When visual intrusion is an important factor, it is desirable to find alternative methods of improving the insertion loss of a noise barrier without increasing the height. Therefore, the primary object of the work attenuate the noise due to railway by small interference device installed at noise barrier edge. In this paper the performance of noise barriers with attached interference device, in terms of shape, absorptive material and split panel, are examined using the boundary element approach. Also, the scale models are mounted in an anechoic chamber and the frequency of the sound sources are appropriately scaled to simulate full scale site conditions. Lastly, experimental measurements of the designs are executed for a range of frequencies and receiver positions, and are compared with the results of numerical modeling.

300km/h 의 고속철도가 400km/h 로 증속 될 환경소음이 약 7dB 정도 증가합니다. 증가되는 소음에 대응하기 위한 일환으로, 4 차년의 1 단계 인프라연구를 통해 선로 변 벽체 상단에 설치하는 상단장치와 콘크리트 도상에 설치하여 반사소음을 줄여주는 흡음블럭 개발을 완료하였다. 본 연구에서는 1 단계에서 개발된 고속철도 용 방음장치의 고도화와 장기모니터링을 통해 환경소음저감을 위해 실시하는 초기설계에 반영을 하기 위한 자료를 취득하고 내구성을 검증하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구의 2 차년도에는 고도화 제품에 대한 고속철도 현장부설 시험을 통해 경제성, 시공성 및 성능 등을 검증할 예정이다. When the speed of the high-speed train increases from 300km/h to 400km/h, the environmental noise is increased about 7dB.Two types of noise reduction devices were developed from the first stage of research from 2010 to 2014 to economically and efficiently cope with the increased noise. One type is the noise reduction devices installed on the top of noise barrier or wall in the railway. The other one is a noise absorbing block that is installed on the concrete slab to reduce concrete reflection noise. The purpose of this study is to enhance the practical use of the noise reduction device developed in the first stage, and another object is to obtain data for initial design of environmental noise through long-term monitoring. This advanced research is being carried out over two years. In the first year, the economic efficiency and the application method of the developed noise reduction device are improved. Also, monitoring was performed at all seasons depending on train types and speed. In the second year, it will be installed directly on the highspeed railway section to verify economics, workability and performance.
방음벽 상단장치의 내부격자 변경 시 모니터링 및 성능 검증에 대한 연구

This study was carried out on the upgrading of the noise barrier top device developed by 400km/h high speed railway infra research. By modifying the inner shape of the top device installed on noise barrier top, the performance of the first-stage top device was improved, and the weight was greatly reduced as compared with the first stage top device. In addition, the upper part was completed without an installation fixture by the integral method, and the construction was greatly improved. Finally, the upgraded top device was installed on the HONAM high speed railway site and its performance was verified.
