      • 남자대학생의 GXT와 셔틀런 검사를 통한 최대산소섭취량 예측과 신체구성도 간의 상관관계 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 20~21세의 건강한 성인 남자 대학생들을 대상으로 하여 GXT에 의해 직접 측정된 최대산소섭취량(VO<sub>2</sub>max)과 MSRT(multistage shuttle run test)를 통해 예측된 VO<sub>2</sub>max와의 상호 관련성을 검토하며, 또한 CRF의 검증을 위해 활용될 필드 테스트 방법인 MSRT의 타당성을 제시하고 남자 대학생들의 신체구성 요소들과 VO<sub>2</sub>max와의 연관성을 평가하였다. 연구 대상자는 20∼21세 건강한 남자 대학생 총 30명으로 신장, 체중, 체지방률, 체질량지수, VO<sub>2</sub>max 그리고 MRST를 측정하였다. 본 연구에서 획득한 모든 자료는 SPSS 20.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 VO<sub>2</sub>max와 MSRT를 통해 예측된 VO<sub>2</sub>max의 평균차이는 독립 t-test(Independent t-test)를 실시하였다. GXT와 MSRT의 두 검사 간의 일치성을 검증하기 위해 상관분석(Pearson’s correlation), Bland & Altman plot, LOA(Limit of agreement)분석을 실시하였으며, GXT와 MSRT 간의 차이 평균의 결과를 이용하여 95% 신뢰구간에서 lower limit과 upper limit을 산출하였다. 또한 GXT를 통해 측정된 VO<sub>2</sub>max와 MSRT를 통해 측정된 VO<sub>2</sub>max와 신체구성과의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 모든 통계처리에 대한 유의수준(α)은 .05로 설정 하였다. 그 결과 성인 남자 대학생들을 대상으로 GXT를 통해 직접적으로 측정된 VO<sub>2</sub>max와 MSRT를 통해 예측된 VO<sub>2</sub>max 비교 결과 두 검사 간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. VO<sub>2</sub>max와 MSRT를 통해 예측된 VO<sub>2</sub>max의 상관분석 결과는 서로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, Bland & Altman plot과 LOA 분석을 사용한 결과 GXT를 통해 직접 측정된 VO2max와 MSRT를 통해 예측된 VO<sub>2</sub>max의 차이 값은 0.2, 95% 신뢰구간의 범위는 -7.4∼7.7으로 나타났다. GXT를 통해 직접 측정된 VO<sub>2</sub>max와 신체구성과의 상관분석과 MSRT를 통해 예측된 VO<sub>2</sub>max와 신체구성과의 상관분석 결과 모두 유의한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 결론적으로 GXT를 통해 직접적으로 측정된 VO<sub>2</sub>max와 MSRT를 통해 예측된 VO<sub>2</sub>max는 서로 차이가 없으며, 유의하게 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 GXT를 통해 직접적으로 측정된 VO<sub>2</sub>max와 MSRT를 통해 예측된 VO<sub>2</sub>max 모두 신체구성과는 유의한 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of the study was to investigate the relation between VO<sub>2</sub>max measured by GXT and VO<sub>2</sub>max predicted by MSRT for healthy male university students aged 20 and 21. It also suggested the validity of MSRT which is the way of field tests to verify CRF, and evaluated the relation between VO<sub>2</sub>max and components of subjects' body composition. The subject was limited to 30 healthy male university students aged 20 and 21 without any medical problems for examination and measurement. The physique and body composition were measured by 신장, 체중, body fat percentage, and body mass index (BMI). These all drew BMI. VO<sub>2</sub>max was measured by two ways. In order to measure direct VO<sub>2</sub>max, GXT was conducted using a treadmill, and Bruce protocol(Bruce et al., 1973) was used while measuring. MSRT was performed by the way designed by Leger & Lambert(1982), and conducted by using prepared music, CD Player, marking corns, and measuring tape. All data in the study was processed through SPSS 20.0 statistical program. Independent t-test was conducted to verify mean difference between VO<sub>2</sub>max measured by GXT and VO<sub>2</sub>max predicted by MSRT. Pearson’s correlation, Bland & Altman plot, and LOA(Limit of agreement) were conducted to test conformity between GXT and MSRT. Using the result of mean difference between GXT and MSRT, it yielded lower limit and upper limit in 95% confidence interval. Also, Pearson's correlation was conducted to know correlation between VO<sub>2</sub>max measured by GXT, VO<sub>2</sub>max measured by MSRT, and body composition. Significance level in all statistical processing was .05. The result from this study was as follows. Comparing VO<sub>2</sub>max directly measured by GXT and VO<sub>2</sub>max predicted by MSRT for adult male university students, two tests did not show significant differences. The correlation analysis showed that VO<sub>2</sub>max directly measured by GXT and VO<sub>2</sub>max predicted by MSRT were significantly correlated positively with each other. Also, as the result of using Bland & Altman plot and LOA analysis, difference value between VO<sub>2</sub>max directly measured by GXT and VO<sub>2</sub>max predicted by MSRT was 0.2, and the range of 95% confidence interval was -7.4 to 7.7. Both the result of correlation analysis between VO<sub>2</sub>max directly measured by GXT and body composition and correlation analysis between VO<sub>2</sub>max predicted by MSRT and body composition did not show a significant correlation. In conclusion, there was no difference between VO<sub>2</sub>max directly measured by GXT and VO<sub>2</sub>max predicted by MSRT, and it showed significantly positive correlation. Also, both VO<sub>2</sub>max directly measured by GXT and VO<sub>2</sub>max predicted by MSRT were not significantly correlated with body composition.

