        광어에서 Cephalexin의 잔류 소실에 관한 연구

        The objective of this study was to investigate the residue depletion of cephaalexin in the flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) after multiple oral administrations and to establish the appropriate withdrawal time for edible tissues. A highly sensitive and specific method for the determination of cephalexin in the serum of flounder by LC/MS was developed and validated. Mean recoveries from serum were 87.2% (ranged from 81.2% to 94.5%) for cepalexin. Recovery and precision met the criteria for the guideline of residual analysis of veterinary drugs by the National Veterinary Research and Quarantine Service (NVRQS) in Korea. The limit of detection and limit of quantitation of cephalexin were 10 ng/ml and 50 ng/ml, respectively. Residual levels of cephalexin in muscle samples were estimated with 95% tolerance limit and 95% confidence to fall below the MRL after a withdrawal time of 4 days and 5 days for the 40 and 160 mg/kg/day, respectively.

        Determination of Ceftiofur in Bovine Serum by liquid Chromatography-Electrospray Mass Spectrometry

        This study was aimed to develop a more rapid, simple and sensitive method to determine ceftiofur in bovine serum using LC/MS with electrospray interface. Separation was achieved on the Nova-Pak $C_{18}$ reverse phase column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% acetic add in water (A) and acetonitrile (B) and gradiently flowed at the rate of 0.4 mL/min. As a result of analysis of blank muscle samples, matrix interference was not shown. Limit of detection and limit of quantitaion was 5 ng/g and 20 ng/g, respectively. The values of precision and recovery satisfied the guideline of NVRQS. The precision and recovery developed in this method are suitable and sensitive to determine the concentration of ceftiofur in the bovine serum. These results could be applied for the confirmation and quantification in the biofluid.

        확장칼만필터를 이용한 무인잠수정의 3차원 위치평가

        This paper presents a 3-D localization of an autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV). Conventional methods of localization, such as LBL or SBL, require additional beacon systems, which reduces the flexibility and availability of the AUV. We use a digital compass, a pressure sensor, a clinometer and ultrasonic sensors for localization. From the orientation and velocity information, a priori position of the AUV is estimated based on the dead reckoning. With the aid of extended Kalman filter algorithm, a posteriori position of the AUV is estimated by using the distance between the AUV and a mother ship on the surface of the water together with the water depth information from the pressure sensor. Simulation results show the possibility of practical application of the method to autonomous navigation of the AUV

        소형 무인해양탐사선 및 항법 개발

        The paper presents a small unmanned probing ship that can be used for acquiring information on marine and coastal environments. For communication system, we adopt direct and indirect methods based on the wireless modem of a commercial cellular telephone. The former is a direct communication between the modems of the ship and the server, and the latter' is an indirect communication via internet between the ship and the server. The system is equipped with a digital compass and a GPS for position estimation, and extended Kalman filter is used for Navigation. The performance of the ship is demonstrated with the results produced by sets of experiments.

        ML 기반 모노 펄스 MR 커브의 수학식 유도

        본 논문은 maximum likelihood(ML) 기반의 모노 펄스 monopulse ratio(MR) 커브에 대한 수학식 유도 과정을 보인다. 이를 위해 선형 배열 안테나를 가정하고 얻어진 수학식이 배열 소자의 수, 배열 간격의 함수가 됨을 보인다. 시뮬레이션을 통해서 얻어진 수학식이 MR 커브와 동일함을 보이고, 얻어진 복잡한 수학식을 하나의 tangent 함수로 근사화할 수 있음을 보인다. This paper presents the mathematical derivation of a maximum likelihood(ML)-based monopulse ratio(MR) curve. The derived form is, with the linear array assumed, shown to be the function of the number of array elements and the elements" spacing. Through some simulations, the acquired form is equivalent to the expected MR curve. Furthermore, we show the form, which consists of several terms, can be simplified by one tangent function.

