무선 센서 네트워크 (WSN)를 구성하는 노드들은 그 크기가 매우 작고 보유 에너지 량이 한정되어 있는 등의 제약적인 환경 때문에 에너지 효율 및 보안적인 면에서 취약하다. EECCH (Energy-Efficient Clustering scheme with Concentric Hierarchy)는 WSN에서 동심원 기반의 계층화를 통해 에너지 효율을 높인 중앙 처리 방식의 클러스터링 기법이다. WSN에서 보안 위협에 대처하기 위해 키 분배 문제를 해결해야 한다. EECCH의 계층적인 환경에서 안전한 보안 기능을 제공하기 위해 여러 기법이 복합적으로 사용되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 사전 키 분배 기법, 단일 해쉬 함수 등의 기법을 적용하여 기밀성, 무결성, 적시성 등의 보안 요구 사항을 제공하는 향상된 EECCH 기법을 제안한다.
Carbon/Epoxy 복합재료의 피로수명예측에 관한 신뢰성 해석

In recents years, the statistical properties has become an important quantity for reliability based design of a component. The effects of the materials and test conditions for parameter estimation in residual strength degradation model are studied in carbon/ epoxy laminate. It is shown that the correlation between the experimental results and the theoretical prediction on the fatigue life distribution using the life distribution convergence method is very reasonable.

In this research, a wafer-level transfer method of cantilever away on a conventional CMOS circuit has been developed for high density probe-based data storage. The transferred cantilevers were silicon nitride ($Si_3N_4$) cantilevers integrated with poly silicon heaters and piezoelectric sensors, called thermo-piezoelectric $Si_3N_4$ cantilevers. In this process, we did not use a SOI wafer but a conventional p-type wafer for the fabrication of the thermo-piezoelectric $Si_3N_4$ cantilever arrays. Furthermore, we have developed a very simple transfer process, requiring only one step of cantilever transfer process for the integration of the CMOS wafer and cantilevers. Using this process, we have fabricated a single thermo-piezoelectric $Si_3N_4$ cantilever, and recorded 65nm data bits on a PMMA film and confirmed a charge signal at 5nm of cantilever deflection. And we have successfully applied this method to transfer 34 by 34 thermo-piezoelectric $Si_3N_4$ cantilever arrays on a CMOS wafer. We obtained reading signals from one of the cantilevers.

This paper deals with the position control of an AC servo motor using linear hall-effect sensors. The price of these is very low, but it is possible to make a position control of motor similar to a control using an encoder. This paper introduces the design of motor using linear hall-effect sensor and shows the results of control.
