      • 낮은 노이즈 방출을 위한 AHRS 아날로그 신호 변환기 설계와 구현

        The purpose of this paper is to reduce the measurement error associated with the value of an analog sensor, which is caused by the noise induced by the analog signal line at the output signal line of AHRS (Attitude and Heading Reference System) when various sensors, particularly those sensors outputting very weak analog signals, exist along with AHRS that outputs digital signal at a system having a limited space. The most important example of such system is UUV (Unmanned Underwater Vehicles). UUV is basically equipped with AHRD and also has a limited space. In other words, it is a system to amplify a variety of acoustic sensors by elevated gains. This paper designs and implements AHRS analog signal converter that would convert digital signal outputted by AHRS into a voltage or current signal in order to easily reduce digital noise induced to the signal line of an analog sensor in such system. After then, this paper tests and assesses the performance of this AHRS analog signal converter. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that it had an excellent performance with the angle output error of 0.00015° at the analog output linearity experiment. In the sensor linkage experiment, the mean angle error was confirmed to be 1.2°, whereas the maximum angle error was confirmed to be 3.4°. It was confirmed that the proposed system could be utilized as an analog signal converter of various sensors having digital output if a proper calibration on a sensor was conducted based on these results of the experiments.

      • 낙상 예방을 위한 한의학적 치료와 체계적 운동 프로그램 개발

        Objectives Fall is one of the major factors that threaten the health of the elderly, so it is important to detect and prevent fall risk groups early. Although prevention of fall is a very important factor for the health of the elderly, no research has been conducted on Korean medical treatment and systematic exercise program to prevent fall. Methods Through the database of the KERIS(Korea Education&Research Information Service), I have found out the causes of falls and exercise programs for fall prevention. In order to develop Korean Medicine protocols for preventing falls, research on ‘gait’, ‘balance’, ‘Parkinson s disease’ and ‘degenerative knee arthritis’ was found in the Korean medicine web databases. Results 1. Assessment for fall prevention: Use Timed Up and Go(TUG) test, Berg Balance Scale, Performance-Oriented Mobility Assessment(POMA) for the evaluation of walking and balance. 2. Development of Korean Medicine treatment protocol for fall prevention: Based on previous studies of patients with impaired balance and walking disorders, the following acupoints were chosen: GB44, BL60, GB39, ST36, GB34, SP5, KI3, SP9, ST25, LI4, LR3, TE3, TE5, LI11, SP6. In additon, BL24, BL25, BL26, GV16, GB20 can be added that can affect proprioception stimuli. 3. Systematic exercise program for fall prevention: To prevent fall, start with low intensity, stable exercise(Exercise with chair). The next step is to perform ground exercises using a YangSaengDoInBup that can stimulate core muscles. After that, exercise using tools(GYM-BALL, Thera-Band, Footboard) to increase balance is suitable. Finally, conduct resistance and aerobic exercises to strengthen muscle strength. Conclusions Based on prior studies of elderly people with walking disorder and impaired balance, this study sought to develop the development of Korean medical treatment protocols and systematic exercise programs. However, further clinical trials will be needed to develop sufficient evidence about the effectiveness of Korean medicine treatment for fall prevention in the future.

        토양검정법에 의한 전남지역 논잡초 발생양상과 ALS 저해제 제초제 저항성 논잡초 분포

        This study was to investigate the occurrence patterns of paddy weeds, their resistance levels to an ALS inhibiting herbicide, and to estimate the areas of resistance in these paddy fields. We used soil collected from 358 paddy fields of Jeonnam province in 2017. Based on their life cycles, weeds were 96% annuals and 4% perennial. Additionally, according to morphological classification, 59% were broad leaves, 28% were sedges and 13% were grasses. Different areas within Jeonnam province contained different numbers and occurrence rates of weed species. However, generally, we observed Lindernia dubia var. dubia, Monochoria vaginalis var. plantaginea, Ludwigia prostrata, L. procumbens, Cyperus difformis, Scirpus juncoides, Eleocharis Kuroguwai, Echinochloa oryzoides, and E. crus-galli var. echinata. We also observed seven weeds resistant to an ALS inhibiting herbicide. They were M. vaginalis, S. juncoides, C. difformis, L. dubia, Ludwigia prostrata, E. oryzoides, and E. crus-galli var. echinata. Although there were differences in the number and occurrence rate of resistant weed species to an ALS inhibiting herbicide among areas in Jeonnam province, the M. vaginalis, C. difformis, and S. juncoides occurred in 23 cities and counties in Jeonnam including Gwangju metropolitan city. Based on the rates (52%) of resistant occurrence to an ALS inhibiting herbicide in Jeonnam province, the area of weed resistant paddy fields was estimated to be 91,543 ha. 본 연구는 토양검정법을 이용하여 전라남도 지역 논에서 발생되고 있는 잡초발생 양상과 ALS 저해제 제초제 저항성 여부 검증 및 저항성 잡초 발생 논면적을 예측하고자 수행하였다. 2017년 전남지역 358 필지에서 채취한 토양에 발생한 잡초의 경우 생활사별로 분류한 경우 일년생 96.1%와 다년생 3.9% 발생하였고, 형태적으로 분류한 경우 광엽잡초 59.0%, 사초과 28.3%, 화본과 12.7% 순으로 발생하였다. 비록 전남에서도 시 군별 논잡초 발생 초종수와 초종별 발생율에 차이가 있으나 미국외풀, 물달개비, 여뀌바늘, 밭뚝외풀, 알방동사니, 올챙이고랭이, 올방개, 논피, 물피 등이 발생하였다. 또한 전남지역에서는 ALS 저해제 제초제 저항성 논잡초 물달개비, 올챙이고랭이, 알방동사니, 미국외풀, 여뀌바늘, 물피, 논피 7초종이 발생하였다. 비록 전남 시 군별 ALS 저해제 제초제 저항성 잡초 초종수와 발생율은 다르나 이중 물달개비, 알방동사니, 올챙이고랭이는 광주광역시를 비롯한 전남 23개 시 군에서 발생하였다. 전남지역의 ALS 저해제 저항성 발생율(51.5%)에 기초한 저항성 논잡초 발생 논면적는 91,543 ha로 평가되었다. 따라서 이러한 정보를 활용하여 제초제 저항성 논잡초 효율적 관리 방안을 수립할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

