        운동생리학 : 종목별 운동 선수들의 혈중 GPX, GR 활성과 과산화지질에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 유산소성 구기 종목 중 하계 스포츠인 야구 8명 동계 스포츠인 아이스하키 8명 그리고 투기 종목인 태권도 8명의 선수집단을 대상으로 안정시, 점증부하 최대운동 직후 그리고 회복기의 혈중 GPX, GR의 활성도와 MDA의 생성량 변화를 측정하여 종목별 운동선수들간의 특성을 살펴본 결과 아래와 같았다.1. GPX 활성도는 운동 종목 및 자극 조건간에 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 안정시 및 운동직후에는 아이스하키선수집단이 유의하게 낮은 것으로, 운동 후 회복 10분에서는 태권도선수집단이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다.2. GR 활성도는 변화는 운동 종목간에 유의한 차이는 없었으나 자극 조건간에는 유의한 변화가 나타났다.3. MDA농도는 자극 조건간에 유의한 변화가 나타났으며, 종목간에는 운동직후에서만 야구선수집단이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다.이와 같은 결과를 통하여 점증 부하 최대 운동은 MDA와 급격한 증가를 일으켜 산소 유리기의 증가에 따른 항산화효소 작용의 보상 작용이 인체 내에서 일어나는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 운동 종목간의 항산화효소 작용은 운동 형태 및 운동 강도에 따라 차이를 나타냈다고 생각된다. 하지만 항산화효소의 연구결과는 연구자들마다 다소의 차이가 있기 때문에, 이에 대한 보다 명확한 결론을 얻기 위해서는 동일분야에 앞으로도 지속적인 많은 연구가 이루어져야 한다고 생각된다. This study was conducted to examine activity status of antioxidant enzymes and concentration of malondialdehyde in athletics. For this purpose, baseball, ice-hockey and taekwondo players were picked up to be tested to a treadmill running from rest until their entire physical exhaustion. Subject` blood was collected to be examined before, immediately after, 10 and 30 minutes after the exercise. The results of this study can be summarized as follows:1. Different activity status of glutathione peroxidase was observed in each group and on each different phase : before, immediately after, 10 and 30 minutes after exercise. It was found that in the time course of changes in glutathione peroxidase activity, ice-hockey group showed significantly lower glutathione peroxidase activity than other two groups, but 10 minutes after exercise, taekwondo group showed slightly higher glutathione peroxidase activity than other two groups.2. There was no significant difference of glutathione reductase activity in each group and on each different phase.3. Different concentration status of malondialdehyde was also observed in each group and on each different phase. However, 10 minutes after exercise, the baseball group showed higher concentration of malondialdehyde than other two groups.The present results suggest that different degree of antioxidant status exist in each group trained with baseball, ice-hockey and taekwondo, measured by the method of treadmill exercise.

        운동생리학 : 운동선수 및 일반인의 골밀도와 VDR유전자의 다형성

        The purpose of study was to investigate the association between polymorphisms of the vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene and bone mineral density (BMD) in the non-athletic control group (n=27), the sports dancer group (n=30), and the volleyball player group (n=25). All subjects were chosen from university students with no known illness or musculoskeletal anomaly.In the present study, the authors investigated a possible relationship between alleles of the VDR gene and BMD's of the lumbar vertebrae L1-L4 and the femur as measured via dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. The results showed that the BMD's of the volleyball player group and the sports dancer group were higher than that of the control group. The lumbar spine BMD of the volleyball player group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The lumbar spine BMD of the sports dancer group was also significantly higher than that of the control group. The BMD's of the femoral neck and trochanter were significantly higher in the volleyball player group than in either the control group or the sports dancer group. However, the BMD in Ward's triangle did not differ between the groups.The genotypic frequency of the VDR gene differed between the control group and the volleyball player group (p<.05). Furthermore, a correlation was identified between genotypes of the VDR gene (Fold) and trochanteric BMD. However, the small subject population precludes placing a significant level of confidence on the genotypic frequency derived in the present study. A subsequent study enrolling a much larger subject population appears necessary. Nevertheless, the results of the present study suggest that BMD may be influenced more by the type and intensity of exercise than by the genotype of the VDR gene.

        운동영양학 : 인삼복용시 과산화지질과 총항산화능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was designed to estimate activation of a Malondialdehyde(MDA) and total antioxidant status(TAS) in human by administration the ginseng for eight weeks. For this purpose, K college students(n=7) was to be tested to a treadmill runing from rest until their entire physical exhaustion. Subject`blood was collected before, immediately after, 10 and 30 minutes after the exercise to be examined. The results of this study can be summarized as follows;1. Malondialdehyde(MDA) were significantly lower than before.2. Total antioxidant status(TAS) were significantly higher than before, Particularly TAS(total antioxidant status) were higher than before that in all-out time.In conclusion, the ginseng was decreased that oxydative stress in all-out time. Therefore, Ginseng was effected by Antioxidants.
