Recently, the condensation of walls often occurring in domestic high-rise apartment buildings is an important problem.The main purpose of this study is to develop the prediction method for the surface condensation on curtain wall in high-rise apartment buildings. Therefore, in this study, we first analyzed exterior climate factors through the analysis of the Seoul climate data and predicted the change of indoor temperature by using Apache program to find the cause of the condensation state and to prevent condensation. Also, according to this result, exterior climate factors and interior factors, which caused the condensation, was examined. The thermal performance of the curtain wall and the range of potential condensation were analyzed to focus on high-rise apartment buildings through computer simulation programs. The results are as follows; 1) The frame edge of curtain wall has a higher U-value than in the center by 30%. 2) Because of stack effect, the rooms on the higher floor have a lower external ventilation rate resulting to a higher relative humidity. 3) Installing a ventilation system(20 ㎥/hperson) makes it possible to have a higher external ventilation rate, resulting to a lower relative humidity.

Since it is impossible to predict earthquakes, they involve more casualties and property damage compared to meteorological disasters such as heavy snow and heat waves, which can be predicted through weather forecasts. This has highlighted the need for seismic design and reinforcement. Recently, the use of composite materials as reinforcement has surged because steel plate reinforcement and section enlargement are likely to result in increased weight and physical damage to structures. This study evaluates the seismic performance of panels created from composite materials, and their guide systems. The specimens were miniature versions of actual steel structures, and displacement loads were applied in the transverse direction. Seismic performance was found to improve when structures were reinforced with seismic panels.

Background: The expression of BRG1 associated factors (BAF) 155 and BAF 170 in response to IFN-γ or TNF-α was studied in astrocytoma cell lines and primary astrocytes. BAFs are complexed with BRG1 and are also associated with activated glucocorticoid for glucocorticoid trans-activation. Methods: IFN-γ was pretreated for 18 hrs and cells were incubated with IL-1 or TNF-α for 72 hrs or 96 hrs with different concentrations of steroid. Cell death was measured by LDH assay. BAF expression was assayed by RT-PCR. Results: IFN-γ increased cell death by dexamethasone in LN215 cells but not in LN319 cells. The IFN-γ increased the expression of BAF 155 and BAF 170 in adult astrocytes and LN215 cells, but IFN-γ decreased the expression of BAF 155/170 in LN319 cells. The effect of IFN-γ on the expression of BAF was not as clear in fetal astrocytes as it was in adult astrocytes. Conclusion: Our results suggest cytokines produced during immune reaction or immunotherapy may modulate steroid susceptibility of astrocytes and astrocytoma cells by influencing the expression of BAFs. 한국인 홍채의 형태 변이와 특성별 질병유형을 분석하였다. 홍채의 형태적 질병유형은 신경계와 내분비계 등의 영향으로 일어나는 조직구조와 색의 변이가 동공과 자율신경환, 흡수링과 피부링, 모양체대에 투사되어 나타났다. 홍채의 형태변이는 각기 다른 질병에서도 유사성이 나타났다. 그러므로 홍채변이의 판독의 다양성과 총체적 홍채 분석방법이 요구되었다. 이러한 홍채변이에 의한 질병분석은 서양의학의 해부 생리적 국소적 병소원인 분석을 통한 질병진단과 동양학적의 정체관에 의한 인체생리와 병리상태가 예측 가능한 총체적 방법으로 분석하였다. 이러한 홍채와 질병유형의 분석결과를 연구모형으로 나타내었다. 한국인 홍채의 유형별 질병 특성은 체질적 특성과 환경요인으로 유추 되었다. 환경요인은 홍채가 배속된 간목(肝木)의 기운이 자연환경과 식이섭생에서 오행생극으로 작용한다고 보았다. 본 논문의 연구결과 홍채의 형태와 질병의 상관성은 신경계에 의한 주직구조의 기질적 변형 0.7, 호르몬과 혈액에 의한 기능적 변이는 1.6으로 나타났다.
