Recently problems of soil and groundwater contamination occur in major construction sites of highway, dam and railways. Contaminants of oil fuels are also detected in the former fuel storage facilities of railroad station and army troops of transportation, etc. These facilities are planned as the sites of commercial infrastructures after restoration from pollutants by the law of soil environment conservation of Korea. In this manuscript, the contents of soil environment conservation law including soil assessment and restoration technology are introduced. Recent changes of soil environment area are also analyzed.
주상시험장치를 이용한 해안 폐기물 매립장 지반토지 오염물 흡착능에 관한 연구

본 논문은 해안 매립장의 해성점토와 그 기반 풍화토가 갖는 침출수 중의 무기물, 중금속 및 유기물에 대한 오염물 이동성 저감능력을 실내 주상실험에 의하여 조사하였다. 그 결과 무기물 인 칼릅의 경우 해성점토층의 흡착능이 하부 풍화토에 비하여 큰 것으로 나타났으며 중금속인 납과 카드윰의 경우는 매립장 실제 배출 농도보다 큰 농도에서도 완전 흡착되는 것으로 나타났다. 유기성 폐기물에 대한 실험결과 그 흡착능이 무기물이나 중금속에 비하여는 떨어지나 침출수내의 난분해성 유기물질을 기반 점토 및 풍화토가 저감시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. In this paper, the retardation capacity of marine clay and weathered soil of seashore waste landfill is analyzed by using a laboratory column apparatus for organic and inorganic components which can represent the components of the leachate of municipal waste landfill. The results show that sorption capacity marine clay for potassium is larger than that of weathered soil. Lead and cadmium are adsorbed completely at concentrations higher than the real concentrations developed in the landfill. The bottom soils of seashore landfill can also retard some nondegradable components of organics although their sorption capacities for organics were less than those for inorganics.

Characteristics of advective-diffusivc transport of inorganic chemicals in clayey soils as well as in two hardened barrier materials of silica and lime are analyzed from the laboratory column test and compared with those of pure diffusive coluinn test. The results show that the average dispersion cefficients of three materials are 4.39xl0 <sup>-10</sup>m²/s 1.98x10 <sup>-10</sup>m²/s, 1.99x10 <sup>-10</sup>m²/s, respectively, and the value of clay is higher than that of hardened barrier materials. There was no significant difference between the dispersion coefficients of advective-diffiusive column tests and the effective diffusion coefficients from the pure diffusive column tests, if advective velocity was lower than 10<sup>-7</sup>cm/s. The range of dispersion coefficients of advective-diffusive column tests was narrower than that of diffusion coefficients of pure diffusion tests.

요지 국내 폐기물 매립장에서 캡 및 바닥차수재로서 이용이 기대되는 혼합차수재를 선정하여 이들의 재료 특성을 살펴보기 위하여 물리, 역학적시험을 실시하였다. 혼합차수재의 주재료로는 플라이애쉬와 화강토 그리고 첨가제로는 벤토나이트와 시멘트를 선정하였다. 본 차수재에 대한 시험결과 최대건조밀도는 서천 및 삼천포 플라이애쉬 혼합재의 경우 벤토나이트 함량이 5%와 25%인 지점을 전후로 하여 증가 감소하고 화강토 혼합재의 경우 벤토나이트의 함량이 증가함에 따라 증가하였다. 강도는 벤토나이트 첨가의 경우 증감현상이 뚜렷하지 않았지만 시멘트 첨가의 경우는 크게 증가하였다. 혼합차수재의 투수계수가 1$\times$10-7cm/sec가 되기 위한 벤토나이트의 첨가량은 서천 및 삼천포 플라이애쉬 그리고 화강토의 경우 각각 18, 30, 10%로나타났으며 주재료의 입도분포, 점토성분함유정도에 따라 첨가제의 필요 함량이 큰 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. This paper represents the physical and engineering characteristics of admixed liners obtained from several laboratory tests. Fly ash and weathered granitic soil are selected as primary materials, and bentonite and cement are used as additives. The results show that the maximum dry density reaches peak values at 5% and 25% of bentonite for Seochon and Samchonpo fly ash respectively, and for the weathered granitic soil, the maximum dry density increases continuously as the amount of bentonite increases. The strength of the admixed materials is not sensitive to the bentonite content, although it increases when the additives is cement. The required amount of bentonite to reach the hydraulic conductivity less than 10-7cm/sec are 18, 30, 10% of the sample weights for Seochon and Samchonpo fly ashes and the weathered granitic soil. The amount of additives show significant differences and depend on the grain size and their distributions and the amount of fine content in the primary materials

The purpose of this study was to suggest agenda priorities for nursing service R&D (Research and Development) related policies development. Methods: Two steps in developing the agendas and priorities were performed in this descriptive study. First, nursing service R&D agendas were extracted through needs assessment of nursing researchers and practitioners. Then, the priority of agendas was set by Analytic Hierarchy Process by ten experts who were representatives of nursing and other healthcare professionals. Results: Six core areas and forty-six nursing service R&D agendas were developed. The priority of agendas was different according to the evaluation criteria depending on weight value of nursing services. Conclusion: In order to select and promote nursing service R&D projects within national healthcare policy, nursing service R&D policy should be proposed with consideration to the importance of the criteria in reflecting characteristics of nursing care. By strengthening R&D capabilities for quality improvement and sensitive awareness of national directions for healthcare R&D policies, nursing service R&D can be appropriately promoted.
