In Korea, youth participation in economic activities and unemployment appear at the same time, which is a more serious problem, so a study on the labor market movement can be viewed as a study to overcome youth unemployment. The purpose of this study is to examine how labor movement between the employed and the unemployed is progressing through the survey data of the youth panel among the employment panel and to identify the factors affecting the movement path and movement of the employed and the unemployed. In the case of the employed, they possessed professional qualifications, and in the case of unstable occupational status, they attempted to move to a stable position after being employed. In the case of the unemployed, the probability of failing to find a job was higher as they had no job search experience, the longer the job search period, and the less effort they made. The fact that the home environment directly or indirectly influences the movement of the labor market remains unchanged. On the other hand, the higher the educational level, the more stable, and the most stable the metropolitan area. Therefore, more urgently than ever, a plan to revitalize the local labor market through the organic relationship between the government, local governments, local industry, and local universities and balanced regional development should be sought.

A Study on Corporate Support for Employment of Retirees in Gyeongsangnam-do Employment Crisis

Gyeongsangnam-do needed an employment stability response policy to induce re-employment of job seekers who retired due to large-scale unemployment and job instability following the employment crisis, and stable settlement and long-term employment after new employment.This study is to confirm the effective corporate support policy as an employment promotion strategy through new recruitment of the employment crisis in Gyeongsangnam-do. A total of 380 companies in Gyeongsangnam-do were targeted for the survey through online surveys and in-person surveys. As a result of the study, as a measure to improve working conditions through financial support for long-term employment stability, first, support for youth-middle-age asset formation of SME workers is required, and second, support for old-age income guarantee for SME workers was proposed. Third, direct corporate subsidies are continuously needed for job promotion and job stability of Gyeongsangnam-do companies.

커뮤니티케어(지역사회통합돌봄) 대상자별 서비스디자인 적용 사례 연구

Background : It is necessary to understand how Community Care(CC) is planned for the target audience and to research on practical measures. This study aims to examine the process and performance of problem-solving through CC cases through design for each target. The purpose of this study is to explore the role and direction of design for the realization of continuous CC. Methods : First, the current status and characteristics of domestic CC policies were described based on literature research and data published by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Second, based on the research report and various case data, we looked through the design characteristics in practical examples of design application for the realization of domestic and foreign CC by target. Third, the direction of CC was discovered through a public service design approach, focusing on service design cases for each subject of CC. Results : In the design application of CC, practical cases for the elderly and the disabled accounted for most, and design attempts for mental patient or the homeless were insufficient. In addition, the focus was on the development of App. design for CC, so there were concerns about the occurrence of the digital service weak. In order to solve the problem of welfare blind spots, we were able to discover the direction of the design solution through various domestic and foreign cases. Conclusions : Design-based CC as a practical measure plays an important role in the safety and health of residents, as well as local community and national order, so various types of non-face-to-face care services and systems have high economic value as one of the future industries with great growth after COVID-19. Various design models for CC that can be flexibly operated in a variety of situations are expected to play a role in the future, such as enhancing the national brand value following “K-quarantine”. 연구배경 : 커뮤니티케어가 주요 대상자에게 맞춰 어떻게 계획되는지에 대한 파악과 실천방안에 대한 실질적 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 주요 대상자별 디자인을 통한 커뮤니티케어 사례를 통해 문제해결의 과정과 성과를 살펴보고자 한다. 연구의 목적은 지속적인 커뮤니티케어 실현을 위한 디자인의 역할과 방향성의 모색이다. 연구방법 : 첫째, 보건복지부에서 발간된 자료를 기초로 국내 커뮤니티케어 정책 현황과 특성을 기술하였다. 둘째, 연구보고서 및 여러 사례자료를 바탕으로, 대상자별 국내외 커뮤니티케어 실현을 위한 디자인 적용 실천사례의 디자인적 특성을 분석하였다. 셋째, 커뮤니티케어의 대상자별 서비스디자인 사례를 중심으로 공공서비스디자인적 접근을 통한 커뮤니티케어의 방향성을 발견하였다. 연구결과 : 커뮤니티케어의 디자인 적용은 노인과 장애인 대상의 실천사례가 대부분을 차지하였고, 정신질환자나 노숙인을 위한 디자인적 시도가 미흡하였다. 또한 커뮤니티케어를 위한 앱 디자인 개발에 치중되어 있어, 디지털서비스약자의 발생이 우려되었다. 복지 사각지대의 문제해결을 위한 다양한 국내외 사례를 통해 디자인 솔루션의 방향성을 발견할 수 있었다. 결론 : 실질적 방안으로의 디자인 기반의 커뮤니티케어는 주민들의 안전과 건강, 지역사회와 국가의 질서를 유지시켜, 다양한 유형의 비대면 케어서비스와 시스템은 코로나 이후 성장가능성이 큰 미래 산업의 하나로서 높은 경제적 가치를 갖는다. 다양한 상황에 탄력적으로 운용될 수 있는 커뮤니티케어를 위한 디자인 모델들이 K-방역에 이어 국가적 브랜드가치를 제고하는 등 앞으로의 역할이 기대된다.

