기업 성인학습자들의 스마트기기를 활용한 학습의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 구조적 관계

This study explores structural model on the employees' learning intention using smart devices. So, we investigated the relationships among task-technology fit, network development expectation, organizational support, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and learning intention using smart devices. We surveyed 410 employees who have smart devices and have experience in e-learning. The results of this empirical study revealed that task-technology fit mediated by perceived ease of use has a significant influence on learning intention. The results also demonstrated that each of network development expectation, organizational support, and perceived ease of use has a direct effect on employees' learning intention, regardless of perceived usefulness. 본 연구에서는 기업 성인학습자들이 스마트기기를 활용한 학습을 함에 있어 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 구조적 관계를 알아보고자 스마트기기를 보유한 직장인 410명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다음의 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 과업기술적합성은 지각된 성과유용성을 매개로 스마트기기를 활용한 학습의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 관계망 형성·강화 기대와 조직의 지원, 지각된 사용 용이성은 스마트기기를 활용한 학습의도에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구결과는 스마트기기를 이용한 학습이 이루어지는 초창기 시점에서 다음과 같은 시사점을 제공한다. 스마트기기를 활용한 학습 자원을 개발함에 있어 과업기술적합성을 고려하여야 하며, 학습자가 어려움을 느끼지 않게 기술적으로 배려하고, 온라인에서 학습자 간의 관계망을 형성·강화할 수 있는 설계요소가 고려되어야 한다. 더불어 조직 내 스마트기기를 활용한 학습을 활성화하기 위해서는 조직의 지원이 필수적이다.

전통 수공업 장인의 학습 과정과 특성에 관한 질적 사례 연구

The purpose of this study was to examine the handicraftsmen’s workplace learning. In-depth interviews were conducted with three craftsmen in Korea. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, although they took their job for various reasons, they developed their job as a real vocation. Second, to obtain their job skills, more knowledgeable help was needed from others but self-directed experience learning was more important. Third, through weak links with other people, they made their own identities and characteristics. Forth, they have learned through their materials and tools. Finally, through creative learning activities, they had created new traditions and are continuously trying to achieve expansive learning at their own workplace. 이 연구의 목적은 전통 수공업 분야 장인들을 대상으로 그들이 일터에서 보여 주는 배움의 과정과 특성에 관해 기술하는 것이다. 이를 위해 도자기, 손뜨개, 한복 등 전통 수공업 분야의 장인들을 대상으로 심층 면담과 함께 여러 각도에서 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 장인이 일터에 진입하게 된 계기는 필연적인 경우부터 우연적인 경우까지 다양하였다. 하지만 그 일에서 성장해 나가는 과정에서 자신의 재능과 노력을 통해 천직으로서 발전시켜나갔다. 둘째, 일터에 진입하여 숙련을 형성하는데 있어서 스승의 가르침이 필수적이었지만, 자기 주도적인 경험학습이 더 크게 나타났다. 셋째, 일터에서 독립적으로 일을 수행하는 특성상 여러 외부 세계와의 느슨한 관계망을 통해 그들과 자신을 차별화하는 형태로 학습이 이루어졌다. 이와 동시에, 넷째, 장인들은 자신이 사용하는 도구나 재료들과의 교감을 통해서도 학습을 하고 있었다. 다섯째, 일터와 삶의 구분이 모호한 가운데 삶에서의 에너지를 바탕으로 창의적 배움 활동을 수행함으로써 전통을 새롭게 창조해 나가고 있었다. 마지막으로, 장인들은 일터에서 새로운 시도와 도전을 멈추지 않고 틀 바꾸기를 통한 확장적 학습을 지속해 나가고 있었다.

여자 전문대학생의 진로장벽, 진로확신, 진로준비행동의 구조관계 분석

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of female adolescents’ perceived career barriers on career certainty and career preparation behavior. For this, a survey was carried out targeting students from the female junior college which is located in Seoul. After screening the data, 337 responses were used to analyze the hypotheses. A structural equation model was presented to describe the hypothetical casual relationships among the variables. The major findings were as follows; 1) ‘multiple role conflicts’ has negative direct effects on career certainty. 2) ‘Low expectation of occupational prospect’ and ‘low expectation of occupational unpreparation have negative direct effects on career certainty. 3) Career certainty has direct positive effects on career preparation behavior. 4) Only ‘low expectation of occupational prospect’ among career barriers has direct effects on career preparation behavior. Based on what has been learned through the analyses, this study proposed intervention and support plans to help the female junior college students with their career preparation. 본 연구의 목적은 저성장 시대 여자 전문대학생들의 진로장벽인식이 진로확신 및 진로 탐색에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 서울 소재 전문대학 A 여자대학교 재학생을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였다. 수집된 표본 356개 중 불성실 응답 표본 19개를 제외하고 총 337개의 표본을 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 구조분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 검증결과 가설은 다음과 같이 부분적으로 지지되었다. 첫째, 진로장벽의 여성 관련 요인 중 여성으로서의 다중 역할 수행 인식만 진로확신에 음의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로장벽의 노동시장 관련 요인 중 노동시장에 대한 낮은 기대와 노동시장에 대한 이해 부족은 모두 진로확신에 음의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로확신은 진로준비행동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 진로장벽 중 노동시장에 대한 낮은 기대만이 진로준비행동에 음의 직접영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 여자 전문대학생의 진로준비를 위한 개입방안 및 지원방안에 대해 제안하였다.
