      • 물질흐름분석을 이용한 1차금속 제조업 사업장폐기물의 자원순환율 연구

        본 연구는 1차금속 제조업에서 발생하는 사업장폐기물에 대해 통계 방식에 의한 재활용과 물질흐름에 의한 실질재활용량을 분석하였다. 2019년도 1차금속 제조업에서 발생된 폐기물량은 34,304 천 톤, 재활용은 33,232 천 톤으로 재활용률은 96.9%이다. 그러나, 물질흐름분석에 의한 재활용 과정 중 새로이 발생된 잔재물을 적용한 결과, 실질재활용량은 29,115 천 톤으로 감소되었고, 순환이용률은 84.9%로 나타났다. This study analyzed the recycling by statistical method and the actual recycling capacity by material flow for industrial waste generated in the Manufacture of basic metals. In 2019, the amount of waste generated in the Manufacture of basic metals was 34,304 thousand tons and recycling 33,232 thousand tons, with a recycling rate of 96.9%. However, as a result of applying the newly generated residues during the recycling process by material flow analysis, the actual recycling capacity was reduced to 29,115 thousand tons, and the recycling rate was found to be 84.9%.

        공유경제 기반의 중국 물류공동화의 혁신 모델

        This paper presents examples of joint logistics models and directions for improvement in China. It examines changes in the Chinese logistics industry and market environment relative to the current status of standardization in China by assessing innovation cases in China’s joint logistics industry. An obstacle in the joint logistics industry of China is a serious waste of resources and a low resource utilization rate due to overproduction. It was also found that it was difficult in the case of low-level standardization to realize resource sharing. Moreover, the current development of joint logistics is hindered by lack of information technology and credit guarantee of Chinese logistics enterprises. Based on the results, it was pointed out that the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry in China should be conducted through the following measures addressing the logistics excess capacity, establishing the mode of crowdsourcing logistics, improving the governmental supervision system and promoting the construction of a credit system. The significance of this study is that it proposed the solution of logistics excessive resources, and it has positive effects on enterprises by securing efficient use of logistics resources to save time and provide reliable services.

        중국의 물류표준화 현황과 발전방안

        In recent years, Logistics plays a vital role in supply chain in China. With the extensive interaction with the international economy, it is urgent to enhance the logistics capability. In the logistics, for the important role throughout the process, more and more emphasis has been put on pallet. Pallet through-transit can make the logistics process seamless, which can greatly improve the logistic efficiency. But tough questions facing China is that pallet could not be effectively using, which make the cost very high. This paper thus examines the current situation of the logistics environment in China. Specifically, analyzes the situation of China’s pallet standardization process, and summarizes its main existing problems by analyzing the data of pallet applications in China. Through the analysis of Chinese enterprises in the pallet pool system application case, point out using a pallet pool system enables to obtain supply chain efficiency by improving handing processes and reducing storage costs. Therefore, this paper proposes the adoption of a policy to promote the pallet standardization of China. In the end, the paper makes a conclusion that the standardization of logistics is a system project which needs the common efforts of the country, enterprises and trades association.
