스마트공장 구축기업의 조직내 변화수용과 협력이 재무성과에 미치는 영향

This study examines the effects of participation purpose, corporate readiness, and acceptance of changes that may occur in the course of expert guidance on the performance of smart factory. For this study, 129 questionnaires obtained from SMEs participating in the Smart Meister support project were used, and SPSS 18.0 and the AMOS 18.0 program were used for statistical processing for empirical analysis of the hypotheses test. It was found that the company's business participation motivation and readiness status had a significant effect on the acceptance and cooperation of changes that occurred during the consulting process. In addition, the acceptance and cooperation of changes within the company had a significant effect on the satisfaction with the Meister support project and the financial performance. Companies participating in the Meister support project need to clarify their motives for participating in the project and make stable corporate readiness in advance. In addition, based on the CEO’s support, it is necessary to have a motivational program and to build an organizational culture that can actively accept innovation.
고유성분 분석과 휘도성분 흐름 특성을 이용한 내용기반 비디오 검색

본 논문은 동영상의 대표프레임에서 eigen value와 휘도 성분을 이용한 내용기반 검색 기법에 관한 연구이다. video를 shot단위로 분할하여 shot을 대표하는 대표프레임을 얻어내고, 그 대표프레임을 Eigen Component Analysis(ECA)를 이용하여 데이터베이스를 생성하여 shot들의 휘도값 분포를 구한다. 생성된 코드북과 각 대표 프레임에 대한 코드북 인덱스 값, 휘도값을 database화하여 질의 영상과 video database간의 저장된 비디오들의 코드북과 코드워드간의 유클리디안 거리를 이용하여 유사도 높은 비디오를 찾고, 검색되어진 video에 포함된 대표프레임들의 코드북 인덱스 값과 입력 영상의 코드북 인덱스 값을 비교하여 입력 영상의 특징과 가장 유사한 대표프레임을 얻어낸다. 실험결과 제안된 방법이 검색에 있어서 영상의 형태에 대한 전체적인 특징을 제공하는 대표프레임의 eigen value와 휘도 성분을 이용함으로서 보다 검색 결과가 우수하며, 영상의 통계적인 특성을 이용함으로서 시간과 메모리 공간을 줄일 수 있음을 확인하였다. In this paper, we proposed a content-based video search method using the eigen value of key frame and intensity component. We divided the video stream into shot units to extract key frame representing each shot, and get the intensity distribution of the shot from the database generated by using ECA(Eigen Component Analysis). The generated codebook, their index value for each key frame, and the intensity values were used for database. The query image is utilized to find video stream that has the most similar frame by using the euclidean distance measure among the codewords in the codebook. The experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm is superior to any other methols in the search outcome since it makes use of eigen value and intensity elements, and reduces the processing time etc.

This paper proposes the mean value comparison algorithm(Mean Value Comparative Algorithm) for MPEG video segmentation. Shot detection that segments MPEG video sequence is important work and first step for video index and retrieval as being most basic. Usually, segmentation algorithm used much has a defect that occurs a error detection according to screen change of camera lights' flash etc. or fast movement of body or movement of camera, because of comparing former frame with present frame. Therefore I appropriated Shot point that detects at traditional algorithm and distinguished once more through comparing its mean value with abutting frames in this paper. I could detect more corrective shot than traditional algorithm by experiment result.

Night Vision is the one of technique of Pre-Crash Safety to prevent the Crash by pre-noticing to driver in the night. near-Infrared lamp and camera are necessary to give the best quality of the Night Vision, and the biggest problem of the system. which obtains the visuals by the camera in the night, is the equal light noise with the front light system. Light noise will show the light from the oncoming vehicle to the light blooming in the real camera vision. This paper will discuss about the cause and solution of light blooming of near- infrared camera, which is the important issue of night vision. Finally, we defined the optimized near- infrared camera by the lise of solution we came with.

One of Advanced Safety Vehicle (ASV) technique, Night Vision Uses near-infreared of far-infrared to assure the sight. This paper only discuss about the Night Vision Camera, which uses the near-infrared. Night Vision, which uses the near-infrared , doesn't give dazzling to the driver of on-coming traffic and can monitor the road status in night time. it's possible to reduce the blooming, which is the one of reason that affects the image quality of the near-infrared camera by the use of WDR(Wide Dynamic Range)Camera. This paper suggests the improvement of an automotive night vision camera through the near-infrared transmission enhancement, and proves the improvement of image quality by the examination.

By the increase of the interests on the Advanced Safety Vehicle (ASV) recently, the research on the Head-Up Display (HUD), which is the device to improve driver's sight, has been going on actively. The one of benefits of HUD is that it improves the driver's sight by showing necessary information by the image on the front glass while driver is driving to improve the driving and safety. HUD is structured with the optical device, ECU, and Display part, and also it is necessary to develop the proper ECU to automobile specifications in order to adapt to automobiles. This paper discusses about the necessary ability categories and quality elements, and we made and tested in the simulator, which has same condition as real automobile situation.
