      • 외국계 체인 MUR기업의 환경과 전략 : 기회와 위협

        Organizations should constantly modify and refine the mechanism by which they achieve their purposesnot only by scanning the environmental change and uncertainty, but also by choosing the right strategies. As scanning largely perceived environment, the management need to maintain a systemized perspective on their environment in order to make profitable decisions(strategic choice). Accordingly, this article presents a theoretical framework that top managers or managers of foreign moderate upscale restaurant organizations can use to analyze their environment as an integrated and systemized whole - a model that take into account the interrelationships among domains of environment and strategic choice. Also, the results of this study will be a guideline for further expanded environmental scanning and limited on a specific segment of restaurant industry.

        공유숙박 품질 측정 척도의 개발

        This study has attempted to develop scales for measuring the quality of home-sharing lodging. Also, this study demonstrated the procedure of developing measurement scales. First, "Guest house for foreigners" appraisal items for Korea Tourism Quality Accreditation were used as the basis of the preliminary measurement scales. Second, basic articles in the field of service marketing, especially service quality theory, were reviewed. Authors have tried to apply lodging service quality research and home-sharing lodging literature to this work. Third, the authors have conducted a content analysis of customer reviews on the online accommodation reservation platform in order to develop a customer-oriented evaluation tool. Fourth, five steps of empirical efforts (item evaluation by discriminant group, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis) are conducted to ensure validity of the measurement scales. As a result, scales for measuring the quality of home sharing lodging, consisting of 20 items (3 dimensions: physical environment quality, outcome quality, and interaction quality), have been developed. These scales are distinguished from former lodging service quality scales in that process and outcome quality have been equally balanced. The implications of these results are discussed.

        템플스테이 만족의 결정요인에 관한 연구 : 감정의 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 템플스테이 체험과정의 주요 속성인 체험요인, 인적서비스요인, 그리고 시설환경요인이 긍정적 감정과 부정적 감정에 영향을 미치는 지를 실증적으로 규명하고, 이러한 이차원적인 감정 구조가 참가자들의 만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 수행되었다. 템플스테이 지정 운영사찰을 대상으로 총 768부의 자료를 실증분석에 사용하였으며 가설검증을 위해 구조방정식 모형을 이용하였다. 결과를 살펴보면 템플스테이 체험요인은 참가자의 긍정적 감정에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며 부정적 감정에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 나아가 체험요인은 부정적 감정에 비해 긍정적 감정에 대한 영향력이 다소 크게 나타나 만족요인에 가깝다고 판단된다. 인적요인과 시설환경요인 또한 참가자의 긍정적 감정에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며 부정적 감정에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 템플스테이 참가자의 긍정적 감정은 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 부정적 감정은 만족에 부(-)의 영향을 미친다는 것이 나타났다. 이 같은 결과는 템플스테이 참가자의 체험, 인적서비스, 그리고 시설환경에 대한 지각이 긍정적 감정과 부정적 감정을 매개로 하여 만족에 영향을 주는 것을 의미한다. This study examined the structural relationships between temple-stay satisfaction and it's antecedents, focusing on the mediating role of emotion. More specifically, it investigated how temple-stay experience factors, human factors and facility factors influence participant's emotions (comprising positive and negative emotions)and temple-stay satisfaction formation. The authors proposed a structural equation model comprising six constructs. Data were collected from 768 temple-stay participants in designated temple-stay operating temples, and analyzed by AMOS 7.0. The findings can be summarized as follows: First, temple-stay experience factors appeared to have a positive effect on positive emotion and a negative effect on negative emotion. Moreover, the effect of experience factors on positive emotion appeared to be comparatively stronger than on negative emotion Second, human factors and facility factors had effects on temple-stay participants' both of emotion. Third, the effect of temple-stay participants' positive emotion on satisfaction formation was positive and statistically significant while the effect of negative emotion on satisfaction formation was negative. These results suggest that the effects of temple-stay experience, human and facility factors on satisfaction formation were mediated by positive emotion and negative emotion.

        Developing Entrepreneurship in North Korea: Investigating the Case of Choson Exchange (CE)

        Among the market economy education programs implemented in North Korea, the entrepreneurship education programs of Choson Exchange are considered the most successful. Choson Exchange’s success factors are summarized in one word ‘NNCR’ Strategy, which consists of ‘Neutral strategy,’ ‘Nomad strategy,’ ‘Customization strategy,’ ‘Reciprocity strategy.’ This study provides the following implications. First, the study indicates that entrepreneurship education in North Korea was in progress for more than ten years within the mutual trust between Choson Exchange and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. Second, it provides researchers with primary content on entrepreneurship education in North Korea and insight into related research. Third, it helps policymakers and researchers understand the situation of entrepreneurship education in North Korea. Fourth, it gives an insight that explains multilateral cooperation in North Korea regarding the long-term development of the North Korean economy and inter-Korean economic cooperation. Finally, this study suggests that sustaining entrepreneurship education in North Korea is necessary for the mid-to-long-term, pluralistic, and mutually beneficial perspective.

        북한 브랜드 연구: 북한의 세계지적재산권기구(WIPO) 등록상표를 중심으로

        This study aims to understand the current status of brands of North Korea through trademarks registered in the World Intellectual Property Organization(WIPO), a global forum related to Intellectual Property(IP) services, including trademarks and patents. Since Kim Jong-un called for the implementation of the Socialist Corporate Responsible Management System in 2014, more than 50 trademarks of North Korea have been registered in WIPO until now. However, analysis and research on each brand of North Korea have not been actively conducted. In particular, not much research was trying to academically analyze brands of North Korea that are registered in global organizations. As so, this study will be a valuable guide to related research in the future.

        만족 및 구매 후 행동의도에 대한 레스토랑 실내음악의 효과

        Music has increasingly been used as a marketing stimulus in retail environment as well as in commercial advertising. This study focuses on the effects of music on the responses of the restaurant’s patrons. The independent variable was manipulated using extracts of background music pre-tested to vary in arousal(low, moderate, and high tempo). In the optimal arousal theory, a moderate level of musical tempo is expected to produce optimalarousal, thus inducing a pleasure-mood state. Music tempo-induced mood state was found to be an antecedent to the patrons’ responses. A fast tempo contributed negatively to satisfaction, re-purchasing and recommendation intentions whereas, a slow and moderate tempo produced a positive response.
