생체 지문을 이용한 광학 간섭계에 기반한 안전한 개인키 교환 기법

본 논문은 사용자의 개인키로써 생체 지문을 사용하는 새로운 개인키 교환 암호화 방법을 제안한다. 각각의 사용자의 지문은 광학적 위상천이 간섭 원리에 의해 암호화되어 두 개의 암호문으로 변환되고, 이것은 비밀키 공유를 위해 공중 통신망을 통하여 상대방 사용자와 교환된다. 전송된 암호문은 복소 홀로그램을 생성하고, 이는 각각의 사용자에게 공유비밀키를 계산하는데 사용된다. 제안한 방법은 비밀키 공유 암호화 시스템에 적용하였을 때 매우 높은 보안을 제공할 것이다. A novel key exchange cryptographic method utilizing biometric finger print as a user’s private key is proposed. Each unknown users’ finger print is encrypted by optical phase-shifting interferometry principle and is changed into two ciphers, which are exchanged with the other party over a public communication network for secret key sharing. The transmitted ciphers generate a complex hologram, which is used to calculate a shared secret key for each user. The proposed method provides high security when applied to a secret key sharing encryption system.
드퀘르벵 증후군의 온침 및 화침 치료에 대한 최신 연구 동향

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to examine the efficacy of fire needling and warm needling for De Quervain Syndrome by reviewing clinical studies for recent 10 years. Methods : Randomized controlled trials, non-randomized controlled trials, and case series containing more than 20 cases about fire needling and warm needling for De Quervain Syndrome published since 2011 were searched through four foreign online databases (CNKI, Pubmed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library) and five Korean online databases (OASIS, Science ON, DBPIA, KISS, RISS). The number and characteristics of participants, treatment points and main treatment methods involving other combination treatments, treatment cycle or total periods of treatments, evaluation indices, efficacy, and adverse events were analyzed. Risk of bias of included randomized clinical trials was assessed using a revised tool for assessing risk of bias in randomized trials (RoB 2). Results : A total of 6 randomized clinical trials and 2 case series involving 471 participants were included. Tender point or ‘Ashi point’ was the most commonly used treatment point, followed by LU4. Treatment frequency ranged from once a day to once a week. One to three outcome measures were used to evaluate the results of the studies, with the efficacy rate the most frequently used, followed by visual analogue scale. Overall risk of bias of all included randomized clinical trials was judged to have some concerns. Conclusions : All selected studies showed that fire needling and warm needling treatments for De Quervain syndrome were more effective than other clinical methods or acupuncture treatments. However, as the number of clinical studies is still too small and the risk of bias of the studies is not low, it is believed that more systematic and objective studies should be conducted.
Simultaneous Addition and Subtraction of Optical Images by Using the Extended Incoherent Source

A technique of optical image synthesis with an extended incoherent source is presented and compared with the coherent method. A holographic diffraction grating is fabricated by using Michelson interferometer, and by equalizing the 8th-order to the 2nd-order diffraction efficiency, complex amplitude addition and subtracdtion of optical images are simultaneously realized. The experiment shows that the quality of synthesized optical images in the incoherent method is improved in comparison with that of the coherent method by suppressing the coherent artifact noise.

In this paper, we implement a digital holographic security card system that combines digital holographic memory using random phase encoded reference beams with electrical biometrics. Digitally encoded data including a document, a picture of face, and a fingerprint are recorded by multiplexing of holographic memory. A random phase mask encoding reference beams are used as a decoded key to protect illegal counterfeit. As a result, we can achieve a raw BER of 3.6${\times}$10-4 and shift selectivity of 4${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ using the 2D random phase mask. Also, we develop a recording pattern and image processing which are suitable for a low cost reader without a position sensing photo-detector for real time data extraction and remove danger of fraud from unauthorized person by comparing the reconstructed holographic data with the live fingerprint data. 본 논문에서는 랜덤 위상 암호화된 기준빔을 이용한 광 보안 기술과 생체 인식기술을 접목시킨 새로운 디지털 홀로그래픽 보안 시스템을 제안하고 구현하였다. 일반적인 광보안 시스템의 암호화된 아날로그 영상이 아닌 지문 및 얼굴사진, 문서 정보 등을 포함하는 디지털 정보가 홀로그래픽 메모리의 다중화 기술에 의해 저장되었다. 랜덤 위상 마스크는 기준빔을 암호화하여 불법 복제를 방지하는 복호화 키로 사용되었고, 64×64 크기를 갖는 2차원 위상 마스크를 통해 3.6×10-4의 Raw BER과 4㎛의 매우 높은 위치 선택도를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 실시간 정보 추출을 위해 위치 제어 센서가 필요 없는 저가의 판독기 구현에 적합한 기록패턴과 영상 신호처리를 개발하였으며, 홀로그램 지문 정보와 사용자의 지문 정보를 비교 검증함으로서 타인에 의한 불법 도용의 위험성을 제거하였다.

This is paper, we represent the laser printing system as the new technique in computer output printing. Laser printer, which can process a lot of information for high speed and high resolution, has been designed and realized in our design performance. Optical signal processing and data processing technique are described. Also the requirements for the optical components and their implementations are discussed. The arbitrary patterns, Korean and Chinese characters are given as printed outputs actually.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to present evidence by analyzing the research trends in acupuncture treatment in the last 10 years for thromboangiitis obliterans. Methods Randomized controlled trials about acupuncture on thromboangiitis obliterans were searched China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS), ScienceON, Koreanstudies Information Service System (KISS) and Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) from January 1, 2011 to November 13, 2021. Only randomized controlled trials were selected and we assessed the risk of bias (RoB) according to the revised Cochrane RoB2 criteria. Results A total of 5 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were selected in this review and all were conducted in China. A total of 326 participants were in 5 RCTs. SP10, ST36, GB34 was the most commonly used treatment point. There were four types of acupuncture used: manual acupuncture, embedding acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, electroacupuncture. The most commonly used indicator for evaluation was the total efficacy rate, and all five studies were significantly higher. Conclusions All selected studies showed the group treated with acupuncture treatments on thromboangiitis obliterans were statistically more effective than the control group. However, the number of studies is too small and the interpretation of the results is limited due to the inclusion of subjective evaluation. So more objective and systematic studies should be conducted continuously. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2022;32(1):37-49)
