음악치료사들의 음악치료 학위과정 경험에 관한 합의적 질적 연구

음악치료사는 음악치료 학위과정을 통하여 전문적 성장 뿐 아니라 개인적인 성장을 경험하게 된다. 이 연구의 목적은 음악치료사들이 학위과정동안 경험한 전문적, 개인적 발달에 대하여 고찰하는 것이다. 이를 위해 연구자는 음악치료사 12명을 대상으로 음악치료 학위과정 경험에 대한 심층면담을 통하여 자료를 수집한 뒤 합의적 질적 연구 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 ‘학위과정 지원동기’, ‘이론학습’, ‘임상기술 학습’, ‘교육 치료집단을 통한 경험적 학습’, ‘실습/인턴쉽’, ‘슈퍼비전’, ‘개인적 성장’, ‘전문적 성장’, ‘훈련 내용에 대한 향후 제안’등의 총 9개의 영역과 30개의 범주가 도출되었다, 이 연구의 결과는, 음악치료사들이 학위과정 경험을 통해 음악치료관련 이론 및 임상적 기술을 습득하는 등 전문가로서의 성장 및 자신에 대한 통찰과 같은 개인적 성장을 함께 경험한다는 것을 시사한다. 이 연구는 한국 음악치료사들의 학위과정 경험에 대한 질적 고찰로, 그 결과는 음악치료 학위과정에서 학생들이 어떠한 경험을 통해 음악치료사로서의 정체성을 확립해 나가는가에 대한 중요한 정보를 제공한다. Music therapists gain musical and clinical knowledge during their music therapy education as they work toward obtaining professional credentials. The training provides a crucial opportunity for student to enhance their professional and personal development. The purpose of this qualitative study was to examine the music therapy training experiences of Korean music therapists. The researcher conducted in-depth interviews with 12 music therapists in order to collect the data. Nine domains and 30 categories emerged from the data, which were analyzed using consensual qualitative research methods. The nine domains follow: motivation to study music therapy, theoretical learning, gaining clinical skills, experiential learning through therapy groups, fieldwork/internship, clinical supervision, personal development, professional development, and suggestions for music therapy training. The results indicated that music therapists now only learn about theories related to music therapy and clinical knowledge during their music therapy training but also experience invaluable personal growth. The results of this qualitative study provided important information on how Korean music therapists established their professional identity through music therapy training. his qualitative study was to explore the experience of music therapy training.

관찰일지 작성 활동이 유아의 과학 활동에 대한 자신감과 주의집중력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 관찰일지 작성 활동이 만 5세 유아의 과학 활동에 대한 자신감과 주의집중력에 미치는 영향을 밝히는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 위해 구리시에 위치한 D사립유치원에 재원중인 만 5세 유아 47명을 실험집단과 비교집단으로 나누어 실험집단에는 관찰 및 관찰일지 작성 활동을 실시하였고, 비교집단은 관찰활동만을 실행하였다. 연구 결과 관찰일지 작성 활동을 제공한 실험집단 유아의 과학 활동에 대한 자신감과 주의집중력 점수가 관찰일지 작성 활동을 제공하지 않은 비교집단 유아의 과학 활동에 대한 자신감과 주의집중력점수 보다 통계적으로 유의미한 수준에서 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 동・식물 관찰 활동 시 단순관찰 활동만을 하기 보다는 관찰일지 작성 활동을 같이 수반하는 것이 과학 활동에 대한 유아의 자신감과 주의집중력 발달에 효과적인 교수방법임을 나타낸다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of observation journaling activities on the development of self-confidence in science and attention of 5-year-old children. Participants were 47 5-year-olds from “D” kindergarten in Guri Korea who were divided into an experimental group and a comparative group. The experimental group children performed scientific observation activities and recorded their observations with drawings and writing in observation journals. They also participated in classroom discussions about the objects. Results of the study showed that the scores of self-confidence in scientific activities and attention of the experimental groups were significantly higher than those of the control group. These results suggest that the observation journaling activity is an effective pedagogical tool for developing children's self-confidence in science activities and attention.

