Recently, developments in the solar technology with Ⅲ-Ⅴ concentrating photovoltaic cell technology has much attention in the market. In this paper, we propose the concentrating photovoltaic module packaging method with fresnel lens and verify test for performance by using the 2-axis solar tracker for concentrating photovoltaic system in the out-door.

In order to diagnosis invisible corona discharge, overlay method has been used with UV band and visible band video display. In this paper, in order to confirm position of corona discharge through detecting UV band of 230~280㎚ wavelength, two high efficient DSP and Linux program with embedded system to operate DSP have been used. We used chromakey compositing method to combine UV band and visible band video display.

The purpose of this study, using with high efficiency solar cell in high concentration solar system, is comparing performance of Light-pipe and Light-tunnel which primary function to emit heat that produced by high concentration solar system with uniformly distributed light over the group Ⅲ-Ⅴ solar cell.

We have developed much better extremely high efficient Ⅲ-Ⅴ semiconductors solar cell module packaging technology for integrated high concentration to the trend of fast growing solar power generation system business. For the core technology of this research, design the high concentration system with development of the fresnel lens, design and application the light pipe for uniformly distribution the concentrated light to the cells. In this paper, the main contents are to making, design and integration with one packaging trial product to minimizing the margin of error of the developed core technologies.

Purpose: In oral tongue cancer, the degree of tumor invasion has a significant effect on the prognosis. We hypothesized that the destruction of extracelluar matrix and neovascularization are related to tumor infiltration mechanism. By studying the the tissues of early stage oral tongue cancer patients, we are intend to clarify the invasion related factors in oral tongue cancer. Material and Methods: To demonstrate the invasion process in early T-stage oral tongue cancer, the expressions of extracellular matrix destruction related molecules(MMP2, MMP9) and neovascularization related molecule(VEGF) were observed by immunohistochemical study. Also, immunohistochemical staining of CD31 was done for quantification of neovascularization. With the experiment showed above, we analyzed relationship between expression of each substances and tumor invasion depth, tumor free survival rates and cervical lymph node metastasis rate in early T-stage oral tongue cancer. Results: The expression rates of MMP2, MMP9, VEGF in 38 early oral cancer patients were 52.6%, 78.9% 52.6%, respectively.
