Recently, as the structure is getting higher, the using of high strength concrete tends to increase. Especially, exposed time, water content ratio and the concrete temperature have the possibility of explosion because inner of the concrete is fine. Deterioration of performance of the concrete is an urgent problem we need to resolve. In this study, it is a form a part of prevention of the explosion. We make an experiment on the fire resistance performance of high strength concrete after mixing PVA, PE, PP, STF By using the experiment, it can analyze the result about dynamical change of the concrete when the concrete takes a high temperature.

용액중합에 의한 편광필름용 아크릴 점착제의 합성에 관한 연구

편광필름용 점착제를 합성하기 위해 아크릴 모노머를 사용하여 용액중합을 수행하였다. 아크릴 모노머는 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, acrylic acid를 사용하였으며, 개시제는 benzoyl peroxide, 용매는 ethyl acetate가 사용되었다. 모노머의 비율은 점착제의 유리전이온도 -40℃에 맞추어 2-ethylhexyl acrylate: butyl acrylate: acrylic acid=25:50:3.6 이였다. 개시제의 첨가량은 점착제의 젖음성과 초기점착력을 고려하여 모노머 대비 0.09%로 결정하였다. 모노머와 용매의 비율은 젖음성과 투과율을 고려하여 1:1.7로 하였다. 점착제 필름의 투과율은 점도가 낮을수록, 분자량이 작을수록, 분자들 간의 얽힘이 적어져서 굴절율이 낮아지고 투과율이 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 사용가능 기간의 측정에서 모노머와 용매의 비율이 1:1.7일 경우 점도가 200분이 지나도 커다란 변화가 없어 저장안정성이 좋음을 확인할 수 있었다. The solution polymerization was conducted to synthesize pressure sensitive adhesive for polarizer film using acrylic monomers. 2-Ethylhexyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, acrylic acid were used as acrylic monomers, benzoyl peroxide as initiator, ethyl acetate as solvent. The ratio of monomers was 2-ethylhexyl acrylate: butyl acrylate: acrylic acid=25:50:3.6 reflecting -40℃ of glass transition temperature in the pressure sensitive adhesive. The amount of initiator was determined as 0.09% to monomer considering wetting power and initial tackiness. The ratio of monomer to solvent was determined as 1:1.7 considering wetting power and transmissivity. The transmissivity of pressure sensitive adhesive increased with decreasing both viscosity and molecular weight due to reducing of refractive index by low entanglement between molecules. In the measurement of pot life, it was found that the storage stability was good at 1:1.7 of monomer: solvent without large change of viscosity during 200 min.
