횡혈식석실분은 추가장을 염두에 두고 무덤 내부로 출입이 가능한 구조로 조성된 묘제이다. 따라서 그 구조와 형태뿐만 아니라 추가장이 이루어지는 과정에 발생하는 제반 행위도 중요하게 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 그러나 현재까지의 연구경향은 석실분의 연대와 계보, 형태적인 특성을 통한 역사적 해석에 집중되었으며, 추가장과 의례 흔적에 대한 해석은 부차적 설명에 그칠 뿐 상대적으로 관심이 미진하였다. 따라서 이 글에서는 발굴조사로 확인된 한성기 백제 횡혈식석실분의 매장과정과 추가장, 의례에 이르는 매장과정 전반을 종합적으로 검토하여 복원을 시도하였다. 시신을 안치하는 관은 설치형 목관을 사용하였고, 전반적으로 다인장(多人葬)을 기본으로 한다. 한편 주구와 봉토 혹은 연도 폐쇄부 의례흔적 등이 확인되는데, 이는 종래의 주구토광묘나석곽묘에서 행해지던 의례 행위가 계승되거나 석실분이라는 묘제와 함께 새로운 의례행위가 도입된 결과로 구분하였다. 특히 습골과 개수장 행위로 석실 내 매장 기능을 더욱 확장하기도 하였다. 이를 염두에 두고 볼 때 일부 한성기 횡혈식석실분에서 행해졌다고 여겨지는 소위 ‘신라인에 의한 재사용’은 사실은 ‘추가장’의 관점에서 해석하는 것이 합리적이라는 점을 피력하였다. Corridor-style stone chamber tombs served as memorial service structures constructed to allow access to the tomb for possible additional burials. Therefore, it is important not only the structures and forms of the tombs, but also various pertinent behaviors that occurred in the process of additional burials. Nevertheless, research trends heretofore have focused primarily on historical analysis based on the eras, genealogies, and morphological characteristics of the stone chamber tombs, while the analysis on the remains of additional burials and memorial rituals have been topics of relatively lesser interest, restricted to secondary explanations. Given this background, this study attempts a comprehensive review and recovery of the burial process as a whole, including the additional burials and memorial rituals of corridorstyle stone chamber tombs from the Hansung period of the Baekje kingdom discovered by excavation research. Installation-type wooden coffins were used, with multi-burial systems being the norm. Meanwhile, traces of memorial rituals were identified in soil ditches and mounds as well as tomb entrances. They were interpreted to be the results of either a succession of rituals performed in soil ditch tombs or stone coffin tombs, or new rituals introduced along with stone chamber tombs. In particular, the burial functions of the stone chambers were expanded as a result of remodeling burials or the collection of bones. Taking this into consideration, this study argues that it is reasonable to interpret the so-called "reuse by Silla," which is deemed to have occurred in certain Hansung-period corridor-style stone chamber tombs, from the perspective of “additional burials.”

Differentiated usability strategies are necessary as mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs are getting popular. In this paper, two design factors, center-highlighting effect and scrolling speed for list scrolling menus for full touch phones, are identified and analyzed in terms of search speed. Experiments are carried out with 12 subjects to see if there are significant differences in the center-highlighting effect and scrolling speed. Subjects are requested to find specified items from a given list with ordinary one (no-effect), relatively center-highlighted one (highlighteffect), and only center-highlighted one (periphery effect) scrolling either slowly or fast. As a result, experimental results show that scrolling list with highlight effect scores highest scores in terms of subjective user satisfaction and search time. This result is justifiable according to the theory that visual fixation, in general, lies in the center of the display of the mobile devices in particular. This highlighted design of scrolling lists can be used to enhance search time and user satisfaction for mobile devices with small display.

Usability evaluation of physical products involves characterizing complex physical interactions between humans and products. Human models known as manikins have been widely utilized as usability evaluation tools for automobile interior package design. When combined with computer-aided design software programs, such manikins can be used to simulate driving postures and evaluate driver-interior fits early in the design process, and therefore, may greatly facilitate achieving high-quality design in a cost-efficient manner. The purpose of this study was to define a set of manikins for designing automobile interior packages for the South Korean male population. These manikins were conceptualized as "boundary" manikins, which represent individuals lacking in certain physical capacities or having usability-related issues (e.g., an individual with the 5th percentile forward reach capability, an individual with the 95th percentile shoulder width). Such boundary manikins can serve as an efficient tool for determining if an automobile interior design accommodates the majority of the population. The boundary manikins were selected from the large sample of Korean males whose anthropometric dimensions were described in the recent Size Korea anthropometric database. For each male in the database, his comfortable driving posture was represented using a kinematic body linkage model and various physical capacity measured and usability-related characteristics relevant to driver accommodation were evaluated. For each such measure, a boundary manikin was selected among the Korean males. The manikins defined in this study are expected to serve as tools for ergonomic design of automobile interior packages. The manikin selection method developed in this study was implemented as a generic software program useful for various product design applications.

본 연구에서는 에너지수확 기술을 이용하여 인체의 운동 에너지를 전기에너지로 변환하고 공급하는 동시에 이를 이용하여 사용자에게 햅틱 피드백을 제공할 수 있는 인터페이스 기술을 개발하였다. 개발된 에너지 수확기는 내부에 움직이는 자석과 외부에 감겨진 코일을 포함하며, 쉽게 손에 쥘 수 있는 간단한 도넛 형태로 제작되었다. 전자기 유도 방식의 에너지 수확기는 사용자가 흔들 때 전력을 생성하여 저장하는 역할과 함께, 역으로 코일에 전류를 인가하면 자석의 움직임을 통해 햅틱 피드백을 발생시키도록 설계되었다. 실험을 통해 에너지 생성과 외부 전원에 의한 진동 피드백 성능을 입증하였으며, 향후 수확된 에너지만을 사용해 구동이 가능한 햅틱 피드백을 구현할 계획이며, 개발된 장치는 게임과 스포츠 등 다양한 분야에 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. We developed a novel interface technology adopting an energy harvester which not only converts the human kinetic energy into the electrical energy but also provides a haptic feedback to user. An electromagnetic energy harvester in the device has moving magnets and coils which are coupled longitudinally in a doughnut shaped frame. The device is designed and implemented to generate electric power when a user shakes it, and to give haptic feedback to the user by driving vibration components. We verified the operation of the harvester and vibrator driven by external current through the experiments. The vibrating feedback will be supplied by self-generated electric power through further improvement in energy conversion. We expect that it will be useful in various application such as sports and games.

The method of emission inspection for In-use diesel vehicles has been Engine speed type Lug-down 3mode. This method could bring damage to decrepit vehicles under high speed and High load condition and it could not apply the driving pattern on the road. For these reasons, this study has started to create new emission inspection which is appropriate for Koreas road infrastructure. KD 147 would be applied to Light-duty diesel vehicles from July 2010 after model operations. Therefore, this studies has investigated new emission inspection system for Heavy-duty diesel vehicles, except for Light-duty diesel vehicles.
