LED는 다양한 피부 재생 효과를 부여하여 노화, 여드름, 상처 등의 치료에 효과가 있다. 또한, 초음파는 콜라겐의 수축과 합성을 유도하여 지방이 축적을 감소시켜 주름을 방지하는 데 효과가 있다. 본 연구에서는 피부재생 효과가 있는 다양한 파장대의 LED와 초음파를 단독 또는 동시에 섬유아세포에 인가하여 그 증식 효과를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 특정 파장의 Blue 광학 자극이 세포증식에 효과가 있으며, 또한 복합 파장의 LED와 초음파가 동시에 인가되었을 때, 피부세포의 증식 활동이 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 특정 파장의 광학 자극과 초음파를 동시 인가가 가능한 시스템의 개발은 피부 세포의 증식에 긍정적 영향을 유도할 수 있으며, 피부 관리 등에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. LED provides various skin regeneration effects to help treat aging, acne, and wounds. In addition, ultrasound stimulation also induces collagen contraction and synthesis, which is effective in preventing wrinkles as fat reduces accumulation. In this study, LEDs and ultrasound from various wavelengths were applied to fibroblasts alone or simultaneously to confirm their proliferation effect. As a result, blue optical stimulation of certain wavelengths is effective in cell proliferation, and when LEDs and ultrasound of complex wavelengths are applied simultaneously, skin cell proliferation activity is increased. Based on this study, the development of a system capable of simultaneously applying optical stimulation and ultrasound stimulation of a specific wavelength can induce a positive effect on skin cell proliferation and can be used for skin care device.