      • 무릎관절 근 피로 유발 후 간헐적 massage가 quadriceps 및 hamstrings의 total work에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyses the effect of massage on total work during high intensity intermittent isokinetic exercise on taekwondo players` knee. The subjects were places in 2 groups: experimental group (n=11) continued massage and control group(n=10). Muscle strength was evaluated by total work of the knee using isokinetic exercise machine(Cybex NORMTM 770, USA). This result of the study are as follow; 1) Hamstrign and quadriceps of control group and massage group decrease significantly total work as set time passes(p<0.001). 2) There is no significant between a control group and a massage group, so after the fatigue of Hamstring and quadriceps, two minutes massage during set time is no significant of maintain endurance strength. 3) FT muscle fiber working is construed as a decrease of total work 3set and 4set. A local massage massages do not maintain to endurance strength as high intensity intermittent isokinetic exercise, but massages encourage to recover fatigue after exercise.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of taekwondo training on childhood physical fitness level. Subject, aged 13 years, were divided into one of two groups, i.e., taekwondo training group(n=33), and control group(n=33). The mean period of taekwondo training was about 18 months. Repeat taekwondo term of 18 make too much of physical strength about flexibility and speed. Muscle strength, muscle endurance strength and balance etc. will be developed and applied.

      • 연령에 따른 태권도 수련자와 비수련자에 대한 체격, 체구성 및 체력요인의 변화에 대한 비교

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of physique, body composition and physical fitness between the taekwondo trainees and non-trainees. The subjects consist of two experimental groups and two control groups. The experimental groups were trained for 1 to 2 year. According to the result of the study following conclusions were suggested: Group B revealed more significant difference in all the physical aspects than Group A. There were significant differences in the mean ration of flexibility within each comparison group(p<.05) With the mean ratio of physical efficiency index, Group B's index is 13.09% higher than Group A and has significant difference in statistics. No significant differences were found in the rest of the factors of physical fitness although Taekwondo trainee showed better scores in most of physical fitness test.

