycling Promotion Act, overseen by the Ministry of Environment. The specific criteria for this certification are detailed in the Regulations on Quality Certification and Management of Recycled Aggregate, a mandate of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport. These regulations were initially enacted on April 10, 2006, and have undergone a total of 16 revisions to date, the most recent being on December 23, 2021. This paper delves into the revision history of these pivotal regulations pertaining to quality certification over the past 17 years, with a particular focus on the latest revision, which encompasses significant changes, including those in follow-up management. This analysis aims to aid stakeholders in the recycled aggregate sector, including 402 certified companies, in comprehensively understanding the government’s strategic direction for quality certification and to encourage the recycling of construction waste by bolstering the quality certification process.
콘크리트용 순환잔골재 밀도 및 흡수율 품질기준 변경 전후 사후관리 시험결과 비교

건설폐기물 중간처리업자가 처리하는 순환골재 중 국토교통부에서 정한 품질기준을 충족하는 특정 용도의 골재는 사업장심사 및 품질시험을 거쳐 품질인증 받을 수 있다. 품질인증용도는 도로보조기층용 골재, 콘크리트용 굵은골재, 콘크리트용 잔골재 및 아스팔트콘크리트용 골재 총 4종인데 이중 콘크리트용 잔골재의 품질시험 합격률이 상대적으로 낮고, 동 잔골재의 9가지 품질항목 가운데 밀도 또는 흡수율이 부적합한 경우가 가장 많은 것으로 알려져 있으며, 상기 취약한 두 품질항목에 대하여 국토교통부는 2017년 12월 품질기준을 강화한 바 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 콘크리트용 순환 잔골재의 밀도 및 흡수율 품질시험결과가 어느 정도 부적합한 지 실제 사후관리결과를 구체적으로 살펴보고 상기 기준 강화 전후 품질시험결과를 비교분석하여 기준 강화 이후 두 품질항목에 대한 유의미한 품질향상이 이루어졌는지 살펴보는 것이다. 품질인증 받은 순환잔골재에 대한 기준 강화 전후 각 3년간의 사후관리 품질시험 결과를 비교분석한 결과, 기준 강화 이후 상향된 기준 적용에 따라 밀도 및 흡수율 항목의 합격률은 다소 감소한 것으로 나타났으나 밀도 및 흡수율 물성 자체의 경우 통계적으로 유의미한 품질향상이 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. Among recycled aggregates treated with intermediate processors of construction waste, some are used for special purposes. These aggregates satisfy the quality standard designated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport (Korea) and can be certified through workplace inspections and quality testing. There are four types of aggregates for quality certification, i.e., aggregate for road auxiliary layers, aggregate for concrete, fine aggregate for concrete, and aggregate for asphalt concrete. Among them, fine aggregate for concrete has a relatively low passing rate of quality testing. It has been noted as inappropriate in terms of the density and absorption rate among the nine quality criteria. In response to this low-quality performance, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport has strengthened the quality standard since December 2017. This study entailed a detailed review of the actual post-operative care and quality testing results of the fine aggregate recycled for concrete. These tests measured the extent of the inappropriateness of density and absorption rate. The quality testing results before and after the aforementioned standard revision were analyzed to determine whether the two criteria achieved significant quality improvement. A comparison of the post-operative quality tests over three years, before and after each revision of the standard, showed that the passing rate for density and absorption rate had decreased slightly, owing to the increased standard. Nevertheless, significant quality improvement was achieved for the two material properties.

For the purpose of fire delineation within buildings, steel walls in Korea are mandated to undergo rigorous certification as fire-resistant entities, substantiated via a series of qualitative assessments. Predominantly, these evaluations comprise the fire resistance test paired with supplementary examinations; specifically for steel walls, these encompass the gas hazard and panel bending strength tests. Given the prevalence of semi-noncombustible core materials, gas hazard tests are largely rendered superfluous, pivoting the focus solely onto the panel bending strength test during the certification trajectory. This particular test is designed to gauge the flexural robustness of individual wall panels. An enhanced bending strength is postulated to fortify both the structural integrity and thermal insulation of the wall by mitigating potential deformations. In this scholarly exploration, an analytical deep dive was undertaken into extant, valid certification test datasets. The endeavor aimed to ascertain the depth of correlation between the designated fire resistance metric and the bending strength, the latter being the sole supplementary assessment for steel walls. In distilling the findings, it was discerned that temperature elevations beyond baseline values exhibited no statistically salient linkage with the panel’s bending strength.

In this study, the domestic onion skin has been used to investigate the anti-wrinkle effect of the ethanolic extract. The onion skin has been known to contain a large amount of antioxidant including quercetin. Solvent extraction by 80% ethanol was carried out of the onion skin. The high amount of quercetin have been identified using HPLC as a bioactive compound. The extraction yield of the quercetin increased according to temperature up to 80℃. Two different antioxidant assays (DPPH and ABTS) were performed to determine the free-radical scavenging activity of onion skin extracts. The antioxidant activities (EC50 of DPPH) of the vitamin C and the onion extracts were 2.2 and 5.09 μg/mL, respectively. The results of ABTS tests were 2.33 (of vitamin C) and 2.40 μg/mL (of the onion extracts), respectively. In a clinical study, a panel of 10 female volunteers between the ages of 30 and 40 (mean age: 42 years) was given a mask pack containing 1% of this extracts for 4 weeks. It was shown that a highly significant reduction in the deep and moderate wrinkled was obtained with those treated with this onion extracts as compared to the control group. The reduction in deep wrinkles increased with time. Eye wrinkle were reduced statistically significant (p<0.05). The application of the proper topical cream and mask pack containing onion skin extracts has therefore shown to be effective enhancing anti-wrinkle activities.

현재 국내 건축물은 화재 확산을 방지하기 위하여 규모 및 용도에 따라 방화구획을 설치하여 화재시 피해를 최소화 하고자 건축법에서 성능기준을 규정하고 있다. 그러나 방화구획으로 사용되는 제품 및 구조는 평가기준이 미흡하여 일정시간 이상의 방화구획을 형성할 수 있으나 복사열로 인한 화재확산에 대한 위험성은 평가되고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 방화문의 비차열 성능기준에 포함되지 않은 복사열에 대하여 방화문의 구조 및 재료별 복사열을 측정하고 복사열에 의한 위험성과 성능기준 추가의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다.
