수목생육 조건을 고려한 조경수목과 아파트 건물의 최소 이격거리에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to suggest the minimum distance needed between landscape trees and apartment buildings. in order for the trees to grow soundly and maintain constant growth. Therefore, this study investigated and analyzed the present conditions of the green-spaces contiguous to apartment buildings and the trees inside the apartment complex. The following general problems were identified : (1) the tree growth conditions, (2) the planting intervals, and (3) the planting methods in the apartment complexes. The method of this study was to survey areas, measure the trees and analyze the results. Ten apartment complexes located in Seoul were randomly selected for this study. To analyze the greens contiguous to the building of each apartment complex, the greens were divided into three types, including the front greens, the side greens, and the rear greens. The study surveyed the width of all contiguous greens and the distance from trees to my given building. Four representative sites were specifically investigated to measure the crown widths, heights, and diameters of the trees. These investigations were carried out over 3 months from August to December 2006. According to the results of the study, it was found that the greens are narrower in width and the more closer to a building. The study identified a correlation between the tree and the passage of time after the completion of construction of an apartment complex, showing that the malformation of the trees worsened as time passed. As a result of measuring the right crown and left crown width with the tree trunk as the center, a broad difference was found between coniform trees and trees that tend to branch out more. For example, the ratio of the width of the Acer palmatum is 1:6. However, the ratio of the Metasequoia glyptostroboide is 1:1.7. Based on the overall analysis, it was concluded that the maintained minimum width must be greater than one meter over the green space according to the 'Landscape Standard 2000'. However, that is only applicable to cases such as apartment buildings that present no obstacles. In conclusion having greens placed within one meter of width to a building is not an appropriate environment for the healthy growth of trees. To create sound green spaces, sustainable, long-term growth rate and size should be considered. It is necessary to prepare new standards for the computation of planting trees and the measurement of square landscapes. Wall greenery and shrubberies could be an alternative in the case of a narrow-width green space.
대중문화에 나타난 부부관계 분석 : TV 드라마를 중심으로

This research analyses the husband and wife relationships depicted in TV dramas aired during the period between March and April in 1998. A tentative conclusion drawn from this research is that TV dramas afterwards the IMF crisis enforce the mechanism of which reproduces the patriarchal hierarchy between husband and wife. Since the 1980s, the husband and wife relationships have shown some degree of progress towards egalitarian orientation along with popular culture gaining wider currency. Popular culture under the IMF crisis, however, is now reversing such progress back to patriarchal order. The dislocation between academic theory and popular culture in terms of the husband and wife relationship might be due to the absence of interactive discourse between them. As much as the modus vivendi of individual is molded by the context of popular culture, the real life relationships between husband and wife are influenced by the depiction of the relationships among family members in popular culture like TV dramas. An implication of this research is that the orientation of family relationship depicted in popular culture and the extent of its influence are to be explored in depth as a new field of Family Studies.
녹화식물의 인공지반 경사지 녹화에 따른 피복 및 표면온도 변화특성

본 연구는 도시의 다양한 건축물에 녹화기법을 적용하기 위하여 경사지 녹화에 따른 녹화용 식물의 피복 변화 및 표면온도 변화양상을 알아보기 위해 수행하였다. 근권부 발달의 특성을 고려하여 선정한 화본과 Chasmanthium latifolium와 Sedum mix에 대한 피복률 변화 및 생체량 변화를 조사한 결과 Chasmanthium latifolium는 전반적으로 포설형 식재구에서 피복률 증가율이 높았고, 시기적으로는 7월이 가장 높았다. 모듈형의 경우 플라스틱 재질의 틀이 한여름 고온에 의한 온도상승으로 토양수분 건조를 촉진시키고, 온도에 영향을 미쳐 포설형에서 생육이 더 양호한 결과를 보인 것으로 생각된다. Sedum mix는 7-8월 경사도 10˚와 20˚에서 피복률이 높게 나타났으며, 초기 피복률 대비 모듈형 처리구의 피복률 증가세가 4배 이상 높아 Chasmanthium latifolium에 비해 식재 후 환경보다는 사전 양생기간에 의한 안정화가 피복률 변화에 더 크게 영향을 미친 것으로 보인다. 근부 변화조사 결과 Chasmanthium latifolium의 경우 근장은 포설형과 모듈형 모두 초기 대비 증가한 것으로 조사되었으며, 모듈형 0˚와 10˚의 근장이 다른 처리구에 비해 증가세가 크게 나타나 포설형에 비해 건조한 조건인 모듈환경에서의 적응 양상을 보였다. Chasmanthium latifolium는 4개월 경과 후 포설형의 모든 경사 처리구에서 고르게 근부 생체중이 증가하였으며, 지하부 발달 결과에 비추어 포설형으로 식재할 경우 경사지라 하더라도 토양침식에 의한 피해를 경감시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Sedum middendorffianum의 지하부 발달은 경사 변화에 따른 일정한 경향은 나타나지 않았으며, 근부 생체중 대비 건체중의 비율이 식재기법이나 경사에 따른 큰 차이 없이 36.8% - 49%로 천근성이면서 내건성이 높은 생육특성을 반영하는 동시에 근부의 수분함유율이 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 옥상녹화 식재기법 및 경사에 따른 식물의 피복 변화 및 표면온도 변화를 분석함으로써 다양한 형태의 건축물이나 인공지반 녹화 시 필요한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이며, 향후 좀 더 다양한 녹화식물들에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단되었다. Green roof coverage effects were investigated using Chasmanthium latifolium and Sedum mix(Sedum middendorffianum : Sedum sarmentosum : Sedum acre : Sedum album = 1 : 1 : 1 : 1) on sloped area for 4 months. Sedum mix was more effective for sloped roof greening on coverage ratio about 80% than Chasmanthium latifolium, 50%. But in flat condition(slope 0º), Chasmanthium latifolium showed significantly higher coverage ratio than Sedum mix. In the case of module type, Sedum mix showed the highest coverage ratio 87% in slope 20º, while in installation type, Chasmanthium latifolium 73% in slope 0º.