      • 관상동맥 질환자를 위한 cycle ergometer exercise와 treadmill exercise의 적정 운동강도

        The purpose of this study was to determine heart rate (HR), ratings of perceived exertion (RPE) and oxygen uptake (Vo2) at the anaerobic threshold (AT) in two different exercise modalities, cycle ergometer and treadmil exercise (running). Subjects were 13 women patients with coronary heart disease. All sub-maximal and maximal Vo2 values but Vo2 at the AT for women were significantly higher in treadmill exercise than cycle ergometer. Submaximal and maximal HR values were not significantly different between the two exercise modalities. However, mean RPE values at the AT were significantly higher in cycle ergometer than treadmill exercise. We suggest that appropriate HR values in exercise training should be the same in cycling and treadmill exercise. while RPE values should be 1 or 2 higher in cycling than running.

      • 태권도의 운동상해에 관한 조사 연구 : 대학선수들을 중심으로

        Taekwondo is one of the most popular sports in korea and new olympic regulation match and a contact sport associated with a large number of injuries. In the present study, taekwondo athletes injuries during training and competitions was investigated via questionnaire. Taekwondo athletes in the universities of Seoul and the metropolitan area in Korea were observed prospectively for one year for acute injuries during training and competitions (n=428). The most time of injuries occurrence are during main exercise and practice. The most injuries occurred by attack or return kick. Contusion(23.4%) and myalgia(23.4%) were the most common type of injuries and the lower extremity was the most commonly injured area(50.6%). The defense type athletes get injured more then the offensive type athletes and they were more injured during return kick and defense than offensive. In men athletes, who has more careers are more get injuries and in women athletes, who has more practice times in everyday are more get injured. The most of ankle(94.6%) and toe(89.6%) injuries were occurred in men athletes. Base on the results of present study, it is suggested that using the protectors and more aggressive attitude are suggestions to reduce injuries.

        단기간의 체중 감량이 체력수준과 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        김은성, 장명재, 이만균, 장완성, 단기간의 체중 감량이 체력수준과 혈액성분에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제11권 제2호, 335-344, 2002. 본 연구는 고등학교 태권도선수의 단기간 체중감량이 체력수준과 혈액성분에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 건강한 남자 고등학교 태권도선수 8명(17.4±0.52세)을 피검자로 선정하였다. 체중 감량전과 단기간의 식이조절 및 사우나를 통하여 체중감량을 실시한 후 체력과 유·무산소성 능력, 그리고 혈중 총단백질량, Na^+, K^+, Glucose, Ca^(2+), P, FFA, Mg^+를 측정하였다. 최대운동검사시 Monark Ergometer와 Vmax229를 이용하였다. 체지방률은 통계적인 유의한 차를 보이지 않았으나 제지방량은 감량 전 평균 53.15±5.91㎏에서 감량 후 49.38±5.10㎏으로 유의하게 감소되었다(p<.05). 무산소성 능력에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나 유산소성 능력은 VO_2max, VCO_2max, RQ요인에서 유의하게 저하된 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 태권도 선수들의 단기간 사우나를 통한 무리한 체중 감량은 수분손실로 인한 체지방률의 증가와 전해질의 불균형으로 유산소성 운동능력이 현저하게 저하되며, 하루에 6∼8경기를 치러야 하는 선수들의 경우 경기력에 상당히 부정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료된다. This study was designed to examine the effects of short-term weight lose on physical fitness level and various blood variables. Eight high school Taekwondo players were asked to lose at least 5% of their body weight in 72 hours. Various variables related physical fitness and blood were measured before and after the weight loss, and the two results were compared. The results were as follows: 1. The mean weight showed significant decrease after a short-term weight loss. 2. The body fat did not show significant change. 3. The lean body mass showed significant decrease. 4. In terms of anaerobic capacity, the peak power, lowest power, and power decrease did not show significant differences. 5. In terms of aerobic capacity, the VO_2max, VCO_2max, and RQ showed significant decrease. 6. Muscular endurance of upper body decreased significantly. 7. The result of the Wood test showed significant difference in total protein, Na^+, P^+ and FFA after the short-term weight loss program. The short-term weight loss resulted in serious decrease in the aerobic capacity of the Taekwondo players. Considering the fact that the Taekwondo players must participate in 6∼8 matches a day, desirable performance might not be impossible without outstanding aerobic ability. It was conclusion that it would be more beneficial for Taekwondo players to develope a long-term weight management program rather than short-term weight loss.