Artificial Neural Network Analysis for Prediction of Community Care Design Research in Spatial and Environmental Areas in Korea

This study aims to empirically confirm the effect and impact of community care design research centered on domestic space and environment on health promotion, diagnosis treatment, disease management, rehabilitation, and mitigation through the year of publication and perspective. To this end, based on 1,227 space and environment design studies from 2,144 community care design research data conducted for about 20 years from 2002 to 2022, when care services began in earnest through the long-term care system for the elderly, SPSS 26.0 was used to create a ‘Multi-layer Perceptron’ artificial neural network structure model was predicted and neural network analysis was performed. Research Results First, as a result of checking studies in each field of health care by year, there is a significant difference with the number of studies related to health promotion being the highest. Second, the five perspectives are region, time, dimension, function, and content perspective. As a result of inputting these variables as independent variables and analyzing their importance in the artificial neural network, the function perspective had the most influence, followed by the region > content > dimension > time perspective.

Relationship between Participation in the Elderly Job Project and Quality of Life: focused on the Social Capital Mediating Effect

This study investigates income support, labor opportunities, and social capital by the demographic characteristics of the elderly who participate in the elderly job project, and especially the relationship between social and quality of life. We want to provide empirical data on how the elderly vocational business ultimately affects the lives of the elderly through the intervention of social capital. The intervention effect of social capital is as follows. Satisfaction with the elderly job project has a great impact on the quality of life, trust, network, and social participation. In particular, trust in the quality of life of the elderly had a great influence on the quality of life and was indirectly effective. In addition, the intervention of social participation between social capital was known, and the elderly job project increased social participation to improve the quality of life of the elderly. Therefore, it can be evaluated that the elderly job project has an important positive effect on the quality of life of the elderly, and the social capital formed through the elderly job project plays a role in directly or indirectly improving the quality of life of the elderly.

균등론 적용요건의 판단 기준에 관한 연구 - 한국, 미국, 일본 판례를 중심으로 -

특허발명의 보호범위는 특허법 제97조에 따라 특허 청구범위에 기재된 사항에 의하여 정해진다. 특허권침해소송의 상대방이 제조하는 제품 또는 사용하는 방법 등이 해당 특허발명의 구성요소를 그대로 가지고 있는 경우 문언해석에 의한 침해가 성립된다. 하지만 언어가 가지는 표현상의 한계로 인하여 기술적 범위를 특허청구범위에 그대로 기 재하고 장래에 발생할 수 있는 모든 침해유형을 예상하여 특허청구범위를 작성하는 것은 사실상 불가능하다. 또 특허침해에 있어서 대개 침해자들 은 특허발명에 사소한 변경을 가하여 특허권의 보 호 범위를 회피하고자 한다. 이에 특허발명의 실 질적 가치를 보호하지 위해 등장하게 된 이론이 균등론이다. 우리나라는 대법원 97후2200 판결에서 균등론을 명시적으로 인정하고 5가지 적용요건을 확 립했다. 하지만 당시 균등론에 대한 국내 판례가 부족했고 학계의 연구 성과 또한 미진한 상황에서 외국의 균등 이론을 수동적으로 받아들인 것이기 때문에 각 적용요건에 대한 통일된 판단 기준이 마련되어 있지 않아 여전히 균등론의 법적 안정성 과 예측가능성에 있어 문제점이 존재한다. 또한 기존의 연구에서는 주로 특허권은 발명자 가 자신의 발명을 영업비밀(Trade Secret)로서 공중에게 공개한 것에 대한 반대급부로서 주어지 는 것이기 때문에 발명은 출원 서류에 기재되어 공중에게 일정한 기여를 한 범위 내에서만 보호를 받는다는 계약법적인 입장에 입각한 연구가 많고 균등론을 특허청구범위 해석의 예외로서 최대한 그 적용을 제한하려는 방향으로 분석하고 있다. 하지만 특허분쟁소송에서 특허청구범위 해석 에 관련한 문제는 가장 중요하고 빈번하게 발생하 는 사안이며 권리범위를 획정하는 하나의 방법으 로서 균등론은 현실적으로 예외 사항이 아니라 특 허침해의 일반적 판단원칙이 되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 궁극적으로 입법을 통해 특허법에 균등 이 특허의 권리범위에 속한다는 것을 명시할 필요 가 있을 것이다. 따라서 균등론의 연구의 방향은 기존의 공시기능을 중시하는 연구에만 치중하는 것보다 특허권 보호를 위한 방향으로도 논의의 방 향을 넓혀 적용요건의 판단 기준에 대한 합리적인 대안책을 강구할 필요성이 있으며 본고에서는 미국, 일본과의 논의와 비교해서 우리나라의 적용요 건에 대한 판단기준을 검토할 때에도 이러한 방향 성에 맞추어 논의를 전개해가고자 한다.

