The purpose of the present study is to establish a research model on high School athletes' misconduct types and to verify the major factors affecting them by using positive statistical data. The results were as follows. 1. According to gender, there was significant difference only in interpersonal misconducts. The mean score of the male (1,40) was higher than that of the female (1,267). 2. According to disparity of age, there were no significant differences in all 5. misconduct types. 3. According to school years, there were significant differences in property - misconducts and position-misconducts. and sequestration-misconducts. 4. According to patriarchs educational levels, there were significant differences in all misconduct types. The less patriarchs educational levels, the less misconducts. 5. According to patriarchs occupations, there were significant differences in position-misconducts and sequestration-misconduct. Especially, the rnean scores were higher in administration/management employees and freelance specialists. 6. According to monthly spending money, there were significant differences in position-misconducts and interpersonal misconducts. Expecially, in case of higher allowance, more than 160,000%, the mean scores were higher. 7. According to sport events, there were significant differences in all 5. misconduct types. The scores were higher in individual events than team events. The higher patriarchs' educational levels, the less misconducts. In comparison with allowance, team athletic players spent more allowance than individual athletic players.
