통일 준비를 위한 북한 문예정책과 무용의 함의

본 연구는 북한의 정권 속에 변화 되어온 문예정책의 이해를 통해 무용분야를 시대적 관점에서 북한의 사회문화적 맥락과 함께 살펴보았다. 김일성시대는 혁명 건설을 위한 민족문예정책, 김정일시대 ‘수령’ 우상화, 김정은 정권은 사회주의적 사상성 보다는 사회주의 체제의 대외적인 홍보에 주력하였다. 본 연구를 위해 문헌자료수집과 국내에서 발표된 선행연구를 검토하였고 통일부의 자료 조사를 근거하여 기존 연구를 확장하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 남북의 서로 다른 이념의 격차를 줄이며 향후 평화통일을 위해 미리 대처할 수 있는 능력 함양을 준비하는데 기여 하게 될 것이다. This study examined the field of dance along with the socio-cultural context of North Korea from the perspective of the times through the understanding of literary policies that have been changed under the regime of North Korea. The Kim Il-sung era focused on the external promotion of the socialist system rather than the socialist ideology, the national literary policy for the construction of a revolution, the idolization of the Kim Jong-il era's "receiver", and the Kim Jong-un regime. For this study, literature data collection and previous studies published in Korea were reviewed, and existing studies were expanded based on data surveys by the Ministry of Unification. The results of this study will narrow the gap in different ideologies between the two Koreas and contribute to preparing for the cultivation of the ability to cope in advance for peaceful unification in the future.

전문예술법인·단체 지정·육성 지원 정책의 제도적 고찰

In this study, the problem that professional art corporations and non-profit art organizations coexist under the same system was examined. As a result, it was suggested that legal supplementation is necessary by finding problems caused by overlapping laws. As a result of this study, it was found that in order to revitalize donations and donations from art organizations, the basis of individual laws or ordinances of local governments should be clarified and their essential functions and practical roles should be distinguished. When it is faithful to the essence of the purpose at the time of enactment of the bill, it will increase policy efficiency as well as roles and functions for art organizations. The subjects of this study were limited to professional art corporations (local cultural foundations) and professional art (dance) organizations that play a key role in non-profit organizations, and suggested that legal supplementation is necessary by examining the essential causal relationship of the status of local cultural foundations designated as corporations.

장홍심 바라승무의 기원

It is inferred that Buddhist monks were introduced in the form of Buddhist dance, but were dispersed due to the anti-billion dollar policy during the Joseon Dynasty, which was transformed into a life exchange between civilians and Sadangpae, and passed down to Gwonbeon. Barasungmu is a graceful, elegant and crafty dance. It is also close to Han Yeong-ju, which has been followed by Han Seong-jun for its clean and simple straight dance moves. The fact that he accompanies the drum beat of other Buddhist monks and dances to the rhythm of the Gyeonggi Ridge is a characteristic that well expresses the artistry and originality of Barasungmu, which was taught by Han Sung-joon, as well as its historical and artistic value as a traditional dance.

강선영류 태평무 무형문화재 지정 30년 이후 태평무 연구동향 분석

It has been 30 years since Kang Sun-young, the representative of Korean traditional dance, was designated National Intangible Cultural Property No. 92 (1988.12.1). The analysis of themes and contents of each academic journal by Kang Sun-young was used to extract 18 thesis paper materials directly associated with this study and 12 articles from the domestic academic journal. The results of this study, which was established using this methodology, were able to determine the lack of a consistent quantitative and qualitative degree of error despite the designation as a national intangible cultural asset. The study will contribute to establishing a follow-up study on lunar and Korean dance.

예술 고등학교 무용전공생들이 지각하는 지도자 이미지가 무용지속의도에 미치는 영향: 무용태도의 매개효과 검증

The purpose of this study was to directly verify the causal relationship between the leader image perceived by arts high school students majoring in dancing and their dancing attitude and their dance adherence, and to identify the mediating effect of dancing attitude on the relationship between the leader image and dance adherence. For the purpose of this study, 289 arts high school students majoring in dancing in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were selected as subjects. The collected data were analyzed using EXCEL 2010, SPSS 21.0, and AMOS 21.0 program. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed. The results were as follows; first, the leader image made positive effects on the dancing attitude of the students. Second, the leader image that the arts high school students majoring in dancing perceived made positive effects on the dance adherence. Third, the dancing attitude of arts high school students made positive effects on the dance adherence. Fourth, dancing attitude had partial mediating effects on the relationship between the leader image and the dance adherence.

대학무용 전공생의 신체적 자기지각이 정서지능 및 사회적 태도에 미치는 영향

This study examined the analysis of the influence of physical self-perception on emotional intelligence and social attitude of college dance students. The number of the surveyed for this study was 282 who college dance students. The reliability and validity test of the questionnaire itself was conducted by using SPSS Window 18.0 program; the result of descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, standard multiple regression analysis are as follows; The results were as being follows. First, the physical self-perception is partially influences on the emotional intelligence of college dance students. Second, the physical self-perception is partially influences on the social attitude of college dance students. Third, the emotional intelligence is partially influences on the social attitude of college dance students.