        재밍 환경에서 잡음 부공간을 이용한 고속 모노펄스 방법

        재밍 환경에서의 maximum likelihood(ML) 기반의 모노펄스 기법은 공분산 행렬의 역행렬을 이용하여 재머 신호를 억제시킨다. 재머 억제를 위해서는 재머 성분에 대한 충분한 횟수의 스냅샷(snapshot)이 필요하며, 높은 PRF 환경에서는 이것이 가능하지 않아 실시간 추적에 한계가 있다. 또한, JNR(Jammer to Noise Ratio)이 낮은 경우에는 재머의 스냅샷수가 충분하더라도 정확한 재머 억제가 이루어지지 않아, 표적 방향 추정의 정확도가 감소한다. 본 논문에서는 재밍 환경에서 스냅샷이 적은 경우에도 ML 기반의 모노펄스 성능이 우수한 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 공분산 행렬의 잡음 부공간을 이용하는 모노펄스 방법으로, 이의 유도 과정을 보이고, 모의실험을 통해 기존의 방법에 비해 성능이 개선된 것을 보인다. A monopulse based on maximum likelihood(ML) in jamming scenario can suppress jamming signal using an inverse matrix of a covariance matrix. In order to achieve adequate suppression of jamming signal, the sufficient number of snapshots is required. However, this is not possible in high PRF scenario, which hinders a real-time tracking. Moreover, even with the large number of snapshots, the estimation accuracy of the target direction is decreased in low JNR(Jammer to Noise Ratio) due to insufficient jammer suppression. In this paper, we propose a monopulse algorithm that doesn’t degrade performance significantly with a small number of snapshots and in low JNR. We show its derivation that exploits noise-jammer subspace of a covariance matrix, along with its performance through simulation.

        일반 노인의 우울 감소를 위한 타악기 중심의 집단음악치료 프로그램 개발 및 효과성 검증

        본 연구는 일반 노인의 우울감을 경감하고 자아존중감과 자아통함감을 향상시키기 위한 타악기 중심의 집단음악치료 프로그램을 개발하여 그 효과를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 타악기 중심의 집단음악치료 프로그램을 개발하고 총 16명의 65세 이상 일반 노인들을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 실험집단과 통제집단에 8명씩 무선 할당하고, 프로그램의 효과를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단은 그렇지 않은 통제집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 우울이 감소하였다. 둘째, 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 자아존중감이 증진되었다. 셋째, 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 자아통합감이 향상되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 타악기 중심의 집단음악치료프로그램은 일반 노인들이 건강한 정신으로 행복한 노년을 영위할 수 있도록 돕는 상담적 접근 방법임을 확인하였고, 향후 노년기 삶의 질 향상을 위해 음악을 활용한 다양한 참여 프로그램이 개발될 필요성이 있음에 대해 제언하였다. This study aims to develop a group music therapy program to reduce depression in the elderly, to improve their self-esteem and ego integrity, and to verify the effectiveness of the program. To this end, the percussion-oriented group music therapy program was developed, and a total of 16 elderly people over the age of 65 were selected as subjects of the study. Eight people were allocated randomly to the experimental group and the control group, and the results of verifying the effectiveness of the program are as follows. First, the results showed that the experimental group, which participated in the program, showed a statistically significant decrease in depression, compared to the control group, which did not. Second, the self-esteem of the experimental group was significantly improved, compared to that of the control group. Third, the ego integrity of the experimental group was significantly improved, compared to that of the control group. Based on these findings, the percussion-oriented group music therapy was supported as a counseling approach that helps the general elderly lead a happy old age with a healthy mind. To improve the quality of life of the elderly, further development of various participation programs using music is suggested.

        무인모선기반 무인잠수정의 3차원 위치계측 기법에 관한 연구

        A 3-D localization method of an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) has been developed, which can solve the limitations of the conventional localization, such as LBL or SBL that reduces the flexibility and availability of the AUV. The system is composed of a mother ship (small unmanned marine prober) on the surface of the water and an unmanned underwater vehicle in the water. The mother ship is equipped with a digital compass and a GPS for position information, and an extended Kalman filter is used for position estimation. For the localization of the AUV, we used only non-inertial sensors, such as a digital compass, a pressure sensor, a clinometer, and ultrasonic sensors. From the orientation and velocity information, a priori position of the AUV is estimated by applying the dead reckoning method. Based on the extended Kalman filter algorithm, a posteriori position of the AUV is, then, updated by using the distance between the AUV and a mother ship on the surface of the water, together with the depth information from the pressure sensor.
