        학령 후기 아동의 놀이성과 또래관계와의 관계: 또래관계 질과 또래갈등해결전략을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to shed light on the relationships between playfulness in upper elementary students and their quality of peer relationships and use of peer conflict resolution strategies. Three-hundred-and-sixty-five 5th or 6th graders in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Gwangju areas completed paper-and-pencil questionnaires assessing these three constructs. The relationships were examined through correlation analyses, regression analyses, cluster analyses, and ANOVAs. Results were as follows: First, upper elementary students who had high playfulness showed better quality of peer relationship and used more compromise/cooperation, avoidance, dominance, and concession strategies to resolve conflicts with peers than upper elementary students who had low playfulness. Second, social playfulness, among other playfulness dimensions, was found to be particularly important in shaping the students’ quality of peer relationship while emotional playfulness was found particularly important for the students’ peer conflict resolution strategies. Third, cluster analysis identified three playfulness clusters, the ‘High,’ the ‘Moderate,’ and the ‘Low’ playfulness clusters. ANOVAs yielded results that demonstrated better quality of peer relationships and more use of compromise/cooperation, avoidance, dominance, and concession conflict resolution strategies in the High playfulness cluster than in the Moderate and the Low playfulness clusters. The importance of playfulness in upper elementary students’ peer relationships was emphasized and ways to develop upper elementary students’ playfulness were discussed.

        장기요양기관 종사자의 인건비 수준과 분포에 관한 실증분석

        장기요양서비스의 수가산정을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 장기요양기관 종사자의 인건비를 파악하였다. 자료는 표본집단으로 선정된996개 기관을 대상으로 2014년7월~8월 동안 전문조사원이 직접 방문하여 수집하였다. 장기요양기관 종사자 14,505명의 인건비 분석결과 2014년 9월 기준으로 직종 중 요양보호사가 79.8%로 가장 많았고, 종사자들의 4대 사회보험 가입률은 79.5%로 조사되었다. 월평균근로시간을 고려한 요양보호사의 시간당 인건비는 방문목욕이 10,517원으로 가장 높았고, 노인요양시설8,082원, 주야간보호 7,817원, 단기보호 7,750원, 방문요양 7,226원, 공동생활가정6,320원 순으로 조사되었다. 지역별로는 대도시보다 중소도시에서, 중소도시보다 농어촌에서 급여가 높은 것으로 조사되었고, 시설의 규모가 클수록 월평균급여가 높게 조사되었다. 2014년 노인요양시설 종사자의 평균급여는 2012년도에 비해 증가하였으나 2년간 임금인상률, 장기요양 수가인상률을 고려할 경우 수가인상분이 급여인상에 충분히 반영되지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 종사자의 임금수준을 적정선으로 유지하기 위해서는 수요에 기반을 둔 공급체계 수립, 적정 규모의 장기요양기관 활성화 방안, 임금의 하한선 제시 등 제도적 보완책을 검토할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyse the wage level and distribution of workers in long-term care facilities and provide the empirical cost data for long-term care insurance policy in Korea. A national labor cost survey questionnaire for long-term care institutions was developed and the survey was performed in a way that professional investigators visited the 996 sample institutions which were selected randomly during July to August, 2014. The number of subjects was 14,505 employees who has worked at the sample institutions. The results showed that care-givers were the largest proportion(79.8%) of personnels working at long-term care institutions, and a 79.5% of the workers was under the coverage of social-security insurance. The average monthly wage level in institutional service facilities was higher than one in home care service facilities and it was higher in small cities than in metropolis. By scale of the facilities, the larger facilities paid higher wage levels than smaller ones. Overall the wage level of workers delivering long term care services are estimated to be lower than the reimbursement for the services. An alternative policy to support the wage level of workers in providing long-term care services should be designed and implemented.