      • 진천국가대표선수촌 한의과 진료실 이용 현황 연구

        Objectives Korean medicine clinic was officially opened in the Jincheon National Training Center of KSOC(Korean Sport & Olympic Committee) in 2018. The purpose of this study is to identify the utilization rate of patients who visited Korean medicine clinic in Jincheon athletes village and to provide basic data to contribute for specialization of Korean medicine. Methods We investigated 1092 cases of patients(athletes, coaches, workforces, staff) who had visited Korean medicine clinic in Jincheon athletes village from August 2018 to November 2019. Results 1. Average 19 people visited the clinic in a day(8 first visits, 11 re-visits) 2. Average 2.4 times visited the clinic. 3. The utilization rate is high among Male (64.6%), 20s age (62.6%) and athletes player(86.4%). 4. Among the 37 events visited, there are many visits in order of shooting, wrestling, weightlifting, karate, judo, cycling, and Taekwondo. 5. The most common treatment area was neck (30%), waist (29%), shoulder (11%) and ankle (5%). Conclusions In this study, Korean medicine clinic is useful for athletes in Jincheon athletes village

        야콘(Smallanthus sonchifolius H. Robinson) 추출물의 제초, 살균 및 살충활성 효과

        본 연구는 야콘의 잎, 줄기, 괴경 추출물 중 어느 부위에서 제초, 살균 및 살충효과가 가장 높은지를 알아보기 위해서 각 부위별로 물, 열수 그리고 메탄올로 추출하였다. 또한 위의 추출방법 중 제초활성능력이 뛰어난 것을 hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, BuOH, H₂O로 용매분획하여 잠정적 제초 성분에 대한 특성을 조사하였다. 전반적으로 오이와 보리의 발아율, 초장 및 근장 억제에 대한 추출방법 중에 메탄올 추출법이 가장 효과적이었다. 또한 식물체 부위별로는 괴경에서 가장 효과적이었다. Ethyl acetate, butanol, chloroform, hexane, water의 용매분획에서 오이와 보리의 발아율, 초장 및 근장 저해는 물층에서 가장 좋았고 그 밖의 분획에서는 차이가 없었다. 5%와 10% 야콘 괴경 추출물에 의해 바랭이와 까마중은 각각 70~80%와 95~100% 방제되었다. 그러나 이들 농도의 야콘 괴경 추출물에 의한 오이와 보리 경엽처리에 의한 저해 효과는 인정할 수 없었다. 5% 야콘 잎 추출물 처리 후 3일째 복숭아혹진딧물의 살충률은 50%이었다. 벼멸구의 경우 5% 줄기와 잎(중륵 포함) 추출물에 의한 살충률은 24%로 낮았고 중륵이 배제된 잎 추출물에서 57% 살충률을 보였다. 그러나 5% 잎 추출물에 대한 탄저병, 시들음병, 청고병, 흰잎마름 병원균에 대한 살균효과는 없었다. This research has been carried out to find out the highest effect on insecticidal, fungicidal and herbicidal activities in leaves, stem and tuber extracts of yacon (Smallanthus sonchifolius) and extraction methods such as water, boiling water and methanol. Characteristics of potential herbicidal components among extraction methods were investigated by solvent fractions such as hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol, and water. Generally, methanol extract was the best on inhibition of germination rate, plant height, and root length in cucumber and barley. On the other hand, the inhibition effect on growth in cucumber and barley was the best in tuber among plant parts of yacon. Inhibition of germination rate, plant height, and root length in cucumber and barley in solvent fractions was the best in water fraction, but there were no differences in other fractions. Digitaria sanguinalis L. and Solanum nigrum L. by 5 and 10% extractions of yacon tuber were controlled by more than 70~80% and 95~100%, respectively. However, there was no inhibition effect on foliar treatment in cucumber and barley as affected by 5 and 10% extractions of yacon tuber. Mortality of green peach aphid (Myzus persicae Sulzer) was 50% at 3 days after treatment of 5% extracts of yacon leaves. Mortality of brown plant hopper (Nilaparvata lugens Stal) was only 24% in 5% extracts of stems and leaves with midrib, but was 57% in 5% extracts of leaves without midrib. There was no fungicidal effect on anthracnose (Colletotrichum truncatum), wilt disease (Fusarium oxysporum), verticillium wilt (Verticillium dahliae), bacterial blight (Xanthomonus oryzae) in 5% extracts of yacon leaves.

