펄스레이저 공정으로 제조한 Sb가 도핑된 SnO<sub>2</sub> 박막의 전기적 및 광학적 특성

We fabricated undoped and Sb-doped $SnO_2$ thin films on glass substrates by a pulsed laser deposition (PLD) process. Undoped and 2 - 8 wt% $Sb_2O_3$-doped $SnO_2$ targets with a high density level of ~90% were prepared by the spark plasma sintering (SPS) process. Initially, the effects of the deposition temperature on undoped $SnO_2$ thin films were investigated in the region of $100-600^{\circ}C$. While the undoped $SnO_2$ film exhibited the lowest resistivity of $1.20{\times}10^{-2}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ at $200^{\circ}C$ due to the highest carrier concentration generated by the oxygen vacancies, 2 wt% Sb-doped $SnO_2$ film exhibited the lowest resistivity value of $5.43{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$, the highest average transmittance of 85.8%, and the highest figure of merit of 1202 ${\Omega}^{-1}{\cdot}cm^{-1}$ at $400^{\circ}C$ among all of the doped films. These results imply that 2 wt% $Sb_2O_3$ is an optimum doping content close to the solubility limit of $Sb^{5+}$ substitution for the $Sb^{4+}$ sites of $SnO_2$.

비판적 PR커뮤니케이션 관점에서 본 무상급식 담론경쟁 분석: TV토론 프로그램 비판적 담론분석 중심

이 연구의 목적은 무상급식 정책과 관련한 각 주체들의 담론이 어떻게 생성되고,경쟁하고 있는지 비판적 PR커뮤니케이션의 시각에서 분석해 보는 것이다. 극심해지고 있는 빈부격차 및 경제위기와 같은 사회분위기는 담론생성과 경쟁과정에 영향을 미칠 것이라 판단되었다. 따라서 사회문화적 맥락을 함께 고려하는 비판적 담론분석 법(CDA)을 연구의 분석틀로 사용하였고, 현 이슈의 주요 주체들이 한 자리에 모여담론경쟁을 펼쳤던 TV토론을 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 연구결과, 각 주체들은 담론경쟁의 측면은 살렸지만 결과적으로 이러한 담론들이 사회적인 차원의 PR커뮤니케이션이 지향하는 소통의 가능성은 보여주지 못하였다. 그럼에도 무상급식을 둘러싼 다양한 담론들의 형성과 경쟁의 시도는 우리 사회가 담론경쟁을 통하여 더 나은 민주사회로 발전할 수 있다는 가능성을 보여주었다. 또한 본 연구는 공론 장을 형성하고 우리 사회의 균형 있는 발전을 위해서는 무엇보다 PR커뮤니케이션의 역할이 중요하다는 것을 일깨워주었다. 이제 PR커뮤니케이션은 정부·기업 등 힘 있는 조직의 커뮤니케이션 활동 중심에서 벗어나, 모든 공중들 간의 담론 경쟁을 이끌 수 있는 사회적 차원의 PR커뮤니케이션으로서 역할을 수행해야 할 필요성이 제기된다. The purpose of the study was to analyze the meaning of the "free school meal" discourse with sociocultural contexts and to examine aspects of discourse competition in the context of critical public relations. As the social atmosphere such as the economic crisis and the gap between the rich and the poor influences discourse production and competition, the study used the critical discourse analysis(CDA) framework to analyze the meaning of the discourse and the process of discourse competition. The results showed that each debater`s discourses did not reach mutual understanding as the aim of public relations activities. Nevertheless, developing various discourses about "free school meal" showed the possibility of enlarging the public sphere through discourse competition. Moreover, it reminded the importance of public relations activities for developing the public sphere of the society. In the future, public relations needs to lead discourse competition, issue competition, frame competition through the integrated perspective including functionalistic, critical and rhetoric approaches.

This paper focuses on an implementation of a mobile socket supporting the mobile networking model which is based on the indirect connection that a node in a wired network relays messages exchanged between a mobile host and a fixed server and is composed of registeration processors, connection agents, intercession agents, and mobile sockets. The mobile socket is implemented by both Winsock and the plug-in modules of WCA Winsock Redirector. As the experimental analysis, the mobile socket costs 10% overhead time than a direct connection. However, this overhead can be ignored if considering wireless environment. This implementation has the features that handles disconnection and handoff at the socket layer and that can use the existing socket interface without modifying.
