Polystyrene과 poly(sodium 4-styrene sulfonate)를 이용한 정밀여과막의 구조조절

Various microfiltration membranes have been prepared with polystyrene(PS) and poly(sodium 4-styrene sulfonate)(PSS). Electron micrographs revealed that the pore size in the cross-section of final membranes can be controlled by PSS concentration in the casting solution and the degree of crosslinking. However, the structure of top surface showed that the PSS concentration did not affect much compared with divinylbenzene(DVB). An optimized condition to produce the best structure of microfiltration membrane is discussed in detail.
플라이 애쉬를 이용한 블록의 제조 및 화학첨가제의 압축강도에 대한 영향

국가 기간산업인 건축관련 산업에는 다양한 건축재료가 사용되어져 왔으며 생활환경의 급속한 변화 및 인간 욕구의 고급화, 다변화로 인하여 건축재료의 수요는 증가 추세이다. 따라서 건축재료의 다변화와 안정된 지속적 공급을 위한 연구와 개발이 활발히 추진되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 화력발전소에서 생산되는 석탄비산재를 이용하여 산업폐기물이 아닌 자원으로서 활용하기 위하여 블록과 같은 건축재료의 원료로 이용하여 재활용 방안을 모색하고 환경오염 문제해결에 일익을 담당하고자 한다. 연구결과, 블록 전체 무게의 약 70% 이상의 fly ash를 사용하여 hollow block(8")을 제조하였으며, 압축강도는 화학첨가제에 따라 변화됨을 알았다. 특별히, 본 연구에서 개발된 첨가제로 압축강도만으로는 C형 block(압축강도 80kg/㎠)을 제조하였으며 에폭시 또는 화학첨가제는 5 wt%가 최대의 압축강도를 나타내고 최적의 wt%임을 보여주었다. Various materials have been used for construction allied industires which are called a national infrastructure industry. Nowaday, consumption of construction materials is growing up fast because of fast changing life-circumstance and elegance and multiplicity of human's requirements and so on. Therefore, the research and development of varying substitute materials have been developed in progress for stactic and continuous supply or the purpose of this research is to recycle. We try to recycle fly-ash, which is waste during fire power-plant process, for construction materials such as blocks and moreover reduce environmental pollution from that. As a result from this study, the hollow block(8") has been prepared sucessfully by using the fly ash which is more than 70wt%. It was revealed that the compressible strength vary with the type and amount of chemical additives. Especially, type C block( > 80kg/㎠, compressible strength) was obtained by using the chemical additive developed from this study. It was noticed that the optimal composition of the additives was 5wt%, and it showed the maximum compressive strength.

Semi-IPN's based on PDMS and PMMA were prepared by the sequential method. The amount of MMA in the IPN was controlled by the various swelling time, 5 and 30 minutes. FT-IR and RT-NMR indicated the preparation was successful, SEM revealed that there was no predominant changes in the structure with various amount of MMA.