      • 태권도 선수의 운동상해 예방을 위한 조사연구 : 전국 고등학교 태권도 선수들을 대상으로

        Taekwondo players by analyzing the primary factor of exercise injury and researching on the actual condition related to media treatment. To dot it, male and female players at 14 High Schools in Korea, who are registered in Korea, Taekwondo Association, were selected as the subjects of this study. The result of this research is as follows. 1) 73 males(52.5%) and 59 females(42.4%) appeared to have exercise injury. 2) The parts of exercise injury about male appeared to be ankle joint 87 times (11.0%), foot 80 times (10.1%), knee joint 59 times (7.4%) in the order of the frequency of occurrence and about female to be ankle joint 87 times (11.0%), foot 74 times (9.3%), knee joint 63 times (8.0%) 3) The type of exercise wound in male appeared to be bruise 154 times (19.4%), muscular pain 94 times(11.8%), and in female bruise happen 134 times(16.9%) and muscular pain 73 times(9.2%) in the order of the frequency. 4) Injury was experienced during exercise among 22 persons(15.8%) in class pin and among 19 persons (13.7%) in both class bantam and feather. 5) All pin, flight, bantam, feather and heavy weight classes showed ankle as the most frequent exercise injury region among all the injury parts during exercise. Light weight class had knee joint 25 times (3.2%) and both welter and middle classes indicated foot area as the most often wounded part. 6) In injury types happened during exercise, bruise turned out to be 298 times(31.7%), the highest level. Next, the occurrence rate of muscular pain was 20.8%(167 times). 7) It is true 165Cm to 170Cm tall persons have most exercise injuries : 39 persons (28.1%). Next, 170 Cm to 175Cm tall players with injury were 28 persons (20.1%). 8) The area injured most often during exercise was that of ankle joint as 174 times (21.9%) in 160 to 165Cm, 165 to 170 Cm 170 to 175Cm tall players and players over 185Cm Foot was most frequently hurt part as 21 times (27%) in 175Cm to 180Cm tall players. Hand & foot joint and knee joint 7 times (0.9%) in 180 to 185 Cm tall players. 9) Players under 160Cm height and 160 to 165Cm, 165 to 170Cm, 170 to 175Cm tall players and players over 185Cm, showed the highest rate of bruise as the type of injury occurred during exercise and next to it, muscular pain. 175 to 180 Cm players experienced muscular pain 33 times (4.1%), bruise 31 times(3.9%) and 180 to 185 Cm players went through with bruise 17 times(2.l%) and fracture of a bone 8 times (1.0 %). 10) When it comes to total exercise period, 54 persons(38.8%), the highest rate of male, exercise over 4 hours and as to female, 50 persons The purpose of this study is to investigate to offer the basic materials essential for protection from exercise injury of (36.0%) exercise over 4 hours. 11) The injured cause of exercise in male was their carelessness (30 persons : 22.7%), the lack of preparatory exercise and the foul of opponent players (10 persons each : 7.6% each), Instead, for women, excessive work was the cause of exercise injury in 13 persons (9.8%) and their carelessness was that of the injury in 11 persons(8.3%). 12) Male chose emergency treator as following : medical experts(19 persons : 14.4%), the person himself, a coach or an inspector (16 persons : 111%). Female chose emergency treaters following : medical expert (21 persons : 15.9%) and a coach or an inspector (16 persons : 12.1%). 13) Thorough warm-up & arrangement exercise (47 persons : 14.0%), complete recovery from tiredness, wearing protective device, being well-nourished, mental & psychological stability, reasonably held matches in numbers, and etc are shown in order as the protective way of exercise injury in males. On the other hand, in females, complete recovery from tiredness(43 persons : 12.8%), thorough warm-up & arrangement exercise, wearing protective device, mental & psychological stability, being well-nourished, reasonably held games in numbers, appear in the order of frequence.