예술인복지 정책의 고찰 - 공연예술 분야를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 각종 정책에 있어서 사각지대에 놓여 있는 예술인복지 정책 중 예술인복지에 관련하여 문제제기 되고 있는 부분과 기능, 활성화 발전방안을 모색하고자 하는 목적이 있다. 2021년에 마련된 예술인복지정책 특히 공연예술분야 창작활동에 대한 복지를 위해 공연실현 이외의 연습기간도 인정되어야 하며 행정기관은 예술가들과의 소통과 그들의 입장에서 현장에 대한 충분한 이해로 행정적 뒷받침이 요구된다. 이러한 이유로 본 논문은 제도의 변화 과정 중 예술인복지의 법률 제정과정을 분석해보고 국내의 선행 연구와 다양한 문헌분석을 통해 관련 제도가 공연예술분야에 미친 영향을 알아보았으며 예술인복지의 문제점을 알아보고 정책적 추진방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과가 예술인 복지정책에 반영되어 예술인을 위한 복지가 실현되기를 바란다. This study aims to explore the areas, functions, and ways to develop activation of artists' welfare policies in blind spots. The 2021 artist welfare policy, especially for the welfare of creative activities in the performing arts field, should also be recognized for practice periods other than performance realization, and administrative agencies need administrative support with sufficient understanding of the site. For this reason, this paper analyzes the legislation process of artist welfare during the change of the system, examines the impact of related systems on the performing arts field through prior research and various literature analysis in Korea, and seeks to find out problems with artist welfare and suggest policy measures. It is hoped that the results of this study will be reflected in the artist welfare policy and that welfare for artists will be realized.

직업무용수들의 완벽주의성향과 무용열정 및 무용몰입의 구조적 관계

본 연구는 직업무용수의 완벽주의 성향과 무용열정, 무용몰입의 통합적인 관계를 확인함으로써 직업무용수들의 무용몰입을 높일 수 있는 방법을 심층적으로 이해하고 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 전국에 위치한 국 · 도 · 시립 무용단에서 정식 단원으로 활동하고 있는 무용수 323명의 자료를 최종자료로 연구를 실시하였다. 연구에 사용된 조사도구는 완벽주의성향, 무용열정, 무용몰입을 측정하기 위한 검사지를 사용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 PASW 18.0, AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 직업무용수들의 완벽주의성향은 무용열정에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 완벽주의성향이 무용몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 무용열정은 무용몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 무용열정은 완벽주의 성향과 무용몰입의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. This study attempted to analyze dancer’s perfectionism, passion and commitment in commitment of professional dancers. Total, 323 dancers were participated with professional dances of the national and regional dance theaters. Statistical analyses(descriptive statistics, reliability, correlations analysis, confirmatory factor analysis by structural equation model) were conducted using PASW(version 18.0, AMOS 18.0). Results appeared that perfectionism positively predicted passion and commitment. Passion positively predicted commitment. Moreover, perfectionism was partially mediated by passion on commitment in professional dancers.

북한 ‘집단체조’ 퍼포먼스 양상과정

Group dance is a comprehensive performance that emphasizes the purpose, form and technique of ideologizing North Koreans into a communist system, and should be interpreted as an artistic rather than gymnastics in the field of physical education. This study analyzed the changes in the "collective group" through the route process of the North Korean government's literary policy. Preliminary studies have been mainly conducted on performance-oriented research, so research through North Korea's policy system is differentiated. Looking at the aspect of North Korea's art performance and dance performance, which plays a key role in maintaining the power succession, will be the basis for cooperative measures and "peaceful unification" that enable continuous inter-Korean exchanges.

한국 무용정책의 경로진화 과정 분석

The purpose of this study is to bring about the historical significance of dance policy in Korea's cultural and artistic promotion policy, and to present an ideal way of evolution. To this end, the theory of neo-institutionalism was set as a quasi-gurst and the corresponding policies of cultural and artistic promotion and dance were analyzed by the government. In this process, the focus was on explaining the change in the system of the dance policy and the dependence of the system's path. As a result, the purpose is to find out how cultural and artistic promotion policies have affected cultural and arts by institutional changes related to dance policies. To this end, the process of how changes in the system have been made so far was analyzed intensively as of 1972, when the Culture and Arts Promotion Act was enacted. Considering the evolutionary analysis and direction of the Korean dance policy, problems regarding cultural and artistic policies and dance policies have emerged continuously. Dance, one of the cultural and artistic fields in particular, has diversified and expanded in social and cultural scope, but public awareness is still much lower than other arts. Therefore, revitalization measures for popularization are needed in terms of performing arts, cultural arts and educational aspects, and policy suggestions, along with the enactment of various laws, are of paramount However, it is urgent for the people to enjoy the culture in their daily lives.
