GPS 상시관측소에 의한 세계측지계 산출좌표의 성과 비교

본 연구의 목적은 경상남도 권역에 있는 GPS 상시관측소를 이용하여 산출한 세계좌측지계 성과를 비교 분석하여 경상남도 권역의 세계측지계 성과 산출시 GPS 상시관측소의 활용 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 연구 목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해 경상남도 권역의 GPS 상시관측소 6개소를 상시관측망으로 설정하였으며, 상시관측망을 기준으로 산출한 세계측지계 성과를 최적의 성과 기준으로 설정하였다.<BR> 연구결과, 경상남도 권역의 안정적인 세계측지계 성과를 산출하기 위해서는 경상남도 권역에 분포된 GPS 상시관측소의 배치밀도와 관측지역별 지리적인 위치를 고려하여 관측지역을 가장 안정적으로 커버리지 할 수 있는 상시관측소 4개소를 기준으로 세계측지계 성과를 산출하는 방안을 바람직한 방향으로 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to present application of GPS Permanent Stations in Gyoungsangnam-do, for compare and analyze the World Geodetic Datum coordinates computed by using GPS Permanent Stations located Gyoungsangnam-do. To achieve the above study purpose efficiently, 6 GPS Permanent Stations located Gyoungsangnam-do is set up Permanent Stations Network and the optimum conditions is the World Geodetic Datum Coordinates computed by using GPS Permanent Stations Network.<BR> As a result of study, In order to compute stable World Geodetic Datum Coordinates in Gyoungsangnam-do, The desirable application is to compute 4 GPS Permanent Stations Network covered survey region, considering arrange density of GPS Permanent Stations and geographical positions of survey region.

Google Earth를 이용한 지적기준점망도 관리 개선 방안

본 연구에서는 기존에 설치된 지적기준점 데이터를 수요자 관점에서 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 Web 기반의 기준점망도를 활용하는 방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 방안은 지적소관청 별로 설치된 지적기준점 데이터를 먼저 세계측지계를 기반으로 하는 좌표계로 변환한 후 이를 KMZ와 같은 표준포맷으로 변환하였다. 변환된 KMZ 파일을 이용하여 수요자는 Google Earth와 같은 지오브라우저를 통해서 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 방안을 통해 수요자는 첫째, 지적소관청별 지적기준점의 총괄적인 위치현황과 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동 단위별 국지적 지적기준점의 배치밀도를 확인할 수 있고, 둘째, Web 기반의 지적기준점망도를 확보하여 지적기준점의 추가 설치계획 수립과 방향 설정을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

안정적인 지적측량 성과 확보를 위한 삼각점 성과의 정확도 분석

본 연구는 경상남도 창원시 삼각점의 GPS 데이터를 활용하여 오차수준 및 지역적인 특성 등을 종합적으로 분석하여 봄으로써 향후 지적세부측량을 위한 지적기준점측량 수행 시 보다 정확한 성과가 산출될 수 있는 방안을 모색하여 보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 토지조사사업 당시 설치된 삼각점의 경우 삼각점 자체의 자연적·인위적 이동이 없을 경우 대부분 삼각점의 성과가 안정적으로 나타나므로 지적기준점 성과결정시 기지점으로 사용할 삼각점은 토지 조사 당시 설치된 삼각점을 우선적으로 선정하여야 할 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 본 연구결과에서 안정적인 성과로 제 시된 삼각점을 기준으로 하여 지적기준점의 성과를 결정할 경우 향후 지적기준점이 망실되어 재설치 하더라도 항상 동일한 측량성과를 유지·관리할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. This study utilized the GPS data of the stations of triangulation of Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do to conduct comprehensive analysis on tolerance level and regional characteristics. Based on this analysis, it was attempted to seek the method to derive more accurate result when further performing cadastral control point surveying for cadastral detail surveying. For the stations of triangulation installed at time of the land survey project, the study result showed that the most results of the stations of triangulation are stable if they were not moved naturally or artificially by themselves. Therefore, it was concluded that the stations of triangulation installed at the time of the land survey project should be preemptively selected for use of the given points when making decision of result of cadastral control point surveying. In addition, if the result of the cadastral control point surveying is made decision based on the stations of triangulation presented as the stable result in this study result, it seems that the same surveying result will be maintained and managed at all time, even if they are going to be further reinstalled due to loss of them.
