        여성장애인과 인권

        This paper examines human rights of disabled women living in patriarchal culture and social system of Korea, focusing on education, employment, marriage, sexual and domestic violence. The analysis also aims to provide suggestions for discrimination against disabled women. The major findings are as follows; First, theory on social context of disability and disability itself shows that disabled women are facing double problems; discrimination as a woman (in patriarchal society) and as a person with disabilities. In order to make disabled women enjoy their lives, self-independence, normalization, integration, and participation should be improved. The survey on women with disabilities reveals that women have been excluded in the relevant policy even though the number of disabled women is similar to that of disabled men. As to education, 38.4% finished just primary school, constituting the majority. This suggests that less educational opportunity leads to limitation in the choice of work. As to marital status, 39.2% are single and 51.2% are married. 1.5% are widowed, respectively. Women with disabilities are in general less likely to get married than women without disabilities, tend to get married after marriageable age and are more likely to get divorced. The survey result is quite surprising since the percentage of women who are currently married or experienced marriage is high. Third, women with intellectual disabilities account for the majority of the victims of sexual violence (60.7%). As they are mentally retarded (7-8 age), they lack of awareness and judgement on sexual violence. This prevents them from defending themselves and, therefore, leads to exposure to another sexual violence. As to domestic violence, 68.8% of the women have experienced domestic violence at least once. Perpetrators of the abuse were primarily family members, ranging from spouse and parents to children. Domestic violence is rarely revealed as home is considered as an independent territory. Based on the above findings, I provide some implications and suggestions. First, public organizations must provide employees with education in order to improve recognition on disabled people. Also, women with disabilities must actively raise their voice on diverse social problems as well as disability-related issues. Second, education programs must be provided to understand diverse desires of disabled women and offer appropriate education for each type of disabilities and desires as women have been excluded from educational opportunity compared to men. Education is important in improving disabled women's capability and social recognition on them. Third, vocational training programs can be offered to provide disabled women with social role. The programs should be extensive from general education to professional training. Fourth, people need to recognize that any abuse occurring in disabled women is not an individual problem but a social problem in patriarchal society. Women with disabilities are exposed in more violence as sexual and domestic violence is recently prevalent. We must root out violence so that disabled women can be free from the fear originating from violence.

        OMA DM을 기반으로 한 무선이동통신 단말기 관리 에이전트 설계 및 구현

        무선이동통신 단말기의 기능과 서비스가 고도화됨에 따라 단말기 내의 복잡도가 증가되고 있고 관리 또한 어려워지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 효율적인 단말기 관리를 위해 단말기 관리 표준안인 OMA(Open Mobile Alliance) DM(Device Management) 기술을 기반으로 하는 단말기 관리 에이전트를 설계 및 구현하였다. 제안된 에이전트는 현재 ADD, DELETE, REPLACE, GET 명령을 통해 기본적으로 설정 값을 관리할 수 있다. 추후 오류보고, 소프트웨어 설치 및 배포 등의 추가 기능을 위해 각 모듈을 분리하여 설계 및 구현하였다. 그러므로 관리 명령을 해석 및 생성하는 모듈의 수정 없이 명령어 처리를 담당하는 어댑터 부분만을 수정하여 기능을 추가할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 단말기 관리 에이전트는 국내 표준 플랫폼인 위피(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability)를 기반으로 구현되었다. 따라서 개발된 에이전트의 이식성을 높일 수 있다. 또한 OMA DM 기술을 위피 플랫폼 상의 에이전트에 적용하여 구현함으로써, 위피 플랫폼의 기능적 적합성 검증 뿐만 아니라, OMA DM 기술의 확산을 위한 실질적인 개발 사례를 제시할 수 있다. 제안된 에이전트의 정상적인 동작여부를 검증하기 위해 SK WIPI SDK v1.2를 사용하였고, OMA DM 에이전트 테스트용 서버인 Funambol 서버와 연동하여 단말기 관리작업을 수행하였다. Mobile devices become more complex and harder to manage due to the advance of technologies. In this paper, we designed and implemented the DM Agent based on OMA(Open Mobile Alliance) DM(Device Management) which is a standard for mobile device management. The proposed DM Agent basically can manage parameter configuration through the commands ADD, DELETE, REPLACE and GET currently. Each module of the agent was designed and implemented separately for additional functions such as error reporting and software management. So the additional functions can be added by modifying Adaptor part which processes the management commands instead of modifying other modules which analyze or generate management commands. The DM Agent proposed in this paper is implemented based on WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability), therefore portability of the agent can be improved. In addition, this research can give a development example for dissenminating OMA DM as well as verify functional compatibility of WIPI platform. SK WIPI SDK and a Funambol DM test server are used to test operations of the implemented DM Agent.
