An improvement of vehicle fuel economy is one of the most important topic in automotive engineering. Lots of engineers make efforts to achieve 1% of fuel economy improvement by adding new components such as ATF W/C fin heat exchangers and electric thermostat. ATF W/C plate fin heat exchanger is a type of heat exchanger that uses metal plates to transfer heat between transmission oil and coolant This has a major advantage over a conventional heat exchanger in that the fluids are exposed to a much larger surface area because the fluids spread out over the plates. The objective is to obtain high heat transfer coefficients without correspondingly increased pressure loss penalties.[1] In the present paper, the experimental setup for testing the thermal performance of ATF W/C plate fin heat exchanger is developed.

As the electronic trade developed, international payment systems have changed from traditional forms to electronic forms. Owing to appearance of Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication(SWIFT) and Bill of Lading Electronic Registry Organization(BOLERO) system, letters of credit and bills of lading have been realized electronically. But electronic payment systems are not utilized well because some related documents for payment are not changed electronic forms perfectly, especially, bills of exchange. So, one-Stop electronic trade could not realized. Therefore, The purpose of this paper is to analysis problems on issuance and dispatch and receipt of electronic bills of exchange and suggest the solutions in order to realize one-stop electronic trade.

현대 사회는 스마트 기기의 이용이 증가함에 따라서 스마트 기기를 활용하여 교수자와 학습자간의 상호작용을 할 수 있는 수업 방식의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 하지만 중요성에 비해 국내에서 시행되고 있는 스마트기기를 활용한 수업 방식이 해외에서 시행되고 있는 것에 비해 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문은 국내에서 교수자와 학습자간의 질의응답을 통한 상호작용을 할 수 있는 시스템을 모바일 웹 페이지를 활용하여 구현하였다. 구현 된 시스템은 스마트 기기 등 인터넷을 사용할 수 있는 기기 어디에서나 사용이 가능하며, 교수자가 문제나 의견을 출제하여 학습자가 응답하는 방법을 사용하였으며, 실시간으로 학습자들의 이해 여부와 의견을 시각적으로 확인할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 또한, 출제되었던 문제는 데이터베이스에 남아 있어 학습자와 교수자 모두 지난 문제에 대해 자신의 부족한 점을 보완할 수 있고, 교수자는 결과를 엑셀 형태로 다운 받아 따로 보관이 가능하게 하였다. 구현된 시스템을 학생들과 함께 진행해본 결과 대다수의 학생들이 긍정적인 반응을 보였으며, 사용의도를 묻는 질문에 과반수이상이 긍정적으로 응답하였다. The smart devices are used more and more, these days. It make the teaching method using smart devices possible and it is considered as important method in the modern society. Though this kind of approach is prospering in foreign countries, it is not so in the domestic education system. Therefore, this paper proposes the mobile web system supporting the active interaction between the teacher and the students for the domestic education. This system can be used everywhere smart device is connected to the internet. The teacher set a question and the students answers against it through the system in real time. All questions and answers are written into the system and it can be checked again visually. It makes teachers and students trace and evaluate their interaction. And the teacher can download those result in microsoft Excel file format. We did a survey on this system to students and got positive response.
차량 연비개선을 위한 자동변속기유 열교환기에 대한 실험적 연구

차량에서 구동계의 의한 손실은 전체 연료 소비 손실에서 약 4%를 차지하며 그 중에서도 자동변속기는 구동계 손실에 큰 영향을 끼친다. ATF W/C 열교환기는 근래에 관심이 높아지고 있는 부품인데, 자동 변속기 윤활유의 온도를 적정한 상태로 유지시켜 줌으로서 연비 개선 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 ATF W/C 열교환기 단품 특성을 실험적으로 파악하고, ATF W/C 열교환기가 실제 차에 장착되었을 때의 연비 개선 효과를 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 실험을 통하여 ATF 와 냉각수의 온도와 유량에 대한 유용도를 파악하고 유용도를 예측하기 위한 상관식을 도출하였다. MATLAB의 Simulink 프로그램을 통하여 실험의 결과를 바탕으로 ATF W/C 열교환기 유무에 따른 연료 소모량을 비교 하여 연비 개선 효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 ATF W/C 열교환기가 장착된 자동차는 0.992% 연비 개선 효과가 나타났다. Drive-train friction loss in a vehicle may account for 4% of its total fuel consumption loss. An ATF W/C (auto-transmission fluid warmer/cooler) plate-fin heat exchanger is a type of heat exchanger that uses metal plates to transfer heat between the auto-transmission fluid and coolant. The use of an ATF W/C heat exchanger can result in a fuel economy improvement of about 1% in vehicles. An experimental setup for testing the thermal performance of an ATF W/C plate-fin heat exchanger is developed. In this study, the influence of the ATF and coolant, flow rates, and temperature on the efficiency of an ATF W/C heat exchanger are investigated experimentally. From the experimental data, a simple correlation for predicting the efficiency of an ATF W/C heat exchanger is proposed. On the basis of this correlation, the fuel economy of a vehicle with and without an ATF W/C heat exchanger is compared by using Simulink. Finally, it is shown that the fuel economy is improved by 0.992% when an ATF W/C heat exchanger is installed in the vehicle.

An escrow agency is any person, including a company or corporation, engaged in the business of receiving escrows for deposit or delivery for compensation. In electronic transactions, an escrow agency as a trusted third party provides safe transactions between sellers and buyers. This paper studies obligations and responsibilities of escrow agencies by examining Escrow Laws in USA and Korea. The results of study about obligations of escrow agencies are as follows: First, escrow agencies must divulge information to parties concerned. Second, escrow agencies must deliver deposited money to seller promptly. Third, escrow agencies owe a duty of care about escrowed property. In addition, responsibilities of escrow agencies are as follows: First, escrow agencies are liable to indemnify for loss resulting from their defaults or wrongs. Second, escrow agencies are liable to indemnify against damage for breach of duty of escrow agencies.

As the electronic trade has developed, most related documents for trade payment have changed traditional forms to electronic forms by international payment systems. So, the discussions about necessity of electronic bills of exchange for One-stop electronic trade have been increased in the world. In addition to, Korea and China established the rules about electronic bills of exchange and developed the systems for electronic bills of exchange. In this paper, We examine existing infrastructures about electronic bills of exchange in Korea and China, and analyze systems and legal infrastructures for negotiability of electronic bills of exchange and examine about protections for holder in due course of electronic bills of exchange. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems on improvement of negotiability of electronic bills of exchange between Korea and China and to suggest the solutions for the problems.