국내 임금과 노동시간의 추이를 통한 노동시장정책 방향에 관한 연구

최근 몇 십년간 한국시장에서의 임금 변화, 노동시간과 여가시간에 대한 가치는 매우 빨리 증가하였다. 고전 학파의 우상향하는 노동공급곡선은 여가의 가치와 관련되어 수정되어야 한다는 Robert E. Prasch의 재수정된 후방 굴절형(backward-bending) 노동공급곡선 모형을 바탕으로 과연 한국의 상황에서도 이러한 결과가 나타나는가를 살 펴보고자 하였다. 임금과 노동시간과의 관계를 살펴보고, 역동적인 노동시장 안에서, 낮은 임금에서의 불균등한 계약 효과를 감소시키기 위한 형평성(equity)과 효율성(efficiency)사이의 상호작용 측면, 최소 임금과 최대 노동시간에 대 한 현실적인 측면을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구는 한국노동연구원의『한국노동패널』조사 1차(1998)년도에서 10차 (2007)년도 자료를 활용하여 외환위기 이후 국내의 임금과 노동시간관계를 파악하였다.

노인일자리사업 참여와 사회적 자본과의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과

본 연구는 노인일자리사업 참여가 노인의 사회적 자본 형성에 어떠한 영향력을 미치는지, 이 과정에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이 목적이다. 연구방법으로, 창원시의 만 65세 이상 노인일자리사업 참여노인과 비참여 노인을 노인일자리 사업 사전과 사후로 나누어 구조화된 설문지를 통해 각각 참여노인 500명, 비참여노인 250명을 대상으로 유사실험 디자인으로 연구설계하여 조사하였다. 노인일자리사업은 참여여부에 따라 사회적 지지와 사회적 자본간에 분명한 차이가 나타났다. 사회적 지지의 매개효과 검증에서는 사회적 지지 중 물질적 지지가 관계망과 사회참여에 부분적인 매개효과를 나타났다. 노인일자리사업 참여 노인은 기존의 노인일자리사업의 목적인 소득보장, 사회참여, 노동기회에 대한 부분에서는 뚜렷한 효과를 나타내지는 못하였으나 노인일자리사업 참여를 통해 사회적 자본 중 신뢰 형성은 분명하게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히 매개효과 검증에서 사회적 지지 중 물질적 지지가 관계망과 사회참여에 부분적인 매개효과를 나타났으며, 이는 노인일자리사업 참여에 대한 만족보다 물질적 지지가 노인의 사회적 자본 형성에 더 영향을 주었다. 단지 사업 후 사회적 자본 형성을 위해서는 사업참여만이 아닌 물질적 보장이 함께 이루어지는 것이 중요하다. The purpose of this research is to provide empirical data to the question of what kind of effects the elderly employment programs ultimately have on the lives of the elderly through the mediation effect of the social support. The method of research was to design the research in the nonequivalent control groups design from the quasi-experimental design for the 500 elderly who participated and 250 who have not participated in the elderly employment programs through distributing structured questionnaire by classifying into before and after the project during 7 months from March 1, 2010 to September 30, 2010 to those above 65 living in Changwon. Based on the research results of the study, a few can be proposed as below: The elderly employment programs have been presented to have effect of social capital formation to the elderly with difficulties in living status. It has effect of physical support among social support. To the social capital formation that it is important physical compensation.

러닝 속도와 브라 컵 사이즈에 따른 스포츠브라 디자인 요소 선택에 관한 연구

Many women feel pain in their breasts while running due to an excessively large degree of breast movement. Therefore, most sports bras pursue a reduction in breast movement. The purpose of this study is to investigate the breast movement reduction effect of a selection of sports bra designs according to the intensity of the sport and the breast size of the wearer. The study measured differences in the vertical movement of the nipple with 4 types of sports bras and 3 exercise speeds (4km/h, 7km/h, and 10km/h). Subjects included women in their 20s with bra sizes of either B cup (n=3) or C cup (n=3). The results of the study are as follows. Breast movement differed according to running speed and breast size; breast movement significantly increased starting with jogging speed (7km/h), and the C-cup group had a larger degree of vertical movement than the B-cup group. A superior effect on breast movement during jogging (7km/h) and sprinting (10km/h) was observed differently by bra cup sizes. To C-cup group, encapsulation-style sports bra, which provides horizontal support across the upper breast and padding inside the shoulder strap and bra cup to Case impact was most effective and next effective style was the compression-style bra with a princess line to cover the breasts solidly. Most style sports bra were effective in the B-cup group. Besides aforementioned encapsulation-style sports bra, the compression-style bra with a band, which presses the breasts against the chest wall, reduced breast movement effectively.