Objectives: Exposure assessment using questionnaires is effective in large-scale epidemiological studies. However, a limited number of studies have evaluated the questionnaires used in epidemiologic studies in termsof occupational and environmental exposure. The purpose of this study was to summarize and evaluatequestionnaire items included in major epidemiological studies conducted in Korea with regard to occupationaland environmental exposure. Methods: A total of 12 studies (four cohort studies, six large-scale cross-sectional surveys, and two panelstudies) were selected for this study. Various questionnaire items related with occupational and environmentalitems were collected and summarized into tables. Results: Although job type and address were included in almost all of the studies, the information onoccupational or environmental exposure to specific risk factors was collected in a limited number of studies. Moreover, questionnaire items were not standardized, warranting a continuous effort to develop questionnairesand evaluate their validity. Conclusion: Our results suggest that validated questionnaire items focusing on occupational and environmentalexposure need to be developed in order to enhance the availability of the information collected from questionsin epidemiological studies.

수술실 내 CCTV 설치 의무화 법안의 향후 과제

2021년 9월 24일 전신마취 등 의식이 없는 환자를 수술하는 의료기관의 수술실 내 CCTV 설치 의무화 조항(의료법 제38조의2)이 공포되었다. 개정된 「의료법」은 수술실 내에서 발생할 수 있는 불법행위를 효과적으로 예방하고, 의료분쟁 발생 시 적정한 해결 도모를 목적으로 한다. 이로 인해 2023년 9월 25일까지 전신마취 등 의식이 없는 상태의 환자를 수술하는 의료기관은 수술실 내 CCTV를 의무적으로 설치해야 하고, 의료인의 동의 여부에 관계없이 환자와 환자 보호자의 요청만으로도 수술장면을 촬영해야 한다. 해당 법안은 기본권 침해 최소를 위한 입법 장치를 법률에 규정하지 않고 하위법령에 위임하였다(제38조의2 제10항). 정보주체의 기본권 침해를 최소화하기 위한 가장 현실적인 정책방안은 구체적인 규정을 마련하는 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 수술실 내 CCTV 설치 의무화 법안의 입법 배경과 개정안의 주요 내용을 살펴보고, 주요 쟁점을 분석함으로써 하위법령 마련 시 검토되어야 할 사안을 제안하였다. 수술실 내 촬영 대상인 정보주체의 기본권 침해 최소화 원칙 준수를 기준으로 촬영 요건, 촬영 거부 정당화 사유, CCTV 설치 위치, 촬영 범위ㆍ대상, 영상정보 안전 조치 의무와 처벌의 적절성 등을 검토하였다. 수술실 내 CCTV의 정보주체는 수술에 참여하는 보건의료인과 환자일 것으로 이들의 개인정보자기결정권, 인격권, 인권 등의 침해를 최소화하면서 설치 의무화법의 목적이 달성될 수 있도록 하위법령 마련 시 고려되어야 할 사안을 제안하였다. 본 논문이 하위법령 논의 시 검토되어 정보주체의 기본권 침해 최소화 방안 마련에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다. On September 24, 2021, the new provisions(Article 38-2 of the Medical Service Act) mandatory CCTV installation in operating rooms where the unconscious patient is operating such as general anesthesia. The revised medical law aims to effectively prevent illegal activities that may occur in the operating rooms and to promote appropriate resolution to medical dispute. According to the law, medical institutions operating unconscious patients, such as general anesthesia, must install CCTVs in the operating rooms by September 25, 2023, and film surgical scenes only at the request of patients and their guardians, regardless of the consent of the medical personnel. The bill delegated the legislative device to minimize infringement of fundamental rights to subordinate statutes without stipulating it in the law.(Article 38-2(10)) The most realistic policy plan to minimize the infringement of the fundamental rights of patients is to prepare specific regulations. Therefore, this study examines the legislative background and main contents of the amended CCTV installation bill, and suggests issues to be reviewed when preparing subordinate statutes by analyzing major issues. It was reviewed based on compliance with the principle of minimizing infringement of fundamental rights of information subjects in the operating rooms. The information subjects of CCTV are health professionals and patients. Suggesting issues should be considered when preparing subordinate statutes so that the purpose of the CCTV installation law can be achieved while minimizing infringement of right of self-determination of personal information, personality rights, and human rights. It is hoped that this paper will be referred when discussing subordinate statutes and regulations to contribute minimizing infringement of fundamental rights.
