For latest automotive industry, it is important of quickly develop new product according to variable demand. For reducing a term of new product development, it is required to use virtual engineering at an early development stage. Especially, the durability life prediction technique has a very important role to optimize the chassis components and vehicle structures.<br/> In the paper, as a exemplary application, the wheel suspension control arm was analyzed and optimized on the aspect of weight reduction and durability performance improvement based on virtual testing w.r,t the accelerated durability test technique.<br/> <br/>