        이진 분류를 위하여 거리계산을 이용한 특징 변환 기반의 가중된 최소 자승법

        이진 분류(binary classification)는 머신러닝(machine learning) 분야에서 많이 다루어진 주제이다. 게다가 이진 분류는 다중 분류로 쉽게 발전될 수 있는 중요한 분야이다. 머신러닝 방법들을 적용할 때에 전처리(preprocessing)이나 특징 추출(feature extraction)과 같은 작업이 필수적이다. 이는 분류기 성능을 향상시키기 위한 중요한 작업이다. 본 논문에서는 가중된 최소 자승법을 기반으로 새로운 머신러닝 방법을 제안한다. 또한, 특징 변환시킬 수 있는 새로운 가중치 계산 방법을 제안한다. 이를 통해 특징 변환과 동시에 학습을 진행할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 본 제안을 다섯 개의 머신러닝 데이터베이스에서 실험을 진행하였으며 이 데이터베이스에서 우수한 성능을 얻을 수 있었다. Binary classification has been broadly investigated in machine learning. In addition, binary classification can be easily extended to multi class problems. To successfully utilize machine learning methods for classification tasks, preprocessing and feature extraction steps are essential. These are important steps to improve their classification performances. In this paper, we propose a new learning method based on weighted least squares. In the weighted least squares, designing weights has a significant role. Due to this necessity, we also propose a new technique to obtain weights that can achieve feature transformation. Based on this weighting technique, we also propose a method to combine the learning and feature extraction processes together to perform both processes simultaneously in one step. The proposed method shows the promising performance on five UCI machine learning data sets.

        환경조건에 따른 외래잡초 둥근잎유홍초의 출현과 생육 차이

        본 연구는 다양한 온도, 파종심도, 차광 및 토양수분함량 조건 하에서 둥근잎유홍초의 발아와 생육에 차이를 구명하여 효과적인 관리방법을 개발하는데 필요한 기초 자료로 사용하고자 수행하였다. 둥근잎유홍초 종자휴면은 1년 이상이었고, 휴면타파를 위해서는 황산에 15분 침지하는 것 가장 좋았다. 둥근잎유홍초 종자의 발아율은 $25-35^{\circ}C$에서 69-73%, $15^{\circ}C$에서 26%를 보였다. 파종 심도별 발아율은 2, 3, 5, 7, 8 cm 파종깊이에서 70-84%이었으나 12 cm와 15 cm 파종깊이에서는 각각 7%와 13%에 불과하였다. 둥근잎유홍초 종자는 무차광과 차광 정도와 상관없이 높은 발아율을 보였으나, 지상부 생체중은 차광 20%>무차광=차광 35%>차광 50%>차광 75%=차광90% 순으로 높았다. 토양수분은 포화상태의 30%와 100%조건에서는 둥근잎유홍초 종자는 발아하지 않았고, 포화상태의 60%와 80%에서 60-83%의 발아율과 최적의 생장을 보였다. This study was carried out to investigate the differences in germination and growth of Quamoclit coccinea Moench under various temperatures, seeding depths, and levels of shading and soil moisture for effective weed management. Seed dormancy of Q. coccinea Moench was over 1 year; best results were obtained when seeds were soaked in sulfuric acid for 15 minutes in order to break the dormancy. Germination rates of Q. coccinea Moench ranged from 69 to 73% at $25-35^{\circ}C$ and 26% at $15^{\circ}C$. The germination rates ranged from 70-84% at 2, 3, 5, 7, and 8 cm of seeding depths. In addition, the germination rates were 7% and 13% at 12 cm and 15 cm of seeding depths, respectively, and showed normal growth at the both seeding depths. Q. coccinea Moench showed a high germination rate regardless of shading levels, but shoot fresh weight varied depending on the level of shading as follows: 20%>no shading=shading 35%>shading 50%>shading 75%=shading 90%. Q. coccinea Moench did not germinate when soil had a saturation rate of either 30% or 100%. However, 60-83% of seeds germinated with optimal growth when soil had saturation rates of 60% and 80%.
