시스템 다이내믹스를 활용한 Covid-19 물류대란에서의 채찍현상에 관한 연구

Purpose Triggered by the measures taken to manage Covid-19, the increase in supply uncertainty and demand distortion in the market caused information asymmetry that led to the bullwhip effect of supply chain. We study the factors that affect the bullwhip effect caused by Covid-19 as well as its aftermaths. Methods We designed a stock flow diagram to analyze the bullwhip effect based on a supply chain simulation using system dynamics and also perform a causal analysis on variables affecting the supply. Results The results show that the increase in safty inventory, reduction of ship delays, and information sharing can reduce the bullwhip effect while dampening the amplification of orders in the global supply chain consisting of a retailer, a RDC (Regional Distribution Center) and a manufacturer. Conclusion A research model that analyzes the bullwhip effect of the covid-19 logistic crisis using system dynamics is proposed. The model is expected to serve as a useful tool to analyze and manage potentially uncertain global supply chain risk scenarios caused by disruptive events such as Covid-19.

결 론 정신분열병 환자의 일차가족과 정상 대조군과의 눈의 추적운동 이상의 차이에 대하여 알아보고자 저자는 환자 의 일차가족 44명, 정상대조군41명에 대하여 표적에 대한 안전도(electrooculography)를 얻고 전력 스펙트럼 밀도 (power spectral density)곡선과 Ln S/N ratio를 구하였다. 그결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 정신분열병의 일차가족의 눈의 추적운동시의 Ln S/N ratio가 정상 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 낮았 다(p<0.05). 2) 눈의 추적운동시의 Ln S/N ratio가 나이에 따라 유의한 차이를 보여주지는 않았으며 나이와 상관관계가 없었 다(R=-0.073; p=0.446). 3) 정신분열병의 일차가족중 부모군과 정상 대조군의 부모 대조군, 정신분열병의 일차가족중 형제군과 정상 대 조군의 형제 대조군의 표적에 대한 눈의 추적운동시의 Ln S/N ratio값은 정상 대조군이 일차가족 대조군 보다 더 큰 경향을 보였으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 결론적으로 정신분열병 환자의 일차가족에서 눈의 추적운동 이상을 Ln S/N ratio를 구함으로써, 전반적인 이상 을 객관적으로 정량화하여 본 결과, 정신분열병 환자의 일차가족에서 안구운동 이상은 정신분열병의 유전전달을 이해하기 위한 가능한 한가지의 생물학적 지표가 될 수 있음을 시사한다. Eye tracking abnormality has been found in large numbers of first-degree relatives of schizophrenic patients. Eye tracking abnormality, one of the reliable biological markers in schizophrenia. There for the author examined eye tracking abnormality, power spectral density curves and Ln S/N ratios in 44 first-degree relatives of schizophrenic patients and 41 normal controls. The results as follows, 1. The Ln S/N ratios of first-degree relatives of schizophrenic patients in pursuit eye tracking was significantly lower that of normal controls(p<0.05). 2. The Ln S/N ratios of biological parents of schizophrenic patients in pursuit eye tracking showed lower tendency than those of normal controls of parents, but it was not significant. The Ln S/N ratios of biological siblings of schizophrenic patients in pursuit eye tracking showed lower tendency than those of normal controls of siblings, but it was not significant. 3. There was no correlation between pursuit eye tracking and age(r=-0.073, p=0.446). In conclusion, the author suggest by the results of this study that eye tracking abnormality of the first-degree relatives in schizophrenic patients can be assessed globally and quantitatively by the Ln S/N ratio, and propose as a useful way of expanding the schizophrenia phenotype in genetic studies.

미군 표준(US Military Standard) 중 하나로 1962년 최초로 발행된 MIL-STD-810은 군수품이 받는 환경 스트레스를 고려하고 이에 대한 시험 가이드를 제시하는 대표적인 환경시험 규격서로 우리나라를 포함한 여러 나라의 군과 민간분야에서 활용되고 있다. 한편, 본 규격은 군수품의 기술개발과 변화하는 사용환경, 그리고 발전된 시험기술을 반영하여 지속적으로 개정되었고 최근(2019년 1월) 새로운 버전인 MIL-STD-810H가 발간되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 해당 규격의 여러 환경시험 중 진동시험(Method 514)의 역사와 주요 변경 내용을 살펴보고 그 안에서 최신 변경 내용의 의미를 살펴보았다. The revision of MIL-STD-810, which is environmental engineering and considerations and laboratory tests guidance of US military, has been incorporating the changing requirements and the technical advancements. Vibration test method is one of the 29 environmental test methods in the guidance and has the 25 categories separated by life phases and platforms. In this paper, major revisions to the vibration test method of MIL-STD-810H, published as revised in January 2019, were reviewed by category and compared with previous versions. In addition, the limitations of the specification by the limited experimental conditions from which specific test requirements were derived were reviewed, and the points of caution or more advanced application were considered in applying the specification compared to other standards such as DEF and AECTP.

The MAU series has been usually used for the fishing vessel"s propeller, which has been improved in consideration of the efficiency as well as the cavitation point of view in PNU The high efficiency standard series propeller(KF series) has been applied to the design of 52ton class fishing vessel"s propeller in the previous study. The experimental study for the performance of the design propellers called KF series for 52ton class fishing vessel has been conducted with five cases in KORDI towing tank The model tests have been carried out at different pitch ratio and expanded area ratio in comparison with the standard propeller to make the series chart‘ The KF series chart and the formula for performance expression will be completed on the basis of the experiment result.

With the growth of the global economy, along with the rapid spread of mobile devices, e-commerce and COVID-19, transactions between shippers and logistics service companies and domestic import and export trades have shown a drastic increase. Platforms merging from the 4th industrial revolution have allowed Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) logistics service companies to participate as equal bidding service providers in Business-to-Business (B2B) logistics field. However, SME logistics services have experienced difficulties in accessing and utilizing the B2B logistics platforms because of the existing trading practices, such as information asymmetry and closures led by existing large corporations in the logistics industry. Therefore, it is necessary for the SME to study the factors that influence users’ decision to use the platform when securing its competitiveness in the logistics field. Since it is difficult to reflect a company’s relationship characteristics of B2B transactions with existing Technology Acceptance Models(TAMs), it is extended by adding fair trade and risk factors to study the technology acceptance behavior of users. The studies show that social influence, price efficiency and fair trade are the crucial variables for the users’ decision to use the platform. It also demonstrates that fair trade, in correlation to risk, has the significant impact on users’ acceptance of the platform. Based on the results of this study, it is beneficial if a company designs a platform structure from the perspective of fair trade and risks when developing a B2B platform in the future.

We investigated the effect of aqueous extract of Ammomum xanthioides(AXAE) on immediate hypersensitivity. AXAE inhibited systemic anaphylaxis induced by compound 48/80 in mice. AXAE inhibited serum histamine levels induced by compound 48/80 in mice. Moreover, AXAE dose-dependently inhibited histamine release in peritoneal mast cells activated by compound 48/80. These results indicate that the AXAE may be benificial in the regulation of immediate type allergic reaction.
