Metal-organic framework를 이용한 수중 염료 제거 및 ANN 모델링을 통한 제거율 예측

섬유 산업, 가죽염색공장 등 다양한 분야의 산업 현장에서 발생한 유기 염료는 물을 오염시키는 원인이 되며 독성, 발암성이 있는 염료의 경우 수중생물에도 영향을 미치기 때문에 제거해야 하는 수중 오염물질이다. 본 연구에서는 수중염료를 제거하기 위해 Metal-organic framework (MOF)를 활용하였다. 열적·화학적 안정성이 높으며, 공극이 크고 비표면적이 넓어 다양한 물질에 대해 높은 흡착능을 보이는 MOF를 합성하여 특성분석을 진행하였고, 흡착 실험을 통해 MOF가 수중 염료를 제거하는데 효과적임을 확인하였다. Langmuir 모델 피팅 결과, Rhodamine B (RB)에 대한 MOF의 최대 흡착능은 61.85mg/g이었다. 또한 MOF의 수중 RB 제거율을 예측하기 위해 Artificial neural network (ANN) 모델링을 진행하였다. pH, 흡착제의 dosage, 초기 RB 농도를 변수로 하여 모델링한 결과, hidden layer 1개, 뉴런 수 8개일 때 가장 높은 정확도를 보였다 (R<sup>2</sup> = 0.98). ANN 모델을 통해 최적의 RB 제거율을 보이는 조건은 pH 5.3, 흡착제 dosage 2.0g/L, 초기 RB 농도 73mg/L 이었다.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to systematically analyze the reliability and validity of the Korean-version of the balance assessment tools. METHODS: Two reviewers of this study independently evaluated the titles of articles and abstracts of studies published until December 2016 through electronic databases (RISS, NDSL, KISS, DBpia) using the keywords “Balance or posture or postural control or postural stability”, “Test or assessment or measurement or outcome measure or assessment tool or measurement tool”, “Korean version”, “Reliability” and “Validity”. Regarding the questions considered suitable for the purpose of this study, consensus was reached after reading the full text. Selecting journals suitable for the purpose of the study, they were analyzed as data. RESULTS: The reviewers selected nine papers suitable for the purpose of this study, and Korean-version of the balance assessment tools, included the Berg Balance Scale (BBS), Activities-specific Balance Confidence (ABC) scale, Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke (PASS), Motor Assessment Scale (MAS), Trunk Impairment Scale (TIS), Falls Efficacy Scale (FES), Tinetti-Balance scale, Fullerton Advanced Balance (FAB) scale, and Function In Sitting Test (FIST). Our study showed that the reliability and validity of the Korean-version of the balance assessment tools were high. CONCLUSION: The Korean-version of the balance assessment tools with high reliability and validity would enable physical therapists to make a more accurate evaluation of balance.
롤투롤 나노 복제 공정을 이용한 이차원 광결정 소자의 제작

A two-dimensional photonic crystal structure was investigated using a roll-to-roll nanoreplication and physical vapor deposition processes for the inexpensive enhanced fluorescence substrate which is not sensitive to the polarization directions of excitation light source. An 8 inch silicon master having nano dot array with a diameter of 200 nm, a height of 100 nm and a pitch of 400 nm was prepared by KrF laser scanning lithography and reactive ion etching processes. A flexible polymer mold was fabricated by flat type UV replication process and a deposition of 10 nm nickel layer as an anti-adhesion layer. A roll mold was prepared by warping the flexible polymer mold on an aluminum roll base and a roll-to-roll UV replication process was carried out using the roll mold. After the deposition of ~ 100 nm TiO2 layer on the replicated nano dot array, a 2 dimensional photonic crystal structure was realized with a resonance wavelength of 635 nm for both p- and s-polarized light sources.
제주 바다목장 해역의 인공어초에 유집된 어군 분포의 공간적 특성

Hydro-acoustic survey was carried out to investigate the spatial characteristics of fish distribution near two artificial reefs (AO:large octagonal semi-sphere and AC: combined custom built) having different types in Jeju marine ranching area. The survey system consisted of scientific echo sounder (EK60), DGPS system, and ECDIS (Mecys). Field survey was conducted on August and October 2012 with star survey and line transect survey line method, and species composition was investigated from gill net fishing survey. The acoustic signals from individual fishes and small fish schools were mainly recorded around AO, but large and strong signals from large fish school were mainly detected in the top layer of and the water column near AC. The echogram suggest that the fish aggregation for the two types of AO and AC exist the significant difference in fish species and spatial distribution pattern.
경근 이완 기법과 그라스톤 기법이 어깨 관절 근막 통증 증후군 환자의 통증 및 기능 향상에 미치는 효과

PURPOSE: This study examined the effects of the meridian muscle release technique on the pain and functional movement of patients with myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) of the shoulder joint. METHODS: The subjects of this study included 45 patients with MPS of the shoulder joint. The subjects were divided randomly into the following groups; the meridian muscle release technique group (n=15), the Graston technique group (n=15), and the control group (n=15). Both the meridian muscle release group and the Graston technique group received conventional therapy for 35 minutes initially and were then treated using the meridian muscle releases technique and Graston technique for 10 minutes, respectively. The control group received only conventional therapy for 35 minutes. All three groups underwent treatments three times a week for four weeks. Each subject was evaluated randomly using the VAS, PPT, SPADI and ROM both before and after treatment. RESULTS: The Graston technique group showed a significantly more substantial increase in functional movement (p<.05) than the meridian muscle release technique and control groups. The meridian muscle release technique group had significantly less pain (p<.05) compared to the Graston technique and control groups. CONCLUSION: These findings suggest that the meridian muscle release technique can be useful for decreasing pain and increasing the functional movement of patients with MPS of the shoulder joint.
