This study is based on the characteristics of the smart media age will examine the occurrence of such forms of terrorism and the implications deduction. Social relationship on age of smart media is changed from method of face-to-face to method of non-facing. It appears that there has been this change on forms of terrorism. Also, The development of the Internet has built a network and Build networks that globalization is changing the form of terrorism appeared. In reality, terror organizations are use to internet for action of terror. Favorite reason of terror organization are because of the anonymity and covertness of internet. This study is confirmable to recruitment, incitement, radicalization, financing, training to terrorist on internet. And useful propose of terror organization are contrast to other scholars. Terrorism on age of smart media is explained to network as Chain Network, Star of hub Network, All-channel Network Through background knowledge, it’s terror network that have Random Network and Scale-free Network. Though a result of contrast to Random Network and Scale-free Network, Scale-free Network is more useful to terror organization than Random Network. Terrorist organizations through the Internet is a virtual space than terrorism-related instructions or messages, secretly distributing it in advance and is very difficult to detect and prevent. Nevertheless, the modern structure of the terrorist network in the form of scale-free networks due to the countermeasures such as horned role as a hub in the discovery of a terrorist attack or through an optional network structure of terrorist organizations will neutralize. To do this first in charge of the network hub, and it is necessary to identify the terrorists around the counter-terrorism or law enforcement agency's ability to concentrate and the need arises to exchange information.
