차선 인식 성능 개선을 위한 이미지 상의 새로운 차선 모델 개발

Recently, there are many researches for lane detection technology, which is the main sensing method for a lane departure warning system, a lateral control system, a collision warning system, and a collision avoidance system. In this paper, a robust and simple lane curve detection system was developed, which has no needs of camera calibration data and correlation data of lane and camera. For this, LCF(Lane Curve Function) was found out by using the relationship between world coordinate lane, approximate parabola model, and image coordinate lane. Also, to detect the lane curve, LEAF(Lane Edge Accumulation Function) was proposed by the edge map data of LROI(Lane Region ofInterest), which surrounded LCF closest to the real lane image. The proposed algorithm was experimented to the real road images, which was composed of various lane curves. The detected lane curve approximated the real road curve. And, the applicability of the proposed lane detection system was proved.

Recently, there are many researches for the lane detection technology, which is the main sensing method for a lane departure warning system, a lateral control system, a collision warning system, and a collision avoidance system. For this lane detection system, many methods have been applied. But, most of these methods limited to the local region analysis of the lane. Therefore, the methods using the whole region analysis of the lane were developed. Most of them must use the transformation to the world coordinate, and need the relation data between the world coordinate lane and the image coordinate lane during the detecting process. In this paper, the lane model of the image coordinate was developed to reduce the workload of this transformation and data achieving process. The developed lane model was defined as LCF(Lane Curve<br/> Function). The real road images were experimented to verify LCF, by which the lane curvature was calculated. The detected lane curvature approximated the real road curvature. And, the suitability to the lane detection system was proved.

Arc-shaped line array slits have been used for the laser generation of focused Lamb waves. The spatially<br/> expanded Nd:YAG pulse laser was illuminated through the arc-shaped line array slit on the surface of a<br/> sample plate to generate the Lamb waves of the same pattern as the slit. Then the generated Lamb waves were<br/> focused at the point of which distance from the slit position is dependent on the curvature of slit arc. The<br/> proposed method showed better spatial resolution than the conventional linear array slit in the detection of<br/> laser machined linear defect and drill machined circular defect on aluminum plates of 1mm thickness.
